    Already done here in Europe.
    Italy and Belgium are the worst I’ve heard.
    An English friend of mine drove through Belgium in his German girlfriends BMW. He got stopped for speeding ; they siezed his car and he was “detained”. His girlfirned came over and bailed him out with a BIG ( thousands ) deposit to get the car back.
