Yea the Romans weren’t that smart, they used lead containing goblets for their mulled (heated) wine. Apparently lead oxide is sweet and added to the flavor. Someone years ago got a Roman recipe and made some meals. They were too salty to eat. A sign of Lead poisoning is suppression of salt taste!

Oh yea that Tin Hat lady from Saskatoon Saskatchewan Canada swears by Colloidal Silver. I know people who have had Gold injections for gout or something to great effect.
Personally I don’t want to have anything to do with heavy metal except in the bank.

@T – you missed the point, I wasn’t calling him ‘wacky’; I am suggesting that you can threaten and insult the West with the most extreme language and they will call you ‘wacky’ as long as you are giving them your resources; delivering the same speech without the threats or insults however will result in being labelled, “dangerous” and a ‘threat that must be isolated’

@13BlackCats – Obama is hardly calling for Zelaya to be restored making him the single only head of state in the world NOT doing so; the entirety of Europe and Latin America as well as the UN are insisting that the democratically elected president is restored to power; the coup is about Zelaya’s having raised the minimum wage against which Chiquita warned him from doing; re: the non-binding poll that was allegedly about him seizing power but was really asking the people if they would like to have not one term presidents (as the US written constitution for them insists so as to avoid any peasant from enacting any reform) . . . ala oh, say Uribe in Colombia who actually is increasing term limits so that he can remain in power, but then he’s our man in Latin America ain’t he? . . . well anyway Zelaya’s mistake was giving the peasants hope that they could change the system to serve them . . . Honduras and Haiti, the two nations most designed by US . . . oooh, how I would just love to live in a country designed by Chiquita . . .

@WL – yeah yeah yeah, talking points talking points; I didn’t say carbon dioxide is a pollutant; but whether or not it does harm to have too much of it in the atmosphere above . . . well, just ask Venus . . .

Call him wacky. But Gaddafi is the leader of a sovereign country. Just like Ahmadinejad.

Still, many Lockerbee victims families protest outside wanting revenge. Obama being the politician that he is turns Gordon Brown down 5 TIMES for a meeting. But this perfectly ok because it’s that old we-are-superior thing.

As for who killed JFK, talk about a cottage industry. On the one hand you have Vince Bugliosi. Former prosecutor who SWEARS that Oswald was the lone gunman. How do you know? Because I’m a former prosecutor, that’s why. Then you have others like Thom Hartmann who also SWEARS that there were at least two attempts on Kennedy before Dallas. Which one is true? Who’s making more money off their books? I don’t know.

Wouldn’t it be like the ultimate irony if everything Gaddafi said was true? Just a wild thought.

So, our 7 year old washing machine goes tits up. I am outta the loop and damn these new things are expensive, about double. Anyway we end up with a front loader by samsung that has silver plates in it. It is used as an antibacterial in the wash cold or hot water. The stuff actually smells really clean. Anyway, just a new use for silver that I had not known.
