Northern Rock, Kaupthing and other bait & switch banking disasters

Stacy Summary:  Coincidence or design – the taxpayers seem to be suffering all the bad debts on the loan portfolios they own, but, alas, the bankers themselves are reporting record profits?

    ……………….and NO ONE rises!

I guess they stay still to the Hyper inflation comes.

    Stacy, you get my e-mail?
    Mike

  2. @ Phil

    My truth!!

If all monetary systems of today’s world rely on gold reserves, and do not like to talk about it, I have to ask why?

Is it because you may decide to cut out all the middle men?

  3. Mike2liverpool

    Say, where is everyone today?

You think the NWO have them?

  4. … at the end what you gotto say anymore….? Everything has been said notin has been done.

It seems it’s just like waiting till the car runs out of petrol and bounces of some rail to crash.

When are the American people realy gonna stand up en mass? They don’t know their head from a hole in the ground which is the same here. Most people can’t even think they just copycat their fellow sheep to get some fake Ego build up.

James Bond “Now you expect me to talk, do you”

Bad Guy: “No, I expect you to die Mr. Bond!”

  5. Gary Null tells his audience they will only rise after the next 24 months..

  6. this is to much fun not to share!!

If America comes to a catastrophic end, what will the causes be? Josh Levin of Slate wants to know. He’s created a “Choose Your Own Apocalypse” web-based application that lets you select five causes from a collection of “144 potential causes of America’s future death.” Based on your choices, Slate will tell you what kind of a doomsayer you are. People who take the poll are also asked to supply age, gender, zip code. On Friday, Slate will publish the results.

  8. There was a great article by a historian that was sooo long, but a fascinated read. In a nutshell the contemporary texts from the Romans showed that they could believe thier empire was collapsing around they. They could even see it. I think i posted a link, or maybe I found the link pasted here :-)

  9. We can learn a lot of the French who do have sanity & spirit left:

French Workers Use Threat to Obtain Severance Pay – GOT PAID!

“After talks that lasted well into Thursday night, management met their demand that laid-off workers receive 30,000 euros, or about $42,300, in compensation, and the strikers removed the gas cylinders and returned the cranes to the factory, said Christian Amadio, a JLG worker representative.” The New York Times 17 July 2009 http://tinyurl.com/myppzu

French farmers refuse to repay €330m

French farmers have rejected a demand to repay hundreds of millions of euros in state subsidies that have been ruled illegal by the European Commission.

François Lafitte, leader of Fédécom, the fruit and vegetable producers’ union, said paying back the €330m given to farmers between 1992 and 2002 would bankrupt them. http://tinyurl.com/mgjgy3

  12. @Youri,.What you and most folk are advocating (to revolt) has been forcast, and being made to happen,…so don’t think anyone is making a choice. Remember when I poked you with a stick! Okay the park ranger wasn’t expecting that,…but my guess is there are weapons available to “really” do the damage when the mob “rises” as you so aptley put it. Take a look at their forcasts.

  14. @Nic,……yeah,……so where’s the freakin’ link wise guy?

  15. @Dedo

What we’re advocating is sanity, awakening and piecefull protest to at least show you care.

This also could help ART Pictures which make you think http://www.rense.com/1.mpicons/dees1.htm

  16. @Youri,….my guess is the revolt would be used by the media, to radicalize the mob,..(like they do) to further entrench the masses in their quiet desperation and confusion. The old cliche, divide and conquer always comes to mind. It’s a shame so many folk have been seperated by petty beliefs, (and so many of them). You witnessed some of that yesterday! Would be great if everyone just realised they were just living beings with the need for food, water and shelter, and realise who is taking it from them! Forget about all the other “stuff”

    @Dedo:
    What is DCDC?

The list you posted yesterday (products made from petroleum distillates) was prescient. Our economy is completely centered on crude oil. (Almost like it was planned that way :) When the supplies get cut off it will be rather nasty.

    @Youri:
The elite are considered good guys in America. It is sickening how childlike the public has become. Bill Gates is commandeering public education to remake the classroom (ie. state fascist hegemony over teachers and curriculum)…the local county has bowed the taxpayers ass to the machine. There were no votes and no dissent seems likely.

  20. Yea…. During the boom I went to grad school with this Icelandic guy and rang a few alarm bells about the very sudden increase in wealth. His reasoning was that the Icelandic people were financial geniuses and DESERVED to be rich. Turns out they were just the suckers who got left holding the bag. At least they have that cheap green label icelandic liquor called “Black Death”. But hey….. is this really a surprise all this happened? This is a country where more than have the country believe that elves live only a few kilometers away! Even stranger than that…… during prohibition they banned beer and left liquor legal !!!!!

  23. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OS YOU WHO WERE BORN IN THE 1930′s 1940′s, 50′s, 60′s and early 70′s !

First, we survived being born to mothers who smoked and/or drank while they carried us and lived in houses made of asbestos.
They took aspirin, ate blue cheese, raw egg products, loads of bacon and processed meat, tuna from a can, and didn’t get tested for diabetes or cervical cancer.

Then after that trauma, our baby cots were covered with bright coloured lead-based paints.

We had no childproof lids on medicine bottles, doors or cabinets and when we rode our bikes, we had no helmets or shoes, not to mention, the risks we took hitchhiking.

As children, we would ride in cars with no seat belts or air bags.

We drank water from the garden hose and NOT from a bottle.

Take away food was limited to fish and chips, no pizza shops, McDonalds , KFC, Subway or Nandos.

Even though all the shops closed at 6.00pm and didn’t open on the weekends, somehow we didn’t starve to death!

We shared one soft drink with four friends, from one bottle and NO ONE actually died from this..

We could collect old drink bottles and cash them in at the corner store and buy Toffees, Gobstoppers, Bubble Gum and some bangers to blow up frogs with.
We ate cupcakes, white bread and real butter and drank soft drinks with sugar in it, but we weren’t overweight because……

    WE WERE ALWAYS OUTSIDE PLAYING!!

We would leave home in the morning and play all day, as long as we were back when the streetlights came on.

No one was able to reach us all day. And we were O.K.

We would spend hours building our go-carts out of old prams and then ride down the hill, only to find out we forgot the brakes. We built tree houses and dens and played in river beds with matchbox cars.

We did not have Playstations, Nintendo Wii , X-boxes, no video games at all, no 999 channels on SKY , no video/dvd films, no mobile phones, no personal computers, no Internet or Internet chat rooms……….
WE HAD FRIENDS and if we didn’t, we went outside and found them!

We fell out of trees, got cut, broke bones and teeth and there were no
    Lawsuits from these accidents.

    Only girls had pierced ears!

We ate worms and mud pies made from dirt, and the worms did not live in us forever.

You could only buy Easter Eggs and Hot Cross Buns at Easter time…

We were given air guns and catapults for our 10th birthdays,

We rode bikes or walked to a friend’s house and knocked on the door or rang the bell, or just yelled for them!

Mum didn’t have to go to work to help dad make ends meet!

Sports teams had tryouts and not everyone made the team.
Those who didn’t had to learn to deal with disappointment.
Imagine that!! Getting into the team was based on MERIT

Our teachers used to hit us with canes and gym shoes and bully’s always ruled the playground at school.

The idea of a parent bailing us out if we broke the law was unheard of.
They actually sided with the law!

Our parents didn’t invent stupid names for their kids like ‘Kiora’ and ‘Blade’ and ‘Ridge’ and ‘Vanilla’

We had freedom, failure, success and responsibility, and we learned HOW TO DEAL WITH IT ALL !

And YOU are one of them!
    CONGRATULATIONS!

You might want to share this with others who have had the luck to grow up as kids, before the lawyers and the government regulated our lives for our own good.

  24. @Sharon,……It’s one of the reasons, the Big Brother “programme” was televised a decades ago,..to familierize folk. You wait,…..it will spread throughout the whole of society once it is “normalized” Can’t wait for the brain chip!!

  26. I like this exerpt from the DCDC :

In addition, existing assumptions about the employment of nuclear weapons may be challenged in still more radical ways, including the exploration of neutron possibilities. The ability to inflict organic destruction, while leaving infrastructure intact, might make it a weapon of choice for extreme ethnic cleansing in an increasingly populated world. Alternatively, it might be considered as a basis for a new era of deterrence both in outfacing irresponsible nuclear powers and in opposing demographically strong nations.
