  1. @ Mike King

You are, unfortunately correct. The CFR/Roundtable groups have been advocating one world government rather openly for decades. Because of the pervasiveness of their influence in government/educational/media circles, that is where we are headed, ready or not.

Since I am somewhat familiar with a comparable, interlocked group, the Bilderbergers, I fear that there is a truly sinister agenda in play, also openly stated. That is the reduction of the world’s population to no more than 275 million people. From where we are now at 6,000 millions, this reduction would represent a 95% wipeout ((275/6,000*100)-100).

That is why I fear engineered pandemics, false flag terrorism, and the political process, as interpreted today. The deck is wholly loaded, and fully in play.

    HR 1207 (House)

    Dear Representative,

Please co-sponsor and/or support HR 1207, an effort to audit the Federal Reserve.

Recently, it has come to light that there is little to no accountability to the people on the part of the Federal Reserve. While the citizens of this country are required by law to give an accounting of every penny they come in contact with, the Federal Reserve has never been held to the same standard. During this time of extreme economic crisis, the people deserve an accounting of where our money is going.

Currently there are 279 co-sponsors for this legislation, and it is enjoying bi-partisan support. Your efforts in supporting this important legislation would go a long way in proving to your constituents that you not only hold the Federal Reserve to the same standard as you do your constituents, but it would also show that you believe in transparency. Anything less than support for this resolution suggests that you are in favor of secrecy and a lack of accountability to the people who pay the bills. We pay the tab; we have a right to know where our money is going.

Unlike recent bills that you voted in favor of that had hundreds of pages and just a few hours to read, this bill can be read in under 5 minutes. I encourage you to take the time to read it, and then move to support it.

Thank you in advance for your attention on this important legislation. I have every expectation that you will do right by your constituents and support this measure.

    Sincerely,
    S 604 (Senate)

You are using past education without utilizing present information.

The Obama administration is not making a mistake……
This is about agenda ….. not about economic recovery or social structure of the people.
The conglomerate controlling the money supply….that answer to NO GOVERNMENT OF ANY KIND….. are interested in one and only one thing and that is controlling global currency and establishing ANY form of world government regardless of type…..as long as they control it. It matters not the type…..it will be whatever type of social label that they make it.
The present information is this…… There is an entity of astronomical power that is in pursuit of creating and controlling a world governmental body. They are using any and every means at their disposal to do so such as the US dollar and “organizations” that they have systematically created and controlled over decades. The dollar and these organizations are “tools” to be utilized in accomplishing their singular goal of world government. The dollar will fail. The “Federal Reserve” will fail….and is meant to by design…..the entity will be in charge regardless and the “tools” will have served their purpose.
These organization are the Federal Reserve, the elite US Governmental body (including Obama), IMF, WHO, WTO, CFR AND ON AND ON AND ON.
ALL OF THESE ORGANIZATIONS AND MANY MORE ARE IN COORDINATED COLLUSION AND CONSIST AS A SINGULAR POWER ENTITY CONTROLLING THE MONEY SUPPLY AND MANY AREAS OF GLOBAL CONTROL.
This entity has deliberately planned the collapse of the dollar while deliberately aggressively promoted the investment into the dollar globally for more than a decade to make the collapse global. This is current state of affairs is all about global financial collapse to have the world readily accept the new monetary system which they already have designed and will be in charge of.
This empowerment will exponentially increase their power to create and control a world government.

Amazing had a view yesterday on the gold price but look today!

    http://www.goldprice.org/live-gold-price.html

This confirms my theory that they would try to keep it round 950 first and if they (the gold manipulators) can’t hold the 950 level they will do everything to keep it under 1000, watch my words!

  8. @ Mike King and anyone interested in his post, this was published on June 7

    http://www.infowars.com/the-new-world-order-wants-the-new-world-order-to-fail-order-out-of-attacking-the-new-world-order/

“… What will happen is that the New World Order will tell us that, for example, the banks (the national and reserve banks of the world) are the New World Order (rather than the banks being a puppet-level of it), they will show the cruelty of the banks, then the people will attack them, they will be eliminated, and thus the New World Order will be able to set up whatever it wishes: cashless grid, world reserve banking, etc. I think I can see these steps already in progress…”

Cash for Clunkers is a subsidized gift to the banks who write car loans. Masquerading as some mona to the environment, helping reduce car companies inventory and increasing mpg. for Americans who need a car to get to the job they just lost.

Americans just need to consume their way out of this mess just like the banks. The only problem is the banks have the tax payers to back stop them, but the tax payers have no back stop.
The ” Constitution” was the back stop but that was a long time ago.

What would the productivity of all those Un-crushed cars be in a third world nation ?
What would be the loss in revenue to small business who sell the cars as “used” instead of crushing them and sending the tax payer the bill.

Objectives for Cash for Clunkers :

Get some loans flowing for the love of god
    Kill some cars
Kill some small businesses who would have sold the cars.
Shave some inventory off the books that you were going to have to crush.
Make it look good for the people.

You could buy or sell as much gold as you like it wouldn’t effect the price they chose to keep it inline with their funny money buying and selling.

@Scott in Oregon: well yes, I knew Bill well and heard of Lou…Bill Weaver was our congressman, and Saturday Market held in teh center of town was an instant success); In Central Oregon in those days an insignificant fellow named Ken Kesey and his brother Chuck opened the Springfield Creamery, a health food store and dairy farm…famous for Nancy’s Yogurt;…and outside of Eugene was the Rainbow Family Farm ( they still have a yearly gathering around July 4th weekend, usually held in a National Park or Forest ); and we lived on a cabin oriented commune called Mirkwood…First became familiar with Chinese herbs and other alternative healing practices back then. Sorry if I went on…in addition we were the economic center of all alternative activity in the region…Hell the Sheriff used to drive up in the Spring while we were all barefoot in the garden, and ask us face to face :How many plants we had growing?” and then drove off. My beginning goes back even before then concerning my attention to the financial disarray we find ourselves today…Became familiar with Indian pawn and barter back then too…I learned a great deal about the world back then…even had an 18 foot teepee ( lodge)…which eventually made it to HI…I better stop..M & S will ask me to cease and desist…Hope that answers your name dropping…yes I was a legend in my time.HA!!!

I have a hunch these Americans will rally against tax for health care plans as unconstitutional sooner than will do the same against tax for their world policing bill.

Here is some more FLUORIDE TOOTH PAST armchair philosophy.
When you look at animals that evolve round the world separately. There adaptation can look very similar. That is the way they have had to fit with there environment has shaped them and they look the same even though the species have never interbred.

    So Question?
Could this indicate that there is a right way and there is the high way when it comes to economics, given that economics is a kind of information organism on one level. If so then there is only one way we can go and that is the correct way. Better just look out for the bricks and avoid Darwin awards just the same.

Do you get my point? You don’t have to fear just adapt yourself so you fear no more. Fear is often a product of lack of information anyway.

You see, all alternatives go extinct. Just don’t get stuck under the elephant as it croaks and falls.

(This article was first published by the Orlando Sentinel Star newspaper)

“Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.

Have you ever wondered why, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, we have deficits? Have you ever wondered why, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don’t propose a federal budget. The president does. You and I don’t have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does. You and I don’t write the tax code. Congress does. You and I don’t set fiscal policy. Congress does. You and I don’t control monetary policy. The Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president and nine Supreme Court justices – 545 human beings out of the 235 million – are directly, legally, morally and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country……”

  31. Police were called on a group of retirees who refused to leave Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s West Los Angeles office until she talked to them about health care reform.

Los Angeles police Sergeant Rich Brunson said Thursday that police lured the group of seven outside somehow, then locked the building’s doors behind them.

Brunson had said earlier that eight people were being taken into custody, but corrected himself after getting new details from officers on the scene.

A spokeswoman for the 55- to 87-year-old activists said they arrived at Feinstein’s office around noon and remained in her conference room more than six hours.

Feinstein spokesman Gil Duran says staff offered the retirees an in-person meeting with the senator during a Los Angeles visit next week but that they demanded to speak with her immediately.

  35. @ Stacy – Yes, it’s funny in a disturbing sort of way. Makes me wonder what politicians will be willing to sell off when things get even worse in their states. I mean, if you start off with selling off government buildings, where do you go from there?!

  36. Youri Carma

The big problem is that the money stolen from the taxpayers was only used to save the banks, not the real economy. the banks horded the money and sit on it.

Meanwhile the normal moms and pops stores when asking for lending some money get notin! That’s in the US but also in the Netherlands. The banks don’t trust each other so in fact the whole banking sytem doesn’t work anyways while we where kept bussy with hollow phrases fdrom the bank like “we gotta restore liquidity streams” while eaxtly the opposite is happening.

Since the end of 2008 nothing has changed in this status quo and that’s exactly the reason why we saw no stop in the economic decline. Mathijs Bouman analyst at RTLZ television said that the solution could be to bypass the banks so that the government lends directly to the business.

Very good thinking but why we saved the banks in the first place? Willem Middelkoop ex-analyst at RTLZ has been warning the Dutch people for years but was a put away as a doom thinker and stayed a lonely crying wolf in a koelee drinking environment.

Totaly agree with Mike King that this was done on purpose to create the much wantred NWO for the elite, not for us.

Because the money didn’t go from the banks into the real economy it’s very logical that deflation takes place also because in a declining economy the Multiplier is negative. When the economy will even restore a little and money will be flowing Inflation will bug down any economical growth.

After the Inflation prices will have to get lower again if the economy wants to move up even a little. Only solution is RECO which Max has been saying all the time. Until that, misery, misery and misery.

  37. @skippy……………..re: the article you posted about Greece vaccinating their population against swine flu. I not e that in the article it states: “We decided that the entire population, all citizens and residents, without any exception, will be vaccinated against the flu,” Health Minister Dimitris Avramopoulos said after a ministerial meeting.
It’s the “without exception” bit that worries me. I assume it meants that if someone doesn’t want to be vaccinated they will be forced. And I keep seeing reports in various newspapers that such and such a country will be providing mandatory vaccinations. How can large parts of the world be forcefully vaccinated and yet alarm bells have not started ringing for the majority, especially when you consider what else is going on? This is crazy!

Rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic -

The underlying economy of the US is in terminal decline. Real Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and private Gross Domestic Investment (GDI) have steadily eroded over the past 60 years. On a “real” basis, average annual growth rates have not only declined, but collapsed for GDI:

    GDP GDI
    1950-2008 3.30% 3.52%
    1970-2008 3.01% 3.68%
    1990-2008 3.59% 2.96%
    1998-2008 2.54% 1.03%
    2003-2008 2.50% 0.92%

To make matters worse, GDP and GDI have a correlation coefficient of 0.82 – quite a good fit. Since change in GDI is probably a causitive factor for change in GDP, this shortfall in private investment does not augur well for GDP growth, going forward.

The Obama administration should be promoting capital formation, but is making a large mistake in setting taxation sights upon wealth creators. Capital is very sensitive and will flow rapidly to where it is best appreciated. A capital-starved US will find it quite difficult to maintain its global hegemony and internal order.

This clueless administration will soon discover that their view of Utopia will be no different from the reality depicted by Thomas More, where “Utopia” is from the Latin, Utopos, meaning “Nowhere,” and the protagonist, Raphael Hythloday is derived from the Greek, “Huthlos,” meaning “Nonsense.” Unfortunately, their nonsense will be effected upon a very real place, indeed. And the suboptimisation for the general populace will equate to empty lives devoid of any hope for a brighter future.

No viable society has ever been able to afford a practise of socialism for very long. It is a cancer upon the social fabric and will devastate any nation succumbing to its Sirens’ call. No general, economic recovery of nations can be very meaningful until the tenets of socialism are understood for what they are, and consigned to Marx’s dustbin of history.

@Dedo: WOW!! hadn’t seen that particular version…Torturro is very good…you pulled that link off the web really fast.So don’t become to distracted by these blogs ….go out and live…

@ Scott from Oregon: Yes Scott…In 1973 I followed this young blond ‘nyph’ to a Spring Equinox party and haven’t left…HA!HA!! That was near Veneta, OR; just west of Eugene,OR…still have several friends in the NW….

  55. So GDP only shrank 1% it is estimated the financial sector is worth 40% of GDP… well considering the financial sector cannot and does not create wealth but can only leech wealth that’s 40% of GDP made by leeching from the real economy(real GDP)

I would guess our real economy GDP has shrank by 20% and the financial sector has increased its leeching by 20% making it worth a current 60% of GDP.

  56. Maybe where I said Management I should have said Human Resources

Basically I was saying Intelligence is like a Conspiracy Radar

  57. Richard@lattitude30N

@Dedo: Again I appreciate your sentiments…you must be of a younger generation than I…..This site allows folks who are on the cutting edge, follow the smart money moves and like Mike King have their finger on the pulse of the (as Stacy has said the economic collapse that has begun) world…as an alternative to Agenda 21, Club of Rome, Davos Economic Forum. UN and WHO and numerous Councils that are directing the “movie as distraction” for our eyes to see…our ears to hear, our nose to smell, our fingers to touch and our tongue to taste…Daily I am amazed to read what others say that has been rolling about mind and realize how similar are our thoughts…David Icke has an interesting interview on his website about perception and the like….I particularly like what my children’s generation are into….Burning Man Festival, Raw Spirit Festival, Yoga,Thai Massage, Martial Arts, organic foods…Fire dancing and on and on…very enervating…very tribal…which is IMHO an attempt to reach back to the hunter/gatherers and shamanism that was/is at the root of our existence…I always enjoyed Joseph Cambell, former professor mythology @ Sarah Lawrence, who is known to have said: “Follow your bliss”……Remember the Bohemian Grove folks just gathered in Sonoma CA…for their annual rituals in the woods????with international businessmen and political leaders??? And they hooped and hollared about three days @ Woodstock back in 1969?? I have been quietly promoting a three day satellite broadcast event where folks like M & S and Catherine Austin Fitts, and P.Craig Roberts and Bob Chapman, and Wayne Madsen, Alex Jones, and so many others could have roundtables and be informative on their particular expertise..a similar event took place in the 70′s broadcast from three cities: London, LA, and Toronto if I am not mistaken…about alternatives…These websites are wonderful, yet there is a limited exposure as you, Dedo, point out…Since this is an event culture…maybe my “project” might get legs and go global….

  58. Don’t doubt there are a lot of villians getting their way but…

“…do you run out of Klennex paper towels and toilet tissues at the same time?…”

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2TyF1CbsDs

    “….You know it’s true…”

Belief in God, belief in Science, belief in Hidden Agendas, Belief in Just About Anything; I believe the same mental (or possible spiritual) mechanism recognizes them all as being just like Conspiracies. Even our belief we think with some sort of purpose BEING nothing more than our tendancy to apprehend THINGS as like a Conspiracy.

You know; a causal agent out there with a purpose.

Or is it just me getting caught up in my own solipsism?

On a less flippant note, whilst I think the super rich have the time to plot, just like management spending most of their time doing nothing else than working out how to screw employees. Anyhow whilst they are ‘at it’ no doubt, I just think they are so power mad their business is ultimately tearing each other apart and their is something idiotic involved in how they operate.

Then again they are rich!!!! And like the quote in The Usual Suspects….

“The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist.”

    @MikeKing:
Good morning Mr. Heresy. I agree that auditing the Fed is a bad idea.
“The ONLY SOLUTION….. is as Max says……. you need to prosecute the entire conglomerate under RICO or FORGET IT…….”
Bernanke is rubbing our noses in the salt with his “town hall meetings”. The man is above the law, who wil prosecute?
    We are screwed.

  61. Richard– Oh good lord, man! A commune in Oregon? What were you thinking?

(I know, I know… that these hippy chicks sure know how to party…)

  62. no one will aduit the Fed. We will keep on like we are until the rest of the world figures out how to dump the Dollar and stll save what is left of thenselves. The US is the walking dead amoong the worlds powers.

  63. @Richard,…..Would be a shame not to share your wisdom and insight to more folk ! Seems such a waste.

  64. Richard@lattitude30N

@Dedo: thnx for the compliment…I was an English and American Literature major many moons ago and since then have studied and traveled far and wide only to discover that the language of love is the only one that makes sense…the other use for language (unfortunately) has been usurped to enslave the mind…notice how poets and prose are the least understood or appreciated in our present day “culture”…I loved stuff like Ginsberg’s HOWL>>>>> or child-like stuff from e.e.cummings. I was a mason’s tender and specialist after my divorce and discovered what I have called the “military mind”– even though I have never been served in the armed forces( I am a Viet Nam War era guy who demonstrated at the Pentagon, D.C., and other locales during the hey day)…Went to Woodstock and joined a commune in the 70′s in Oregon…and on and on…. as a reaction to the Nixon era…All this diatribe I post really is out of frustration…as I realize these folks who we all see as perpetrators of a fraud and crime are basically untouchable…there are too many “circuit breakers’ before we would ever reach their jugler veins and as a peace minded individual I doubt if I could actually rip out their throat myself…which is what they would expect from someone who might get that close…Remember they think they have a right to live , but you and don’t!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  65. @Danny – oh dear, sorry for you . . . time to flee!

@Mike2liverpool – there is a long tradition of NYC buying homeless bus tickets to Florida; it seems to happen during every depression or recession, and then during the winters when they don’t want to have to clean up their frozen bodies . . . I think there were actually some feuds between states that were angry at getting NY’s homeless; you’ll have to check into that

@Alister – the “coming” collapse? It’s already here! In fact, I reckon it happened during Nixon when he went off the gold standard and you see the inflation ever since and you see also that incomes started to go down in real terms; and good question re: huffpo . . . any answers?

  66. @Richard,…..Great post,.. pitty you haven’t got a website to explain to folk,…….you seem very knowledgable and articulate in your explanations.

  67. doomandbloom

Who is going to audit the FED?

Who is going to ensure that the audit was fair? if everyone is in cahoots… the audit will show up nothing new. It may actually make the Fed look good.

  68. what does it say about the types of people who go to the huffingtonpost website that 400 people comment on obama and his wife color coordinating their outfits for a dinner function whilst only a handful comment on max’s videos which describe the looting of the american public?

  69. Richard@lattitude30N

@Mike King: So we need to seek out that mindset…the collective thinking… that allows such a culture to remain apart and above the common average population…Is that the solution??…Kevin Trudeau. of infomercial fame. has stated on air that he has met these folks ( or some of them ) and they are united in this thinking and live in a parallel universe where they alone feel they have a right to survive ( and flourish) at the expense of “lesser” humans… they are a 21st Century regal aristocracy….controllers of vast wealth and power,,,who are ahead of the curve at every turn…as Mike points out…when it is necessary for an entity like the FED to dissolve…well that’s fine…they merely create the successor….’new boss same as the old boss’…that’s why it’s so bizarre to fight the NWO because they are double headed ( or maybe even more than two??)—thus the name Cerberus!!!….and the choice is always between the two!!!! He goes on to say that the more modern newer members have a different take and are more lenient than the more ingrained members; It is as I posted in an earlier blog…a call must ring out to end this form of culture that has dominated from early times inculcated in various historical empires throughout history…the Alexanders, the Pharoahs, the Kings and mighty conquerors of all time,,,in modern times it is the Hegelian dialectic that only permits the “synthesis”…or the Malthusian theorum that postulates that population will outpace food production….or Gallway and Darwin…the survival of the fittest…or even Marxian doctrine of the proletariat revolution…all fundamental principles that have enslaved the masses into defenseless servitude for centuries…and the eugenicist movement couched in think tanks and research centers worldwide( lead by “great thinkers” like Russell, Orwell, Sanger, Huxley, and now Gates and the planned parenthood folks)…steadily infusing into the political mainstream ( much like the global warming cum climate change debate)…change the language , change the word description…transfer the scepter from one deposed king to another and still the power elite remain…Oh yes…”… don’t watch the man behind the curtain…”Wizzard of OZ

At least we have this blog and others on the net to vent…thanks Max and Stacy for your efforts to educate and inform.

  71. Any teaser today na?

  72. Yes Mike King…

Implementation of Agenda 21 has begun. The movie is the the majority to keep them distracted. I can in some ways see the need for the NWO if you plan to save the planet and live it up and save yourself. Nothing free of fair about it. Also they probably wont even save themselves.

Depopulation must be achieved through all means possible.

This is what you need to know

  73. @Mike King,…….”APPLAUD”!!,……well said that man, keep up the posts,……

  74. HA HA HA HA HA…. PEOPLE DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING……

The Federal Reserve Organization is not a concern for the people controlling the money supply….

In fact……they LITERALLY PLAN FOR the Federal Reserve “organization” to be dismantled AND FAIL ALONG WITH THE US DOLLAR as a means to further misdirect the public of the world into thinking that they have finally gotten rid of “those irresponsible crooks who trashed dollar and the world economy while extracting the wealth from every man woman and child on the planet”.

The Fed is a patsy organization….a “front man” organization

BEING UTILIZED AS A TOOL !! for the huge conglomerate controlling the money supply……..

The US Dollar is also nothing more than a tool as well……both are PLANNED BY THE ENTITY TO FAIL…….IT IS NECESSARY AND IT IS AN …….ADVANTAGE !!!!!!!!!!

Auditing the Fed is ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

The ONLY SOLUTION….. is as Max says……. you need to prosecute the entire conglomerate under RICO or FORGET IT…….
The public need to understand that the huge number of people and organizations working together for decades behind the scenes are EXTREMELY POWERFUL AND ANSWER TO NO GOVERNMENT WHICH MEANS NOTHING STANDS IN THEIR WAY….. ALL “APPARENT” “PROBLEMS” FOR THE MONEY CONTROLLING ENTITY ARE FOR SHOW AND MISDIRECTING
CONGRESS IS EASILY SIDE STEPPED ALONG WITH ALL FEDERAL LAWS…….THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE DISPLAYED AS AN “ANSWER TO NO ONE” POWER…THIS IS EASILY ACCOMPLISHED WHEN ……
THEY HAVE THE ELITE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AS PARTNERS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FLOOR BY FLOOR DEMOLITION OF THE DOLLAR.

    BOTTOMLINE:
    1. They have been preparing for more than a decade for the collapse of the world economy to be the ones to be in charge of the inevitable birth of a global ‘Federal Reserve” and one huge step closer to the creation of the singular focus paramount goal of world government…. NWO.
    2. The agenda includes the breakdown of the “king pin” nation (the USA… and its dollar) and the breakdown of the Federal Reserve. It is necessary to “level the playing field and have a fall guy for the global mess (the USA and its dollar)….for the world to rejoice and follow the same entity who caused the collapse into being in charge of the “new improved” non usa, non us dollar……global currency and world government organizations.
    3. The huge conglomerate entity in the back ground of the patsy organization (fed’s) are the they ONLY people and organizations in the position to continue to be in the background running the new “global federal reserve rebirth”.
    4. THE ONLY SOLUTION IS TO REMOVE THE ENTIRE CONGLOMERATE…..WHICH IS VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE CONSIDERING THEIR CONTROL OVER ALL ASPECTS OF CURRENCY (which has expanded to global control) AND ALL ASPECTS OF LAWS AND PROSECUTION BY ….
ANY GOVERNMENT INCLUDING THE GOVERNMENT OF THE USA.
(on a side note: ONLY THE PEOPLE OF THE USA THINK THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS WORKING ON THEIR BEHALF. THEY ARE NOT. THEY ARE WORKING FOR THE ENTITY CONGLOMERATE BEHIND THE FEDERAL RESERVE…..THE “SEPARATION” BETWEEN THE US GOV. AND FED R IS AN ILLUSION…A TRICK…. A CON….A MISDIRECTION….A FUCKING LIE. PERIOD….. END OF DISCUSSION.

CHRIST PEOPLE…. THE EVIDENCE IS FRICKIN OVERWHELMING ….. IF YOU CANNOT SEE THE TRUTH….. THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET…OR….. YOU ARE UNWILLING TO SPEND THE TIME TO RESEARCH TRUTHFUL, PERTINENT INFORMATION…….

  76. Rightsholders can’t understand why people who bought DRMed music only to have the authentication servers go dark might demand the right to crack the DRM. Big Content believes the idea that rightsholders “are required to provide consumers with perpetual access to copyrighted works” is laughable. Ha ha.
    http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/news/2009/07/big-content-ridiculous-to-expect-drmed-music-to-work-forever.ars

They just don’t learn…. Remember the history of VHS? The same arguments we hear from today’s p2p copyright DRM fight was there 30 years back. The solution…. Reluctantly the movie industry started to sell movies on VHS earning them Milliards, that must have been a hard one to swallow don’t you think?
