then – talk about FNM’s stock where the Fed violated their mandate and broke the law by buying/selling NYSE listed shares in FNM and freddi mac’s stock.

You aren’t going to get an audit of the Fed without broad based support from both sides of the isle. This guy has prosecuted war contractor fraud (you know, the guys who electrocuted soldiers in showers with faulty wiring?) I think he is a good guy. He may have a different agenda regarding other areas but I think he is sincere regarding this issue.
I think the US needs a roman style dictator. There also should be the immediate institution of the rule that any public representative caught in a lie and unwilling to correct publicly is to it be instantly releaved from their duties and responsibilities.

My mother just came out of (NHS) surgery – 2 tumours removed – she’s 85. OP was a complete success.
She only had to wait 2 weeks for the operation !
As I said .. I consider the NHS to be one of the best health systems.
My father had bypass surgery at 72 ( 11 hour OP ) … was driving his car a week later and lived until 85.

Max nailed it. Grayson failed at presenting a clear line of inquiry. Sure there are those that will respond to someone sneering at and condescending to Fed counsel but he wasn’t very effective at eliciting any meaningful answers (good, bad, or otherwise). It seems to me the best way to enlist public support is to get the Fed to state in plain English what it is they have purchased, how they purchased it, who lost (paid), and who gained. Technical jargon and abstruse economic verbiage occupy the same space today as Latin did to Catholic churches in the dark ages.
As for it being too late, if you want to move governments and societies with hundreds of years of inertia, you need to apply large forces over long periods of time (more than one election cycle, probably a decade or more to do something so drastic as abolish the Fed; it took the bankers half a century to get central banking reinstated in the US in 1913). You need investigations (e.g. the Pecora investigation leading to Glass-Steagall II) and the corresponding unmasking of evil to generate the kind of long term focus and consensus required to force unwilling hands in a (semi) democratic society.
Personally, I’m more for investigations and prison sentences than peasant mobs and guillotines though it may be yet another of those heads – they win, tails – we lose coins.

ALERT “seasonal ” flu vaccine contains H1N1 virus as a component.
This was sent to me , it is a picture of the label on the flu vaccine being given as the “seasonal” vaccine

It also contains H3N2 and tons of mercury. It is a bio weapon, they are giving it out as “seasonal” vaccine to sneak it past those who know not to take the H1N1 vaccines.

A couple of month backs there was a quarter trillion DoT auction of treasury notes. One day later, the FED is buying back the same notes auctioned the day before. This is a classic PONZI scheme that did two things. One it enhance the profits of the primary dealer that purchased the note at auction and it manipulated the market value of treasury notes.
