Stacy Summary: Where’s Kenny Boy? is now 85% funded. Only 124 copies remain at this point. In the next few weeks, I should have a story outline and budget to share with those with premium copy reservations. I think you will be surprised by how fun and how big the scope of this film is going to be.
In other PMF news, Zontar: The Thing from Venus is slowly inching up the funding scales. It’s now at 17% funded.
And, Banana Chan, is a new listing looking for others to join me in reserving a copy! I think the producer would have more luck if they lowered the budget if possible . . . and, having made a cartoon series myself, I know that animation can be expensive. After having watched Paranormal Activity last night, which was allegedly made for $5000, I think we should see more projects at this level as filmmakers realize that it can be done.
