Some key points:

There is nothing in any of those resolutions that Iran is in violation of, seeing as how the IAEA Additional Protocol is voluntary and non-binding. Iran was required to notify the IAEA at least 180 days in advance of any nuclear facility going online, and it did just that. e.g. The Germans love Italy, but regard the Italians as lazy and frivolous economically and laugh at their political system. The EU gives everyone the right to reside and work anywhere they want. This may seem like a good idea at first, but you find that it mostly the “losers” than tend to relocate in search of an easier existence elsewhere ; and regarded as spongers off the (local hosting) state. I am not biased – just my observations ! Maybe that will change in the future , as the “majority” of youngsters these days do not know what “real hard work” is – and do not believe in a work ethic. i.e. all spoiled and expect the state to look after them , that is : if they even leave home ( in Germany , it’s a disease ) !
There is even a regular TV series about “how to get your German kid(s) to leave home “.

You’d be amazed of the symmetries of nature – explained in easy maths .
Short summary :
Can one write a whole book about a number? Well this book is basically about the golden ratio ( [1 + sqrt(5)]/2 = 1.618…]), usually represented by the greek letter “phi” (and I’ll refer to this number here as phi). The book gives tons of examples where phi shows up, and it does amazingly show up in places where one might never expect it. But the book isn’t just a pile of examples. As the title implies, it is also about math and aesthetics. There are some interesting historical notes and art/aesthetics commentaries from the author. Huntley proposes (and I might be oversimplifying a bit here) that phi is a universal number of beauty, since it manifests itself in many aesthetically pleasing things, from patterns in nature to famous artwork and architechture. He also points out lots of purely mathematical curiosities of phi (like the connection between it and the fibonacci sequence, continued fractions, etc.)

Thank-you for such a learned response! I think the ties are not tight but loose and will deal with trade regulations and bank decisions, as always. The difference will be the lack of walled structure between countries due to a diminishing of sovereign restrictions on trade and code regulations (which will be set by the bankers internationally now) and an increase in banking regulatory structure emanating from the BIS hub. Universal everything. Culture will be downplayed for community values.
The other difference is the diminished US input. A big plus, n’est-ce pas?

… I was rather disappointed to see him give so much weight to the “PROMIS” software from the 1970 era.
It was apparently sold to everyone as being the absolute secret weapon of Artifical Intelligence Software that could analyze everything in any human language. A sort of Super-Human Google !

People who talk about AI-software have no idea about software development.
I have ALWAYS held the opinion that to develop software on our “binary” system is a “compete fool”‘s errand !
Even it was remotely possible, the code would have to be larger than the complete Internet dta volume.
The only “sensible” way is to scrap the binary-based computing we have become so used to and start thinking in terms of “biological” storage. e.g. complex organic molecules that can have 10′s of thousands of “reactions” to 10′s of thousands of “impulses” ( much like our human brain is set up ) rather than trying to use a binary basis of “Yes” or “No” ( 1/ 0 ).
I might seem a tad arrogant here .. but believe me, AI is just a sales gimmick, and nothing more !

They have been running rough shod over the town for the last couple of days and they have divided the town by paying off officials. Before the late 80′s “supercomputing” was a closely guarded state secret in the US, Russia, UK, Sweden, etc. Until about 1988 the gap between NSA-KGB computing power and consumer computing power was about twenty years, today it’s maybe a year or two at the most.
There are NSA servers running Today, built in the early 70′s, that have never even been REBOOTED. So I would give Ruppert quite a bit of latitude regarding the PROMIS database software – essentially a Trojan Horse back-door for infiltrating less sophisticated intelligence agencies, as Kanada found out several years ago when the RCMP investigated this matter, and which was quietly dropped a few months later.
And if you doubt my assertion about computing power, simply consider the fact that as far back as the late 50′s the US and Russia had ICBMs with 1000 meter accuracy…hell, both countries, along with Norway, had fucking Cell Phones in 1953!

Ilya, the computers of the 50′s etc. were analogue based.
Steering a ICBM is no problem using analogue systems .
I used to have a free account on the Cray in Paris .. and come from the supercomputer compound.
But it was the software I was mainly discussing.
BTW. Ruppert stated that the PROMIS software was even packaged and sold ( to the US Justice for example ), so it can’t have been reliant on a “Supercomputer” as such !
Also, having literally lived through all these IA hypes, that have always failed, I am especially skeptical of such claims about “a software that can basically analyze everything” .. its just a very stupid statement !

I haven’t read his stuff for years, but stumbled on this site while researching the Obama Marxist connection. On German TV this evening a complete village has suffered 200+ Mio. Euros worth of damage because they powered it using Thermal Energy ( underground heat extraction ).

Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House
Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied
it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional
law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were
being discussed might be unconstitutional. What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.
To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its
implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the
media are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care,
particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are
involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion
services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members
of the medical profession.
The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out
of business and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats and most of them will not be health care professionals.
Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of
necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled.
However, as scary as all of that it, it just scratches the surface.
In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention
of providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a
convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the
Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been
contemplated. If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions
of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been
destroyed.
The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of
power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the
U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama
Administration authority in a number of different areas over the
lives of the American people and the businesses they own. The irony is
that the Congress doesn’t have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with. I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S.
Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of
Congress to regulate health care.
This legislation also provides for access by the appointees of the
Obama administration of all of your personal healthcare information,
your personal financial information, and the information of your
employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a direct violation
of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the
Constitution protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures.
You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been
legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and
4th Amendments may provide.
If you decide not to have healthcare insurance or if you have private
insurance that is not deemed “acceptable” to the “Health Choices
Administrator” appointed by Obama there will be a tax imposed on you.
It is called a “tax” instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid
application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment.
However, that doesn’t work because since there is nothing in the law
that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is
definitely depriving someone of property without the “due process of
law.
So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate
so much out the original ten in the Bill of Rights that are
effectively nullified by this law. It doesn’t stop there though. The
9th Amendment that provides: “The enumeration in the
Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or
disparage others retained by the people;” The 10th
Amendment states: “The powers not delegated to the United States by
the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved
to the States respectively, or to the people.” Under the provisions of
this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the
states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas
that once were theirs to control.
I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think you
get the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing
power and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the
members of both houses of Congress to “be bound by oath or
affirmation” to support the Constitution. If I was a member of
Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything
like it without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or
affirmation. If I voted for it anyway I would hope the American
people would hold me accountable.

You are right, Obama can be labeled a Fascist. However, the term “Marxist” must be defined, there are many forms of Marxism and I find that most think of Marxist Leninist. This is a modern Marxism if you will, a forced redistribution of wealth and economic control of corporations by the state. Nobody cares what Letterman does, just his hypocrisy is somewhat amusing. He had affairs with staff while in a long term relationship with his now wife and mother of his child. If he had affairs while an employer of these women then there could be legal issues, but I am not a lawyer. I used to watch Letterman until the Palin daughter thing, lost any respect for him. It was a personal attack using her daughter, he did not apologize. no matter what you think of Palin that attack was just wrong. The left womens groups should have been outraged, but they were silent, more hypocrisy. A joke about raping a teenager is just wrong.

You don’t really understand Marxism. It’s absurd to label Obama’s transfer of public wealth to bankers (owners of capital) as Marxist, or even socialist.
It’s to be paid from out of future taxes on workers (and them again as consumers), and through cuts in services and benefits to those same workers.
It’s tantamount to a declaration of class war by capitalists against workers.
In the face of a crisis of capital (the ‘credit crunch’) neo-liberals, supposedly in favour of free unregulated markets collapsed into corporatism, to prop up a financial oligarchy and an attendant middle class — who’ve invested everything (and borrowed even more) on asset speculation in housing and financial products.
If Obama takes state ownership of the means of production, or liquidates some Kulaks, I might take the Marxist charges seriously. Until then, I can only go by the rate at which he’s transferring public wealth to finance capitalists. As far as I can tell he’s doing that at least as fast as GW Bush did.
Neither of them are Marxist, they’re both essentially corporatists, that is the bipartisan consensus. That’s why Obama can support the reappointment of Bernanke at the Fed, a Bush republican appointment.
