    So… since the Chinese have made deals with brazil, Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Venezuela and negotiating with Kuwait and the US at the same time have been humpty dumpty on the wall missing out on these deals. The US feel it is entitled to get the premium oil deal with Iraq because of their effort to force Iraq to be free, em… to force Iraq to be democratic… and don’t forget the dead soldiers the US sacrificed for Iraq.
    Though I have a problem with the equation: 4000 US dead soldiers/private mercenaries vs. 1 000 000 Iraq dead civilians – who “sacrificed” the most I wonder…

    It seems like the United States want to charge fees for ‘spreading democracy’ the receivers never asked for in the first place.

    I share your feelings about this ackward equation but you have to research more on history to get the complete pictutre also geo-political.

    It’s an illusion to think that Iraq is free now let alone democratic. The U.S. have put their best CIA remigrated Iraqi who will beheaded as soon as Iraq is realy free again, Iraq is occupied by the U.S. Army mind you!

    Before CIA Saddam Hussein even game to power by brute force Iraq was in a civil war. Saddam tyranized Iraq into more Staus Quo which Saddam himself had to disturb by attacking Iran, funded by the Americans and later Koeweit.

    Saddam Hussein was betrayed by the U.S. which could be a lesson for others who have to cooperate with the them.

    Taliban was funded through the CIA prop AL Qaida with Bin Laden as their main CIA frontman to get the weapons (Stingers) and money on the right place so they could go shoot Russian helicopters.

    He made the same point I made yesterday to a friend … that the US is only 20% of world GDP, and only 300 mio. people of the 6 Bio. on this planet. And despite the US (US$) thinking it’s all important, there is a BIG world outside the US , which is getting economically BIGGER and now wants to ( quite rightly IMO) exercise it’s rights to a bigger piece of the cake !
    Of course, IMO this means that the “West” may one day end up beingn forced to pay-up in “real” money like Gold, Oil, Products etc. instead of fiat paper .. in order to get manufactured goods from the East .

    the “Lesbian Cowboy” is one of the worst PMs Canada has ever had…
    He talks about needing “transparency” yet HIS own party of crooks are one of the least transparent…
    We (as citizens) are not allowed to “audit” their expenses, for example…
    Almost everything they do is behind closed doors,
    the media is “hand-picked” for his Q&A in front of the cameras (i.e. Harpo won’t allow independent journalists to grill him)
    Members in his “par-tay” are constantly involved in bungles and scandals…

    He talks about the “financial system needing to be fixed”
    and yet it IS FIXED (i.e. rigged) just the way he likes it…

    And what’s worse, is that in his current minority gov’t,
    the option that Canadians will likely vote for is an ex-pat that hasn’t been in Canada for 34 years, and will likely leave if he doesn’t win the next election (which may come in the fall if the Harper Cons lose another vote in the House of Commons)
    Michael Ignatieff (Iggy as he’s called in the street) is just another douchebag from a different vendor…

    The situation for the future of Canaduh is quite dismal really…
    Mel Hurtig spells it out quite clearly in his book “THE TRUTH ABOUT CANADA” where he compiled StatsCan & OECD stats into meaningful commentary…

    Love your show ‘On the Edge…’, a few months back, I named my brother Ed’s company, ‘Edge Immigration’; and he thinks it means one thing, while I’m just trying to push the bastard over the edge to wake him up. Maybe your show will do it for me.

    Did I allready mention thatyou somehow look very tastefull in those more conservative suits whit this lovely new touch of possible new trends, very lively expressed in a lovely tie which completes the set as a diamond in a beatifull golden ring setting crafted by the most skillful goldsmid you could find in Marocco.

    He seems to me to be correct on Nato ; something even I have been frowning upon – Nato Expansion … or better , the Europeans being fooled into expanding Nato .

    @Phil: even before Gen.Wesley Clark headed NATO forces the military buildup there has been unsurpassed….In the 1990′s I was paying attention that NATO forces were quietly expanding hand over fist…thus we have the Breszinski geo-political view that the WEST must surround Russia and if you read Catherine Austin Fitts blog archive she has a global map showing the Colored Revolution nations and the various former Soviet Islamic nations ( those around the Caspian Sea ) and now Afghanistan and Iraq…to hem in the Russian expansion…Apparently in Zbig’s eyes Iran is in his sights!!!! There are complications as Russia is the #1 supplier of German natural gas thanx to ex-Chancelor Shroeder (who now heads up the natural gas line company)…And as Russia has recently supplied Iran with 80 tons of fissionable nuclear material and has given air traffic rights to the USA for flights to Kabul…it’s Russian hegemony is receiving kudos from both sides ….So we can’t seem to ween ourselves from the military/oil cartel or the Cold War….and as we can see Mr. Obama has no care to follow through on his pre-election day speeches…He is a captive to the massive and ongoing Military/Industrial/Wall Street Cartel/Oligarchs….we a f**ked for another generation or two…regardless of the actual geo-political forces on the ground….it’s just so programmed in, that, as the 1960′s Blackburn Commission stated: what is needed to be maintained are a continuum of small wars, one after another….infinitum….And now we not only have all the mechanisms and structures to create an ongoing source of funds either onshore or offshore, this derivative ( and eventually vitual ) reality will fund this negative economic being infinitum…So we are faced with finding a way to get out of the way and survive the insane transfers of billions and trillions among the insiders…otherwise we will be faced with the eugenics solutions to limit the population to nearly zero..

    SHELL is the frontrunner for the crazy idea putting CO2 into the ground – what A rip off! SHELL atmited only concentrating on oil and Coal. This fraudulent CO2 policy could turn against them in the end cause more and more people are starting to wake up from the CO2 Hoax.     Rabobank; Jeroen van IJzerloo says in a Dutch RTL Z interview (10 July 2009) that 20% of the Chinese stimulus goes directly into the stockmarket and 30% into the housingmarket.

    As such creating a new stockmarket and housing bubble which doesn’t seem to be a very good idea of spending your stimulus.

    Cause that’s exactly the reason why these two are going up at the moment and that doesn’t do anything for the fundamentals of the economy.

    China will not be able to help Europe out of this crises cause it’s economy is still to small and therefore domestic demand has to increase.

    8% growth in China will be impossible cause of the strongly decreased exports in the West.

    BTW , yes , your post sums it up nicely.

    Ex-chancellor Schroeder works for a German subsidiary of Gazprom as you said. A friend of mine met him 6 weeks ago at his golf club in Cologne. My guess is these people like Blair ( JPMorgan mio.$ “job” ) , Schroeder etc. just get these jobs as a reward for ….. !
    Interestingly, Ex-Chancellor Kohl stood before the highest court in Germany a few years ago and simply told the judge what to do , saying he wouldn’t allow him to search his house and refused to hand over documents. Any normal person would be in jail.
    The case concerned Arms Dealing with “Hr. Schreiber” who was hiding in Canada at the time.
    The German Public Prosecutor tried to get Canada to extradite Schreiber who then set up a website and promised to display “secret” documents ( incriminating many German politicians ) – one per week – until they stopped trying to extradite him.
    ( I read a few of them … explosive stuff – names mentioned etc. – never appeared in the German MSM of course ).
    Then in Feb 2008, the Canadians agreed to extradite him … nothing more was heard in Germany … as if all the players had suddenly disappeared. ( The justice Minister had probably replaced the public prosecutor ).
    In fact, there was a TV documentary about the fact that the “turnover” of Public Prosecutors in Bonn was something 120 within 5 years !!! Some of the PPs spoke out “under-cover” for the documentary ( i.e. disguised ) and said that it was impossible to prosecute politicians because the Justice Minister always interferes !

    What annoyed me most is that the Germans just don’t seem to give a sh*t ; I spoke to a quite few people and they just don’t care – even although Kohl was a much hated figure here .

    There are many German books published on the subject of corrupt German politicians – many by German Uni Professors , but they never make the MSM.

    He was just using the weak-kneed (and crooked) justice system here to stall as much as possible…

    @Phil: thnx for the lengthy tidbit about Shroeder…My point is that if you,Phil, were able to compose a “program” for the euro currency replacement then the NWO folks must certainly have this all pre-programed step by step until all their machinations are in place….thus we “debt/slaves”, as lovely Stacy has called us, are insignificant particles ( bits and bites) of the matrix that only has physical room for the insiders….all the overt corruption that has recently and not so recently been exposed ( no WMD’s in Irag…the $134.5 b in US bonds in Italy, the GS proprietary code in the open like a CIA NOC list, the IG’s of the FED and the SEC while before Congressional hearings spinning tales of incompetence…well the list goes on and on) and so little is being done to bring any balance to the entire coup….That is why I brought up the “complication” of Shroeder in the mix…in the past it was easier to see the good guys from the evil doers…today it’s all smoke and mirrors…like Berlusconi playing up to the G-8 members by presenting “gifts”: an original work of art, and a $3900 gold coin —the eurodollar—Soon he’ll have one minted in time for the British election: the “europound”…and they are laughing all the way to the IMF or the BIS or Im-Ex Bank or their secret Swiss bank accounts….With $1.2 quadrillion in derivatives to wind down…where is the relief??? that alone will take 20 years!!!! Being smarter is getting me anywhere…when overt financial wealth is all the NWO folks respect…I have this motto: people only like you when you give them something…thus the $3900 gold coin????????????

    IMO life has become so complicated ( as Richard says – you can’t tell the good from the bad guys these days ) that I sort of always dreamed of a Log Cabin in Canada – away from it all – living a peaceful life with books , fishing and a wooden stove.

    This whole thing is really like “The Matrix” as you said …. there is actually a YT’er called “BreakTheMatrix” Ms. Roche … who would fit in well with our crowd here !

    I have often raised the issue that my biggest fear is Internet Censorship …. dread the thought . The Euro Pirate Party is a small but good start … will be convincing many Germans to vote them in the next election. The Swedes voted them into the Euro parliament with 7% ; the Germans only got 1%.
    Still …it’s some hope !

    @Phil: glad you enjoyed the input….I’ll look up Ms Roche soon…As for the Pirate Parties…well I thought they were singularly interested in internet issues…Here in the USA..the third party movement is known as an outsider at best…the electoral rules just about prevent any realistic entrance onto the main stage….Ron Paul, a former Libertarian candidate, is well spoken on why he remains in the Republican Party….even though he is a determined Libertarian…Waiting on a Populist ( ala Andrew Jackson) to save the day…HA!!!! IMHO ex-Gov.Jesse Ventura knows better than to run for president..he may return from Mexico to run for the Minnesota Senate race in 2010… He’s a no BS kind of guy…Congressman A. Grayson is also a live wire…along with Sen Bernie Sanders, Congr. D. Kucinich, and maybe a few others….But as the K Street crowd have all the loot behind the scenes…it almost seems IMHO too corrupt to change…

    @Phil: let the truth be told….when I was once more a free person…I too thought that Yellow Knife Lake in Canada might be a great spot to go to…then the cable network played “Ice Lake Truckers” about the transportation to the diamond mines….very torturous….even though I lived in below zero temps before..well that spot is frigid…so I remain @lattitude30N (for now)
