What does bring a 41 year old man to hang himself???? And the suicide that Madoff Feeder fund Investor too??? And the CFO of ENRON who was found shot in the head in his car!!! And Ms Palfrey ( “the Washington Madam” ) hanged in her mother’s shed? When the entire political structure is in the pocket of corporatocracy can there be justice??? Procedurally, in the end, all cases may have jurisdiction with the US Supreme Court….do we forget Bush v. Gore ( 2000) so soon ????? Twice now in the last 10 years the UN Commission on Human Rights has twice attempted to brand “Former European Atlantic Slave Trade” and the current Israeli form of “apartheid” with sanctions and possible reparations…..Where did that go??? ”Democratic” countries walked out… We listen to Mr. Obama call internationally recognized crimes against humanity ( forms of torture) as: “mistakes of the past”….When were you ever left to go from a mere traffic stop without a summons/or worse??? I admire you M & S very much; and truly, living in Paris today must be very appealing; and appropriate for such evidently philosophically advanced minds…..The student demonstrations lead by Satre in the 60′s and the truckers’/farmer’s strike several years ago ( against EU tariffs ) were profound statements by a people who truly live in a society ( French) where the government is seemingly in fear of it’s people rather than the way we have it here. where clearly the people are in fear of it’s govenment….I listen to you mostly because both of you still are fearless to encapsulate in a few well chosen words exactly what most of us, the disenfranchised, are thinking…..looking forward to more of the M & S guerilla theatre…as always, Richard lattitude 30 degrees N

This, the week that the London Times is calmly reporting that Israel is about to attack Iran,
which will surely bring Iran’s shore based missile batteries to bear against the United States naval vessels in the Gulf. This is truly a World War Three scenario, and the London Times is reporting that it is going to go off fairly soon. China will sit out the first round of the war and then move aggresively to exert greater dominance over Taiwan. Russia will declare borders with Canada at the north pole, and would trade openly with all parties. World banking interests would insist that oil trade in Euros or Norweigan Kronor within 3 months after the first hostilities.
Are we saying that this is really about to happen?
That World War 5 or 6, is about to start when Israel attacks Iran, soon?

If these measures, the telecom package for one, are allowed to reach fruition this will most likely be the end of the web as we know it. The Internet and its technology will then be in the hands of big politics and big business. That which we were part in creating will be used against us.
• This is why the question of file sharing has started to grow in to a real movement of the people, it is that foreboding.
