Stacy Summary: In the headlines you can see the rapid response of reduced competition. The too big to bail are really raking it in after their oligarch loving politicians let their competitors fail. You also see that the second wave of wealth destruction as with the first Great Depression will be the more devastating one. What else are you reading?

Viewers comments about the speech are mostly negative, so here’s an attempt to translate the speaker’s Californese:
Fellow Californians,
Our crops flourish, regardless of whether they are grown organically or with pesticides.
Thus, the wisest course is to phase out toxic agrochemicals and replace them with harmless substitutes that control pests and prolong shelf life.
While “food” is essential, we should try to make that “organic food”.
Commercial property rents downtown are strangling small businesses. This district has proved its capacity to be self-sufficient, boasting residents with extraordinary expertise who at this very moment possess adequate stock to meet our needs. We are fully capable of being a community in the real sense of the word, making our own products and selling them in our own stores. After all, we are Californians, we can work it out.
We are rich in natural resources, so can clothe ourselves with our local textiles and set up plants to produce vehicles using minerals from our own mines. We can get the machinery we need for manufacturing. We can have a vibrant community, a viable city, a San Francisco with a future.
The East Coast has no qualms about exploiting slave labor, as testified by its reliance on imports from China. Here on the West Coast, we are anti-slavery and pro-union. That is what we are. Now, an admirable aspect of the Bush Administration is its funding for small business owners, which has obvious implications for those who would be free.
We sometimes forget that food is as natural as trees and shrubs, that we can grow anything our hearts desire. It’s just not that complicated. And when we have more than we can eat, we can preserve any surplus, such as by freezing.
We are people, California is our home. We should be able to grow our own food and not have to depend on outside sources. All we should have to do is pay the farmers. We should not have to pay for the use of our land. Land is free. This is a new land, our home. This is where we live. The land is ours to use. We should not be treated as serfs, forced to pay rent to feudal lords. We should be free to grow our own food on our own land and sell it at the farmers’ market.

@Stacy,
Thanks for the post re: Don having already arrived in Belize – good luck to him I say.
Re: The film: V for Vendetta (which I believe you said you had seen). I watched this film again last night – it was on BBC 3 – and the 2nd time around it had an even bigger effect on me, perhaps because I know more now than I did the 1st time I watched it. I am not ashamed to say that at the end I cried like a baby for what could and should be. It is the idea that character V represents (or should I say ideology). ‘He’ should be in each and every one of us. I was so ready for a revolution at the end but I knew that I wouldn’t be able to get anyone to join me even though it is way past the right thing to do.
I would recommend that everyone watch the film even if they’ve already seen it. The reason being that if you watch it now you see the whole swine flu/vaccine issue from a completely different perspective – it really is mind opening event – such a clever film representing what is happening in society today and how, if we don’t act soon (and in the spirit of the idea of V), it may well be too late. It nails the way in which fear is used as a weapon by those who wish to control our every move.
I have to say the world is starting to freak me out, to the point where sleep is becoming a luxury. I’m not ashamed to admit this, I think it’s normal under the circumstances, but my frustration is in knowing and being able to do very little about it, and boy am I ready for a revolution, problem is I can’t do it on my own. When enough are ready I’ll be there and I won’t mind being at the front when the time comes, because I’m sick of it all, change was necessary a long time ago, now it’s mandatory!

Like a wheel within a wheel.
Never ending or beginning,
On an ever spinning wheel
Like a snowball down a mountain

Running rings around the moon
Like a clock whose hands are sweeping

Like a tunnel that you follow
To a tunnel of it’s own
Down a hollow to a cavern
Where the sun has never shone
Like a door that keeps revolving
In a half forgotten dream
Or the ripples from a pebble
Someone tosses in a stream.
Like a clock whose hands are sweeping
Past the minutes on it’s face
And the world is like an apple
Whirling silently in space

Words that jangle your head

Was the sound of distant drumming
Just the fingers of your hand
Pictures hanging in a hallway
And a fragment of this song
Half remembered names and faces
But to whom do they belong
When you knew that it was over
Were you suddenly aware
That the autumn leaves were turning
To the color of her hair
Like a circle in a spiral
Like a wheel within a wheel

Just found this article, the contents of which should be available to every American because it’s your law (no doubt we have something similar in Britain along with other countries)
Guess what? You’re the enemy of US corp. (ie. America):-
http://niketalk.yuku.com/topic/193296/t/They-never-taught-this-in-school-vol-history-lesson.html
Here’s a snippet:-
-1933 Corp US is again Bankrupted.
-Force Banking Holiday, confiscated Gold from Americans to pay debt.
-Exchanged “money-backed” Federal Reserve notes with “legal tender” notes.
-Emergency War Powers Act enhances the Trading with the Enemies act which recognized the people of the United States as enemies of Corp. U.S.
-1935 Social Security was instituted.
-Purpose was the generate Beneficiary funds to the United States General Trust Fund (Corp US).
-Created entity that sounds like you but is not. S.S. card is NOT YOURS.
-us citizens (Citizens of Corp US) participating in S.S. act as collateral for debt loans by Corp US to foreign entities.
-1944 Under Brenton Woods Agreement Corp US is quit claimed to the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
-Corp US became a Private Foreign Corporation to the people of USA. Very important.
-1968 At the National Governor’s Conference IMF leaders proposed delima of Individual States using Federal Reserve Notes which is not allowed by State Constitutions.
-Governors adopted Uniform Commercial Code which allow greater control of the people.
-1971 Every State Governments in the Union had now created an entity known as Corp State.
-By this time every State stopped seating Government positions and began only seating Corp state positions.
* The 13th Article of Amendment
to the original Constitution of the United States of America
“If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.”
So, now you know that EVERYTHING is about corporations and corporate law. YOU are a corporation under UCC (Admiralty law). Your countries are corporations and so are their gov depts, the police, the councils, the courts. Most laws are statute laws and require consent from you! I know I’ve posted along these lines before, but surely it is not beyond the wit of man (or us) to fight the corporations using their laws. Once you know it’s a corporation you’re dealing with doesn’t that change the way you fight? Knowing that it’s all based on contract law?
Many employers match their employees contributions to corporate-managed retirement savings accounts. The fees and penalties for withdrawal are heavy. So a lot of people have substantial amounts of dead money in mutual funds due to this.

PRESS RELEASE
Two Months to the Ides of October
July 27, 2009 (EIRNS)–Two years ago, on July 25, 2007, Lyndon LaRouche warned the world that the financial system was finished, and outlined the immediate measures that could have prevented the disaster which has ensued. On the anniversary of that international webcast, LaRouche warned that we are now headed toward another turning point, after the end of the U.S. fiscal year on Sept. 30, when figures come out and panic sets in.
“We’re in a breakdown crisis,” LaRouche said, where we have to assume that by the 10th or 15th October, the world is going to shut down. “Nations are going to cease functioning, at least many of them. One of the nations, which is about to cease functioning, in about 60 days from now… is the United States, in every part. We have 48 states, that are not even nominally functioning, as governments.
As things stand now, a little over two months from now, this country’s going to shut down. And many other countries will shut down. Some will not. They will be shutting down economically, but they won’t shut down in terms of command structure. This country is about to go down in command structure.
Debt is being piled up, while payments are postponed, with the case of California providing a good example of the problem. The crisis will explode in mid-October, because that’s when the figures will be exposed. The danger then is that panic will break out, because “every state, every political faction, is going to try to cover at each other’s expense. When that panic breaks out, the system goes down.”
LaRouche also exposed the Obama Administration’s intention to go for an “October Surprise,” hoping they would get the health-care policy through. “And then… by getting these two things through, to put in dictatorial measures, like Hitler’s… in the October crisis.” LaRouche warned against the attempt to start riots in the streets and use troops to set up a dictatorship under conditions of panic and chaos.
That leaves two months’ time to organize a policy shift, along the same lines LaRouche proposed in that webcast of July 25, 2007: bankruptcy reorganization and a four-power agreement on an FDR-like international credit policy.
@sharon, When I listen to Mr. Ben “Expert on depression” Bernanke talk about the audit bill it almost sounds like he is willing to let them audit the Fed and then blame it on congress. Sounds like a plan to have Fed get universal power and say that congress couldn’t handle the monitary policies anyhow so give the Fed galactic powers.
LOL
This is where Max would go “mmmMMMmmmm”.
I wonder if this could be possible, could the Fed let the congress get their audit bill through so the Fed could get those powers.. is this to trivial a thought to be something coming true?

Quote:
“In the old days you needed to conquer a country with military force, and then you could control that country. Today it’s not necessary at all. You can destabilize a country, make it poor, and then make it request help. And [in exchange] for the help that is given, you gain control over the policies of the country, and when you gain control over the policies of a country, effectively you have colonized that country.” – DR. MAHATHIR BIN MOHAMMAD
(July 2nd, 2001)
“Capital must protect itself in every way…Debts must be collected and loans and mortgages foreclosed as soon as possible. When through a process of law the common people have lost their homes, they will be more tractable and more easily governed by the strong arm of the law applied by the central power of leading financiers. People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders. This is well known among our principal men now engaged in forming an imperialism of capitalism to govern the world. By dividing the people we can get them to expend their energies in fighting over questions of no importance to us except as teachers of the common herd.”

Health Officials Admit Fast Tracked H1N1 Vaccines Will Not Be Tested for Safety
WASHINGTON POST
Flu Vaccine Panel Creates Priority List
Pregnant women account for about 6 percent of H1N1 deaths, as well as cases serious enough to require hospitalization, Anthony Fiore, a physician and epidemiologist at the CDC, told the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.
Children younger than 6 months do not produce a strong immune response to flu vaccine and are best protected by keeping them away from the virus, which is spread by coughing, sneezing and touching. Physicians, nurses and paramedics are high on the list because of the work they do.
In outbreaks during the spring, people ages 12 to 18 were hospitalized at twice the rate of people ages 19 to 24 and five times the rate of those 25 to 49. Of the 302 U.S. deaths recorded so far, more than half of those patients had an underlying chronic illness or medical condition such as asthma, diabetes, immune deficiency or morbid obesity.
In the “Asian flu” pandemic of 1957, which many experts believe is a model for the current one, many communities experienced an explosive spread of the virus once schools opened and the weather cooled.
Although CDC experts originally suggested making age 18 the ceiling of the healthy-young-people target group, the committee raised the age to 24 to include college students.
Some of the vaccine will be stored in multi-dose vials containing thimerosal, an antibacterial additive that contains mercury. But there will also be single-dose syringes without thimerosal, a substance that some assert is harmful to children.
Among the many unanswered questions is whether two doses will be necessary to provide full protection, how close in time two shots can be given and how big the dose will be. Vaccination programs may start before the answers are known.
Clinical trials in which the prototype vaccine will be tested in hundreds of children and adults are just beginning. Data on the effectiveness of one shot will be available in mid-September; two shots, in late September.

I was over in India for a couple of months early this year (first time out of the UK in ten years and never further than the Med before). Had a IT course to do there otherwise I might have had reason to be cynical of going out there.
I wonder just where they are heading. Really? It isn’t industrialists that maintain Mumbai, it’s 10 million slum dwellers. They tried a pretty nasty form of population control over there once and that I think was when the population was less than half what it is now. How they will cope in the future worries me.
Hey, it’s funny. There I was travelling around thinking I was as the song goes, enjoying, “A cheap holiday in other people’s misery” as if I landed in a time warp of a country with a passing resemblence to Dickensian London and apartheid S. Africa. I left very ambivalent about the place and the people (especially the rich ones) but somehow with an emotional connection to the country and the potential for bad times on the horizon upsets me.

Anyway, Hitler said: “Give me a child before the age of 7 and I’ll show you the man.”

Mike2Liverpool:
Adrian Gibbs postulated IF:
“If the virus had spent time evolving in eggs, it would suggest it was not solely the creation of nature but may have been accidentally or deliberately engineered in a lab.
If that were the case, it would of course raise questions about how something constructed in a lab ended up circulating in humans in at least 30 countries around the globe.”
http://www.edmontonsun.com/news/swineflu/2009/05/12/9433981.html
Gibbs premise was rapidly squashed by ‘science’:
“Gibbs apparently claims that the virus bears the hallmarks of having undergone “accelerated evolution” such as what happens when flu viruses try to adapt to growth in eggs.
But the head of the CDC’s influenza division, Dr. Nancy Cox, said her labs and others cannot find evidence to support the claim that the virus has undergone accelerated evolution.”
and here:
http://blogs.sciencemag.org/scienceinsider/2009/05/the-rapid-rise.html
Gibbs did not seek to publish in peer-reviewed venues, an avenue which only resulted in complete castration of his ideas:
“There is not enough scientific evidence to build this reasoning,” Capua (Italan flu researcher) said. “This virus could have generated itself by many ways: In swine or in another host or God or laboratory manipulation or whatever. But we just cannot say.
This is not how science works. Science works by building a case. And in this case, at least from what I’ve read, there isn’t enough information to build that case.”
Gibbs premise, that the flu mutation appears to have happened in eggs, is interesting seeing as the vaccine is also incubated in eggs. No one has taken the Gibbs warning seriously as it would result in academic and professional castration to do so. Gibbs was a collaborater in the research leading to Tamiflu!

@Dedo…………..6000 years and counting. But we never had the internet before and I think there is a slight possibility, a glimmer of hope, that we could take it back, even after all these thousands of years. Information is power and they are few and we are many. I say we annihilate the bastards….I’ll meet you out front with my AK47 – let’s get this thing done!
@Sharon,……not in our life times, but to spread the memes, (as is known), is far more powerful than tanks and guns!! : )
It’s like this:
Say my neighbor came to my house and hit me in the face with a baseball bat and knocked out all my teeth. There were three eye-witnesses. The CDC sends a science geek out to investigate. The geek collects the data and then takes it home to incubate about it. When I tell the geek to call the police and arrest the neighbor, and the eye-witnesses say ‘cheers’, the geek replys, “We must see what the data has to say. I must compare the data to other cases. Your claims cannot be justified by the
data.” No one is aware that the next-door-neighbor is a major contributor to university research and a brother of the police commissioner.

I was saying Indian is getting close to over populated (well at least in the present way things are done sharing wealth and resources).
Colonial history relates to this but what gets me is the faith being placed over there in the country being on the up. Can it decouple and throw that production into it’s internal market? Most of those who labour to make over there can’t afford to buy the things produced. Nice if they could but could everyone be using air conditioning, driving cars, buying the goods the west shouldn’t be able to afford any longer, getting fat like the rich kids are getting over there?
I don’t want to patronize them because as a descendent of the Irish dispora I am not a fan of the British Empire.
Just talking about the exponential function and how the real mayhem is going to hit people in places like India and it’s like the ant people seen from the bid wheel in The Third Man. I could turn my back on the whole world and let it go to hell in a hand basket but seeing people close up gives me more empathy (or is it sympathy?) and BTW most of the relationships I get into are pretty ambivalent to say the least!

Like the Peter Schiff analogy of a restuarant that expands because of a rise in business only to find it was only whilst the circus is in town.
British Empire or further back to the enclosures act and getting the villagers into town to become factory fodder. So much of the working class only got a ‘house n**ger’ slice of that pie from then. Yes it was Dickensian for the working class here then and over there now.
You know they say about women getting the vote in 1918 or abouts. They teach it in class. Sort of forget working class women had to wait another ten years. Forget also that it was only in 1918 that working class men got the vote.
55 million killed during WW2. Only 60 years ago. Damn the exponential function I could wake up next week to be tripping in some time warp just below ground zero.

@kitty, yes, sorry, you were referring to the numbers. There are a helluva lot of people. I’m in two minds about this; on the one hand it is said that if you put every person into Australia they would each have a quarter of an acre on average. The current system certainly won’t ‘support’ the amount of people currently on this planet imo; that’s not how they play the game, besides which we are viewed as assets by the ptb (each of us is issued with a bond when our births are registered for example), however, we can also be viewed as liabilities and I fear that could happen any time soon.
As far as exponential population growth is concerned, I’ve never actually counted how many are on the planet, and I doubt the official figures are correct. Someone prove me wrong?

Again, Max, I hope you will dedicate an entire Resonance show to the issue of currency-values and asymetrical trade issues. We all know about the imbalance with China, and it only follows that the Chinese arer clever enough to unload their dollars on anyone that will take them.
In the UK they evidently use a metric that guages the dollar at .61, and I assume this means in relation to the Euro. This other scale, the one you and UrbanSurvival uses lists the dollar value at 79.31, –a weighted scale, clearly asymetrical in nature. Since Americans know little if anything about daily life in Europe–issues cleverly masked by noise, ie: GMO crops, EU/UN/WHO rediculous proclamations, and such, it follows we don’t currently have much ‘value’ for the Euro either.
Seriously, when people ask me where they should put their ill-gotten Stock gains, I have been saying commodities-backed currencies, and tradable consumable items. Rice, Sugar, Salt…
With all of the dire warnings, and WAVE-allignments piling-up, come September, October,.. Since most city folks don’t exactly live up against the Rockies or the Grand Tetons, TODAY is the time to make your FINAL investment decisions, assuming you and your family & friends can plan for a period in full survival-mode.

It is quite clear we are living in tyranny/ neo-feudalism as Max points out in the UK. But it doesn’t have to be that way. I would like to draw everyones attention to what is being called Lawful Rebellion in the UK which is your common law rights! Please research the links at and videos here:
http://www.tpuc.org/
It is a movement that will gather pace if you all participate. Know you rights!!!
Where people are openly stating their common law rights to fight the rubbish statute laws that get rubber stamped by parliament that come form lobby groups and the unelected EU.
A lot of the taxes, fixed penalty notices are UNLAWFUL (being debt slaves is UNLAWFUL)! They are conning you and marching you to tyranny/feudalism. Wake up and assert your sovereignty!

Nice post with the CAR PARK….. you can just see where this is going.
There is no need to protest not that im implying you would want too, as the institutions that think they are protecting jobs along with themselves will ultimately undermine the ground they sit on just as quickly as possible. You may even say efficiently. The irony is this is what they are efficient at doing and its not their goal?
My opinion is you have to be independent in everything you do, work, income, lifestyle, locations. Nimble along and avoid the bricks thrown at you.
Soon the panic will begin maybe a year form now or sooner, who knows and then the fear will stop us all voicing any opinion. Round and round we go…never learning
Carla: Agreed. It works too.
That site you linked to, uses a version of the fasces for its logo which is rather concerning, but common law is a weird and wonderful anomaly in UK law. It is being chipped away by a lot of legislation – but it is a viable option.
@Youri Carma …. ” FEMA COFFINS ARE REALLY FOR BODIES ”
Amazing …yet another stupid patent awarded….
… stackable coffins !
Sheesh … all this copyright and patent crap really makes me think the (stupid) human race is doomed.
Ptah -> yes the logos are quite strange but they are involved with the “UKColumn” newspaper which goes to great lengths to report on those types of issues as well as well as many other honest organizations just have a look in their links section. However, mainly they are preoccupied with educating “normal” people as to their rights to stop tyranny. Have a look at some of the UKColumn issues they show very clearly who is top of the “food chain” with us being the cattle.
I think Max should give some coverage, maybe not to particular groups as he probably doesnt know anything about them but at least the right that everyone has under common law to resist and protest including in America. Yes people will get arrested but then released without charge but if enough people do it this movement can gather a lot of steam.

Thanks for the Cell Phone listening story. This is similar to a low-tech trick done, I once read or heard, by the secret police in Romania. Not only would they tap your phone line, but the simply disabled the “hangup” function normally activated when you put the phone into the cradle. This turns EVERY PHONE in the country into a listening device, a la 1984. This idea is 40 years old, so there’s no doublt someone thought of how to do this with a cell phone.
My question is: is a cell phone transmitting when it is turned off? If not, then then how are these conversations intercepted. They could be recorded on-board but storage capacity is limited.
