They are so busy tryuing to find green shoots they are missing the bigger picture - that of global trade meltdown. I work in news and everyday their are thousands of stories so you need to pick an angle. A lot of those making the decisions have houses so are trying to talk up the economy hoping it will help to all get back to normal.
