    @everyone, good to see my tongue in cheek comments taken in good humour, the way they were intended.

    @Stacey, had a wonderful summer even though I had to face eviction by my landlord because he was homesick (he’s in Spain at the moment), took him to court we (missus +3kids) represented ourselves and stuck it to the cunt good and proper, and won our case (also we did drag it out for close to a year). Plus the wife lost her job a victim of economic collapse which is Ireland. However mustn’t grumble worse things happen at sea, and like a true champion the missus has snatched victory from the jaws of defeat landing herself a shithot job plus a payrise into the bargain, huh only in Ireland, what an absurd place. So I can breathe a huge sigh of relief and get back to flutin’ about on this site.
    So to everyone even the humourless cunts, exsisto felicis.

    @Stacey, sorry I misread your comment, no I’m not unhappy about summer being over. I’m genuinely relieved summer is over, our family has been living with Demicles sword hanging over our head for the past year. We sold our house in London and I gave up the best job I ever had 2yrs ago to move back to Ireland. The missus was working and I was looking after the kids, real cushy number (plenty of time for sauntering). She found out in July that the Uni she worked for was not going to renew her contract (7,000 people in 3rd level education have lost their jobs in a similar fashion). As you can imagine the arse dropped out of our world, and I was about to resign myself to genteel poverty.
    That she found a job at all nevermind one that’s permanent and with a fuckin’ payrise to boot is nigh on miraculous.
    Funny enough though guess who her employer is? the church, it appears the only one in country with a few bob is the church, how this coincides with our Gov. trying to introduce a blasphemy law remains to be seen.
