Stacy Summary: As the tide goes further and further out we are seeing that the financial oligarchs are basically wearing the taxpayers’ bathing suits, leaving us naked and exposed. Probably explains our shocked collective embarrassed silence as more and more and more and more money gets handed calmly to the oligarchs.

California's public school systems have been strangled to death by nepotism for the past 35 years.
Even in order to become a certified teacher in California it takes intervention from the Superintendent of a school district — kickbacks [and favoritism of many many kinds] totally pervade all schools in California.
A California public schools education is worth about as much as a US dollar bill — toilet paper.
Washington and Idaho are potentially worse off than California, but due to lack of the kinds of corruption that the sheer size of California can create and fuel — are not totally bankrupt yet.
Let the pensioned double and triple dipping nepot bureaucrats do without.
All their relatives are on the payroll.
The State level bureaucracies of the Pacific Time Zone are getting what is coming to them.
One should interfere with the processes of nature here.
Even this link ought to be updated an excellent article "Who will feed the U.S"

A very good analysis of the events
FYI: Max is all over http://www.infowars.com today
Speaking of Jones, his film the Obama Deception is quite good and worth viewing. Here's a link to the all the vids…http://www.youtube.com/user/NufffRespect
and here is the first one in the series…

I am really enjoying the new Headlines format. I can scan for the current and past days news. The Stacy summary is good too. Thanks for all the work!
Really? I couldn't watch beyond the clip referencing the Obama-Clinton "secret meeting." That's supposed to be an indicator of scandal? Deception? What? That "secret meeting" was about the role that Hillary would play in the administration. Too much hyped-up paranoia and fear-mongering for me… especially coming right off of the clip depicting child soldiers. But I guess it's cool that some people find Jones' video to be informative.
The Next Bailout, The Last Ponzi. Hey they stole one of Max's ideas "The Black Hole of Debt" .
In the headline of nakedcapitalism:"Black Hole Alert: The Last Sucker into the Stock Market Was the Pension Guaranty Corporation".
Oops there goes the pensions, next they will be taking food from the mouths of babies.
Food will be next, I guess I've come to appreciate what Jim Rogers is saying, be a Farmer….more on that later…
To update Pastor Martin Niemöller:
"In America they came first for the social democrats, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a social democrat;
And then they came for GM, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a GM employee or union member;
And then they came for the pensioners, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a pensioner;
And then . . . they came for me . . . And by that time there was no one left to speak up."
Cute, bzmoore.
Re: GM, it's gut-wrenching that Steve Rattner–the former investment banker that's heading the auto industry task force (orwhateverthehellitisthatwe'resupposedtocallit)– seems hell bent on doing a little union-busting.
Article about Rattner: http://www.openleft.com/showDiary.do?diaryId=1258…
I just checked into the Obama blog and saw that the newest entry is a tribute to Cesar Chavez–commemorating what would be his 82nd birthday. Normally something like that would make he happy, but it made me angry, instead. The President I voted for was one who believed in social and economic justice, and one who I believed would staff his White House accordingly. While I realize that some people have to lose their jobs in a recession, it really stings to see more and more wealth being transferred upwards while that happens. So I'm going to chill a little while before I hit the blog with a post about the hypocrisy of invoking and saluting Chavez. People on the blog used to love me, but now it's full of a breed of Democratic fundamentalists who simply can't tolerate the administration being questioned or criticized in any way. (One of them called me a "socialist" for not agreeing with Geithner's plan. And here I thought that labeling people you don't agree with "socialists" was a neo-con strategy.)
The reason the Obama-Hillary Meeting is important, and it may not be clear from the film, but that meeting was held at the same time as the Bilderbergers' were meeting in Chantilly Va. Here's more on this aspect of the film…http://www.infowars.com/hillary-obama-in-secret-b…
Many people do not even understand why worrying about the Bilderbergers is important and write reference to such as conspiratorial paranoia thinking. That I think speaks volumes to what is wrong with America. Why are people not livid to learn their elected officials are meeting in secret plotting national strategy like giving Bankers 700Billion Dollars of taxpayer money? a move which was opposed by Americans 200 to 1? Why was this handout even allowed to happen? did it follow legal processes? I doubt it.
General Motor and Chrysler are doing fine. All they need to do is set a new value for every SUV they make to $1,000,000. Then their current and future supplies of SUV's will be worth so much, they can create bonds collateralized by million-dollar SUV sales. Oh sure, right now there is no liquidity in the market for these bonds (no one wants to buy them) but that's just proof that the gov't needs to inject a trillion dollars into the auto market to keep auto prices up. Once Mark-to-Market rules are eliminated (today?), GM and Chrysler could even be profitable immediately…at least on paper.
