Is it not a more easy question; “Who didn’t break the Law”?
Yep, Paulson broke the law by “Having a Mean Face” that is punishable under the Patriot Act I’ve learned recently.
Later we can pick up “Ugly Mean Face” Summer too. If a “Strange Face” also can be put under “Mean Face”, have to ask the judge first, we can also can get to Geithner. Or maybe we get him under “Having a Ugly Long Sheep Face”

Jeremy “Newsboy” Wells (Eating Media Lunch, The Unauthorised History of New Zealand) tackles unfamiliar territory in a new TV series Birdland (TVOne Saturdays, 7pm), which has him celebrating New Zealand’s unique bird life and, true to form, it is not your typical wildlife show.
Wells freely admits that he’s no expert when it comes to birds and his reasons for undertaking the project are typically atypical. “Sadly every other subject for a television show had been taken. Lush took trains, Hamish Keith stole art and Radar mucked about on a farm. As far as I’m aware birds were the last subject of national importance left to milk,” says Wells. The show takes viewers on an unconventional yet informative journey that soaks up some of our most beautiful scenery, our most glorious birds and some wonderfully eccentric characters of the birding world. During the series, Wells visits the Moa graveyard of Karamea (found only after a eight hour underground caving expedition), meets Woof Woof, the talking Tui of Whangarei, and explores the arcane world of poultry and pigeon breeders at their annual competition. “After six years scratching around insulting minor celebrities on late night television it’s been a revelation to get outdoors and rub shoulders with people passionate about something other than themselves.”

…So what is the conclusion? It is rather startling, isn’t it? It is the conclusion I came to after a number of years of examining the facts and putting pieces together. We are being sold down the river and we’d better put a stop to it before it’s too late. As Mr. X said to me at Prudhoe Bay some years ago, “There is no energy crisis. There has never been an energy crisis. There will never be an energy crisis, but rather it is the purpose of the ‘powers that be’ to produce an energy crisis. Because, you see, Chaplain, there is as much crude oil on the North Slope of Alaska as in all of Saudi Arabia. [Not to mention all the rest of the places they have discovered oil and just capped it off!] If free enterprise were allowed to produce that oil, America could be independent for energy within five years time.”
“Not only that,” Mr. X related, “The United States could be financially free of the rest of the world within five years, if only private enterprise were allowed to develop natural resources—the energy … crude oil and natural gas—that are found on the North Slope of Alaska today.”
Do they really want us to be free of the rest of the world, or is it total control they are aiming for? The answer has become increasingly obvious and the pace has accelerated. Soon our current inflation rate of 18% will seem trivial. Your money will be worthless. You will, in fact, be controlled by a computer, which, in turn, is controlled by a dictator who will manipulate those under his control like robots. (The truth is that because of the convenience of all those sophisticated new systems, we are even now being lulled into complacency about retaining control over our own activities, in the area of banking and other financial transactions in particular, i.e., automatic deposit of your paycheck, automatic disbursements from your account, automatic grocery checkouts [by little lines on the packages], “telephone” bill-paying, automated 24-hour “teller” [a nice word for a machine], et al. We are being very subtly programmed to do business with machines [computers] instead of people.) The dictator will bring men and women into willing subjection by his favors, e.g., homes, finances, jobs, etc. All the time they themselves are—like flies—being drawn into his worldwide web of intrigue….
PS: Both Radio Australia and RNZI use birds (?, bell bird) for their sound ident when they are not running programming.

Nice …. strange that only 20 people from 12,500 views gave it a recommendation. Maybe they are just dumb and don’t realize the significance of the music of mature !
The six largest Hollywood film studios are apparently dissatisfied with the way their trade group has waged war on illegal file sharing. CNET News has learned that at least three leaders of its antipiracy operations have been fired. http://news.cnet.com/8301-31001_3-10376839-261.html
@phil yes phil it ‘s really Beautiful , strange how its so unappreciated ? it’s been said that most people get bored no matter how beautiful the sunset is after 10 minutes . that’s a shame. also Birds are singing more at nightime now because there is too much noise in the day for them
@max power, thankyou for the link ! . if you don’t know your birds very well you certainly know your shortwave radios ! lots on nice scenery ,nice anentaes and aerials too ! i live in area by the water that has a lot of bellbirds ,rainbow lorikeets and occassional visitation, if we are lucky , a flock of black cockatoos ,very prehistoric looking birds that are magnificent !. the other morning i woke up with wood doves [ polite way of say pigeons by my front door .] i am beginning to appreciate where i am and what is around me more and more http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TdZ5CMR_YZI
TnX! I like Lindsey Williams and all he says is true unfortunately. Like the way he’s making his story more exciting like a real Chaplin by realy working towards his revelations. “So, what is Lindsey, tell me, what is it” Alex blasts ahahahahaha!
He made a call about oil going to $50 or somtin when it still was $150 and everybody said that couldn’t happen. Well we all know now that it happened so I advice you to take his words very seriously.
Somebody said well we already knew what he said in the last AJS interview but that’s BS. Nobody could know that the war will be started after 2 years from now. So don’t piss on the hand which is trying to help you please.
Lindsey Williams will be on the AJS show tomorrow agian with a special about the Money system. Urge you to all Tune In tomorrow!
I think it’s pretty obvious that one should put everything into gold and silver and maybe a few select mining companies. My Rusoro Mining has gone up 40% in a week. And it’s going to go a hell of a lot higher since it’s sitting on a some of the best pieces of Venezuela’s $100B reserves with an average production cost of $325/oz
The SEC should put a stop to HFT and any kind BID ASK manipulation one way to accomplish this help eliminate bogus bid and ask bids or MM manipulated purchases of equities is to apply a tax on ever BID ASK execution.
Max the Goldy-Poop analogy is very close. In other words; whether the Fed or the banks themselves create dog-poop because it has NO Labour or Production behind it….totally EMPTY CONFETTI(which they create INFINITELY). Whereas; the rest of us are boud by the limits & ranges of our FINITE Labour & Production to support our money.
So there are at least two problems. One) Money with Production behind it vs Money with NO money Production behind it. 2) One Party can go INFINITE(option seller) vs the other party is remains permanently FINITE(option buyer).
The third problem is that the advantages of the Infinite//No production party makes the rules for the Finite/production party(tax code, best example; many others though.)
“Last year the UK was ranked of joint 23rd alongside Hungary and Namibia. However, publication of the eighth annual index has seen the UK climb this year to its highest ever ranking, passing its previous high of 21st in 2002. It’s lowest ever ranking of 28th was recorded in 2004.”
what was happening in 04…? oh yeah the aftermath of the dodgy dossier
‘In The Warning, veteran FRONTLINE producer Michael Kirk unearths the hidden history of the nation’s worst financial crisis since the Great Depression. At the center of it all he finds Brooksley Born, who speaks for the first time on television about her failed campaign to regulate the secretive, multitrillion-dollar derivatives market whose crash helped trigger the financial collapse in the fall of 2008′
So don’t piss on the hand which is trying to help you please.
Youri,
WE are already peasants. We sit begging on this site or Alexjones site or the multiple other sites on the internet for a crumb or a bone to be thrown to us by our ‘betters’. Mr. Williams claims divine assistance and a direct line to criminals. Instead of pursuing justice against the criminal elements, he is ‘trying to help us’ by allowing small bits of information loose that the elite want us to know. He is doing this for personal gain. When someone complains, it is called ‘pissing’.
Well piss on it, then.
We are not children. We are told by Illya that we should plow money into precious metals. That is the purpose of his rhetoric? If not, why will no one discuss the sdr-manipulation scenerio and the effect on precious metal price? What about precious metal value? We are told by Stacey that ‘the truth’ is now in New Zealand because she and Max are speaking. What truth? The very fact that Max refuses to address the sdr-manipulation is an indication that truth is not sitting at their Paris cafe table.
I was told I was a ‘legend in my own mind’ because I choose to think independently and perform close readings of written materials. I do not believe that I am an egoist, but if I was: what of it? Alex and Lindsey both are and are relegated to hero status. Oh, please, spare me that Alex is doing this for the greater good. He mentioned that the ‘authoritahs’ were ‘out to kill him’ in Texas. Well, he’s seems pretty safe now from ‘his command center’ in the Texas suburbs.
The link to the Copenhagen treaty that Dedo provided is the key to understanding the future of precious metal price and value, and it is linked to the concepts of personal agency and freedom. MotherEarth indicated that personal agency should be relegated to a corner: better to save the planet from the effects of global warming.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
WE’D better all grow some balls and face the fact that the Wise Ones are pulling everyone into a net due to a lack of agency provided them by the greedy hope that one person can preserve wealth and properity in the face of a major storm at sea. The elite are battening down the hatches on their yachts, preparing to protect their positions. IT IS POSITION AT THIS POINT THAT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE. One could volley gold over the castle walls, but that will not make the drawbridge come down for entrance.
I’m sick to the stomach at both sides of the press. The liberal hypocrit who knowing about the travesties in Afghanistan and Pakistan choose instead to further UN European agenda and turn a blind eye and the conservative critters who wish to reenact stage one Imperial America with gold and guns and their own needs met whist closing their hearts and minds to the sins of our founding fathers.
@Illya:
You make a very poor socialist but a reasonably astute capitalist, but if I were you I’d avoid running too swiftly down the slope leading to perpetual doom: falling into the abyss with all the common lemmings doesn’t suit your style.
War….The Confederation of Power is at War with the NON-Confederation of Power. Each STATE Power is permanently at war with their own people…and is well-assisted by other State Power towards successfully managing this condition.
Both Chinese Power & Amerikan power are constructed very similarly…and are happy to annihilate their own people when necessary to remain ‘in charge”….THE REVOLT AGAINST THE MASSES. …THE CORPORATION AGAINST THE INCORPOREES.
Today’s crisis remains dramatic by the standards of the Great Depression.
I’m going to have caffeine free coffee with my calorie free eggs and carbohydrate free toast and fat free bacon with this jobless recovery
Update double dip recession.?
* Global industrial production now shows clear signs of recovering.
This is a sharp divergence from experience in the Great Depression, when the decline in industrial production continued fully for three years. The question now is whether final demand for this increased production will materialise or whether consumer spending, especially in the US, will remain weak, causing the increase in production to go into inventories, leading firms to cut back subsequently, and resulting in a double dip recession.
Nope nope nope !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!the up tick shows a up tick in production yes but what matters is what has caused that increase in production not the production its self. So is this production happened as a result of panic and fear as your paying a workforce to be ideal and you have stock ready for production, why not use it right. and hope.
So does production run from a combination of some stimulus and some hope and desperation causing the corpse economy to kick when shocked with electrical money stimulus and director panic. This does not indicate that the corpse economy is ready to get back on its feet and punch the air. Where the F**** jobs Professors whats going on… im not wishing it to be bad but if its raining its raining it does not mean the sun is about to shine.
I think these Keynesian boys are paid as if their own jobs depended on it, to talk happy thoughts rather than comment on real observation. http://www.voxeu.org/index.php?q=node/3421
Great show Stacy and Max. Both of you exuded energy and enthusiasm for your topic of conversation. It’s obvious both of you really care and are very knowledgeable. I loved the banter on this week’s show. Did Max really corner the market on Phillip Morris and lose big-time on that bet? How embarrassing
On another note, I thought I had an exclusive scoop on a story, but it turned out that ZeroHedge beat me to it. Anyway, I think my writeup is better.
Here’s the story. The Fed hired a new “top banking regulator” named Patrick Parkinson . It turns out he was instrumental in passing CFMA which was legislation deregulating derivatives in 2000. Read the story here:
Meanwhile, not a peep about this from the MSM. How do they miss a story like this that is sitting write under their noses? That is unless they are deliberately looking the other way. This is so blatant, that it is shameful.
“…you wonder to yourself when you’re reading about the Dutch tullip craze or the Salem witch [wise] trials, you wonder how is it that people could be so stupid. Well, you don’t have to wonder, we’re living through it right now! We know how people can be so stupid because they’re being that stupid all around us! And I’m sure that when people write in history books about this time period, people are going to read in awe about this mass delusion where the whole world somehow thinks they have to prop up the US dollar; that somehow every economy feels that they owe they’re success to selling products to a group of people that can’t afford to pay for them.”
THE SEC IS NOTHING MORE THEN A EXTENSION OF GOLDMAN / FEDERAL RESERVE!!! It is not interested in the people. I’m a simple a trader and can easily see fraud.!!! FRONT RUNNING THE FEDERAL RESERVE IS ILLEGAL!!!!!
“Average tuition prices rose sharply again this fall as colleges passed much of the burden of their own financial problems on to recession-battered students and parents.
Average tuition at four-year public colleges rose 6.5 percent, or $429, to $7,020 this fall, according to the College Board’s annual “Trends in College Pricing” report, released Tuesday. At private colleges, the average list price for a year of coursework rose 4.4 percent to $26,273.”
Re TAMNZ: ‘Warren Buffet – world’s greatest investor.’
With due respect, my contrary opinion:
If the big hero Mr. Buffett hadn’t been bailed out by honest, decent US taxpayers, to the tune of billions of dollars, in a number of his holdings – Wells Fargo, GE Capital, GS to name a few – he would be bankrupt.
What a sick joke that he is hailed as the ‘Oracle of Omaha’.
He makes me puke.
O Molly, O Molly, it’s for your sake alone
That I leave my old parents, my house and my home
That I leave my old parents you caused me to roam
I’m a rebel soldier and Dixie’s my home
Jack O’ Diamonds, Jack O’ Diamonds, I know you of old
You’ve robbed my poor pockets of silver and gold
Whiskey you villain, you’ve been my downfall
You’ve kicked me, you’ve cuffed me, but I love you for all
Her parents don’t like me; they say I’m too poor
They say I’m unworthy to enter her door
They say I drink whiskey, my money’s my own
And them that don’t like me can leave me alone
I’ll eat when I’m hungry, I’ll drink when I’m dry
And when I get thirsty, I’ll lay down and cry
Beefsteak when I’m hungry and whiskey when I’m dry
Greenbacks when I’m hard up and heaven when I die
Rye whiskey, rye whiskey, rye whiskey, I cry
If I don’t get rye whiskey, I surely will die
O baby, O baby, I’ve told you before
Do make me a pallet, I’ll lay on the floor
I’ll build me a castle on yonder mountain high
Where my true love can see me when she comes ridin’ by
Where my true love can see me and help me to mourn
I’m a rebel soldier and Dixie’s my home
I’ll get up in my saddle, my quirt in my hand
And I’ll think of you Molly when in some distant land
I’ll think of you Molly, you caused me to roam
I’m a rebel soldier and Dixie’s my home
If the ocean was whiskey and I was a duck
I’d dive to the bottom to get one sweet sup
But the ocean ain’t whiskey, and I ain’t a duck
So I’ll play Jack O’ Diamonds and try to change my luck
baby, O baby, I’ve told you before
Do make me a pallet; I’ll lay on the floor
I’ve rambled and gambled all my money away
But it’s with the rebel army, O Molly, I’ll stay
It is with the rebel army, O Molly, I must roam
For I’m a rebel soldier and Dixie’s my home
Jack O’ Diamonds, Jack O’ Diamonds, I know you of
You’ve robbed my poor pockets of silver and gold
Rye whiskey, rye whiskey, rye whiskey, I cry
If you don’t give me rye whiskey, I’ll lay down and die
Baby, O Baby, I’ve told you before
Do make me a shakedown, I’ll lay on the floor
@youri
cheers enjoyed the lyrics… to the song… a pallet on the floor, that’s just like folding up some sheets and a blanket… I think… oh and some nice quotes too… you have been spoiling us lately!!!
Britain’s Secret Weapon Against a Fiscal Crisis
In the US, average length of the existing Treasury bonds was, at recent count, 4.7 years and falling. Because this is such a short maturity, it means the debt has to be rolled over far more often, and at every point the government runs the risk of setting in stone any changes in interest rates. In France, the average maturity is 7.1 years, in Italy 6.9 years, in Germany 6.35 and in Japan 5.7 years. In Britain, the weighted average maturity of government bonds is a whopping 14.2 years.
@Youri:
In all due respect, and I mean that truly, I’m not as ‘outa my mind’ as the elite criminals that Mr. Preacher-man is said to converse with on a personal basis. Mr. Preacher-man uses religion to control people via the established means well known to those whom you linked: the Johnny Rebs from the old South. We saw more than our share of snake-handling Baptist preachers whose succour was the grits and ham leavings of a country breakfast. Leave off your rhetoric. Making a buck now and trying to save it is about as bright as his message.
He’s a part and parcel of the Santa sack of toys for all the good little children who believe in original sin and the old American system of rewarding behaviour with position and denying Christian charity to those deemed undesirable.
I have yet to meet one person following the ‘good book’ with anything less than complete and utter self-preserving interest at heart: pickles with a peach label if you ask me. And since you did: it’s time those who should be grateful (as you put it, don’t piss on the hand that throws us hush puppies) would to learn to sort the answers out independently. As Mike King put it: the answer could be discovered by a twelve-year old in an afternoon on the internet. People don’t want to know ‘truth’ but rather be placated for a lack of agency or for a hope in that, if following the pre-prescribed paths, the old and sure methods of retaining wealth will reward.
I’m sorry to be the voice to say that the old ways are done for good; the old system is destroyed and moribund; and unless the men with ethics begin to build a new system of exchange immediately the forces at work will have their way with us. Holding onto gold will be akin to clasping a rock and claiming true love: one will wake up hard, cold, and impotent.
As far as envy: I’m pretty comfortable to be living in my own skin and don’t want to swap with anybody. I have freedom to speak, breath, and move about comfortable. What I am is angry that I soon won’t have any freedom because of insipid and rotten collective forces bent on moving furniture to a house that they, the movers and change agents, will then be expelled from permanently.
Wow, wow calm down. Didn’t know that a preacherman could get you started of so fiercefully and lengthy. Have you bin drikin rye Molly? I can’t reach ya maybe his son http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dp4339EbVn8
“If you are part of the aristocracy on Wall St and you are creating fiat currency—at will—in a fractional banking system, you have the ability to declare—by fiat—that dog poop is a billion dollars.
So you can pick up dog poop from the street and you can say, ‘Based on my fiat fractional reserve model, this dog poop is worth a billion dollars—and I can prove it because I can sell it to Citigroup and they’re going to give me a billion dollars of their fiat fractional reserve monetary unit in exchange—and for that I’m going to get a fee—and I’m going to do this every day thousands of times a day, and at the end of the year, I’m going to pay myself billions and billions in fees.’
Now the problem is the average American looks out of their front yard and sees lots and lots of dog poop and they think they’re billionaires. But what they don’t understand is—they don’t work for Goldman Sachs.
Once they figure that out and say, ‘You know what, I don’t work for Goldman Sachs and that dog poop is actually just dog poop,’ then you might see a revolt.
But until then, they live in a delusionary world where their dog poop is worth the same as Goldman Sachs’ dog poop—and that’s just not true.”
The real jacked up part of all this is that there are more and more new, and insane laws hitting the books; in effect making criminals out of everyone.
One note from Belize: Belize Water service {BWS} (Obviously not owned by Belizeans as there is a huge out standing debt to the World Bank); claims that any rain collected in home collection tanks; belongs to them. So I pondered this obsurdity and came up with one of my own.
If they claim rights and ownership to all water; then they must also bear the burdon and responcibility of thier product’s path of destruction as it eats away soils, destroys landscapes and road ways.
Back to the article stacy posted. remeber that an empty prison cell is a falling stock. Only once that cell is filled is it a gainer; at the exspense of the tax payer.

@Phil:
Thanks for that link. Here is Jesse’s take:
This is not to imply that gold will replace the dollar. Rather, if the intended target is indeed the SDR, which comes up for rebalancing in 2010, banks may need to have gold on hand since it is thought to be favored as a component of the basket of currencies of which the new SDR will be created.
@ Phil
I would love to see some S-Curve charts that will give a clue as to how a SDR 50% gold backing + or – effects the price of gold. Is this a silly question? Hell If I had any more money personally i would by more anyhow.
I wonder where the GS lot go to get there info from? It cant be CNBC or Bloomberg can it?

Don’t worry, the moment it starts looking like it’s topped I’ll dump it like a brick for…probably for Yuans or Rubles or food by then.
There is nothing inherently wrong with limited “capitalism” in certain well-defined parameters that serve the general social welfare, that is to say people and the people’s right to wealth protection and that </EXCLUDES the banking/transnational corporations cartels/vampires monopolist/elites interests which certainly do not practice “capitalism” themselves: they own casinos and are nothing more than criminal bookmakers who rig the game.
Protecting what one has earned through their own productive labour from the Ponzi schemes of feudalists is, strictly speaking not “capitalism”, it is self-preservation that hurts no one but the Vampire Class. It is in fact “socialism”.
@Phil thx
Excellent explanation of currency/commodities (including the famous gold) by Mish – from reference in ZeroHedge article.
See the ‘Ten Simple Facts’ section.
(I’ll be honest, at first I didn’t care for Mish, but I’m starting to change my tune.)
The trade benefit for the currency exists for the currency in that the demand for dollars to trade oil strengthens the currency. In a global context, the benefit was essential for the wacky system under Bush/China: debt for cheap goods and low cost imports. Now the pricing would not benefit either the Euro (which is trading high and restricting exports European) or the dollar (which is kept low to enhance US weapons and war exports).
Which is why the switch is on to the sdr basket to begin next year.
Oil pricing would be the hot potato for currency right now with Western nations vying for increased exports and ‘beggar thy neighbor’ currency devaluation.
Mish is a staunch deflationist and an advocate of the old system ain’t broken.

I really am not ‘for’ sdrs at all. It would be nice if the cookie jar could be wrested from the big boys at the BIS/IMF before the cookies all disappear.

We underestimate our power over markets with a bit of applied logic.
That article is both funny and insane, iv read a few finance books like the madness of crowds but its hard to believe the stupidity of these annalists. They really think its a bloggers who is moving markets. Like the pain is the problem but not the tumour swelling lesion of dollar its self.
I like the idea of a cheat sheet to profits like a syndicate fun investment club? Maybe a long term financial cheat sheet is what Im looking for, down coke – up gold, down dollar -up sugar… or what ever. The problem many of us outside financial training is how to do it. I read once that moving averages are about as accurate as anything else, I can understand why this might be.
Personally I more attracted to long term bets with this moving average, short or long, I think they are more predictable. But i have not applied myself to it at all.
Betting on a combination of long term fundamentals and a moving average for timing sounds good to me, holding until the fundamentals change.
Maybe a cheat sheet hedge fund following 45 day moving average type set up and down on things we don’t like for profitable but ethical reasons too. I begining to get your Kalmer Bank idea. We underestimate our power over markets with a bit of applied logic. A a hedge fund investment club mmmmm?
@y’all
meanwhile back in the city… it’s getting colder here in the uk too.. still trying to figure out how capitalism, gets a soul without either stealing it from me or the land… I might have to get drunk at some point to help me solve this puzzle… meanwhile back in the jungle… good to hear form don!

It is self-preservation that hurts no one but the Vampire Class…
Once the Vampire Class is demoted, to a lower denomination…we’ll move the decimal on their accounts to the left… will the Vampire Class be allowed to operate under the umbrella of self-preservation? Is it CAPITAL that you are calling evil?
Capital is not destroyed: it will be transferred. Are you ready to guarantee the transfer to ‘the people’?
Isn’t what happened in Chavez-land that the capital remained secure with criminals, and the people were allowed only a mock system of engagement with their own labor? Isn’t that what is happening in US? A system of engagement where labor is devoid of reward? Where the capital for labor is not distributed fairly?
How is gold manipulated for the common good? Aren’t you exactly what you profess to hate, Illya?
*Poof* doesn’t cut it. The whole system of intertwined labor exchange is dependent on dollar pricing including the derivatives. How can the man claim it is only linked to the currency exchanges?
Autistic Boy Waterboarded and further tortured at school
“I can’t understand how the whole system colluded to cover up this whole abuse and allow it to continue,” Dixon said. “I’m appalled at the number of people who watched this torture occur and did nothing.
“She told me that if Garrett was going to sleep or not doing his work, one of the aides would put her hand on Garrett’s back and push his head underwater at the kitchen sink in the classroom, as he was kicking and screaming for his mother,” Tifonie Schilling said.
“She told me that if Garrett threw up at school, they would make him lick it up or force him to eat some of it,” said Garrett’s mom. “And if he had an accident in his pants, they would make him sit in it all day while they taunted him by yelling at him that he stinks like a baby.”
Max: During the show you made the statement that America ended in 2000. I’m curious as to what you base that on? Was it because of the Presidential election, or something more germane to the economy? I’d really appreciate knowing (preferably thourgh my provided email address if you or Stacey can facilitate that) because that statement personally rings with me.
What a horrible story. Especially since there is a huge amount of scientific data that Austism is caused by innoculations of babies when they are the smallest and most vulnerable because of the chemical that the vaccines are suspended in.
There seems to be a consenus amongst crisis commentators that people are finding it difficult to target their anger at the appropriate bad guy. At present it’s a hodgepodge of entrenched binaries: Left vs Right, Liberals vs Conservatives, Capitalists vs Socialists, etc
I’d like to suggest that it’s actually Psychopaths vs Normals.
If the debate could be shifted on that basis, people would have far more common ground to agree on and a fundamental human purpose to move forward with.
I think you can guess how I might finish that sentence.
Apologies for taking up comment space, but I think it’s useful to list the characteristics of the psychopath/sociopath and think how they explain how the same types of people gain and exercise disproportionate power.

‘Lack of remorse, indifferent to or rationalizes having hurt or mistreated others’ — It’s this one that seems to have most people stumped with questions of, ‘But how could they do this?’ always hoping that a unacknowleged psychopath can be held to a common standard of morality. That’s never going to happen. It’s time we Normals faced that fact.
CLEAN POTABLE WATER IS GOING TO BE THE NEXT OIL/GOLD in the world as we know it.
Why do you think the Bush Crime Family has purchased a very large tract of land in Paraguay? It’s sitting over one of the last huge fresh water acquifers.
Not only that, the lands are contiguous to a military installation and of course extradition policy in Paraguay is non existant.

I hear ya brother! Yeah, I have gained a whole ne respect for the Mennonites. They are completely self sufficient; off the grid and ready will and able to survive nearly anything that could be thrown at them. I stick around them as much as I can and learn as much as well.
At present i am constructing a dry composting toilet, then the shower and chicken coupe. In a remote place of grid. Although i do love my electricity!!!!! I will go to work on a “Bessler wheel” When I have more time. In the mean time a butane generator should suffice. Anyway, my best to all of you free thinkers and freedom fighters.

Richard, you commented about working on the jv pen. I remember back in 1995 (I believe it was 1995) when the gov really pushed hard to privatize the prisons. the tax payers were against it, so they (the gov) let out serial rapist and pedophiles on early release, siting that the prisons were over clouded. Mind you they could have let out the kids caught with a bag o weed, or the check fraud ladies, but instead they let out the sickest of the sick. Can you guess what the tax payers responce to the repeat offenders and the handy work they did after being released??
Cries went out “we need more prisons to keep these monsters!!” so private industry made it’s way into the prison system and their stocks went through the roof on the exchanges! Guaranteed money by Joe Tax payer and Sally bag-o-doughnuts. Empty cells are worthless boxes, put a living human in the box and you have a valuable piece of stock that can never lose. Sad.

Oppenheimer was perfect for leading the bomb development. As a grad student in Oxford he poisoned one of his tutors. His social class and connections protected him from consequences.
He was a perfect selection to help develop weapons of mass destruction. His later musings about if he should have helped develop the bomb are only a result of him getting shut out of the ‘big boys club’ by an even bigger psychopath, Edward Teller.

BIRDS OF PARADISE
http://tvnz.co.nz/birdland/show-2985646
Jeremy “Newsboy” Wells (Eating Media Lunch, The Unauthorised History of New Zealand) tackles unfamiliar territory in a new TV series Birdland (TVOne Saturdays, 7pm), which has him celebrating New Zealand’s unique bird life and, true to form, it is not your typical wildlife show.

The Energy Non-Crisis by Lindsey Williams
http://www.reformation.org/energy-non-crisis.html
… for those interested !
Last paragraphs from the Conclusion :

What’s the difference between Banker’s and Pirates?
http://blogs.reuters.com/rolfe-winkler/2009/10/21/blogart-bankers-and-pirates
I think it’s pretty obvious that one should put everything into gold and silver and maybe a few select mining companies. My Rusoro Mining has gone up 40% in a week. And it’s going to go a hell of a lot higher since it’s sitting on a some of the best pieces of Venezuela’s $100B reserves with an average production cost of $325/oz
You’re welcome.

GOLDMAN SACHS IS FRONT RUNNING THE FEDERAL RESERVE THIS IS ILLEGAL AND ALL GOLDMAN TRADERS SHOULD BE THROWN IN JAIL!!!!!
@Illya:

["Fed crony Patrick Parkinson named to be top bank regulator"](http://futurenewstoday.blogspot.com/2009/10/fed-crony-patrick-parkinson-named-to-be.html)
Meanwhile, not a peep about this from the MSM. How do they miss a story like this that is sitting write under their noses? That is unless they are deliberately looking the other way. This is so blatant, that it is shameful.

Terrible audio, so here’s the choice snippet:
“…you wonder to yourself when you’re reading about the Dutch tullip craze or the Salem witch [wise] trials, you wonder how is it that people could be so stupid. Well, you don’t have to wonder, we’re living through it right now! We know how people can be so stupid because they’re being that stupid all around us! And I’m sure that when people write in history books about this time period, people are going to read in awe about this mass delusion where the whole world somehow thinks they have to prop up the US dollar; that somehow every economy feels that they owe they’re success to selling products to a group of people that can’t afford to pay for them.”
It’s the protection racket, stupid!

Britain’s Secret Weapon Against a Fiscal Crisis
In the US, average length of the existing Treasury bonds was, at recent count, 4.7 years and falling. Because this is such a short maturity, it means the debt has to be rolled over far more often, and at every point the government runs the risk of setting in stone any changes in interest rates. In France, the average maturity is 7.1 years, in Italy 6.9 years, in Germany 6.35 and in Japan 5.7 years. In Britain, the weighted average maturity of government bonds is a whopping 14.2 years.

Transcription of the dog poop analogy:

@Phil:

@frances @Illya:
You make a very poor socialist but a reasonably astute capitalist, but if I were you I’d avoid running too swiftly down the slope leading to perpetual doom: falling into the abyss with all the common lemmings doesn’t suit your style
@Phil thx

@maxkeiser
Is this the real Max Keiser? Or a Proxy? And if so how did you gettit back The Max Keiser?
Maybe they criminalize talking about the dollar too?
@CanadaJK:
Plausible?

Max: During the show you made the statement that America ended in 2000. I’m curious as to what you base that on? Was it because of the Presidential election, or something more germane to the economy? There seems to be a consenus amongst crisis commentators that people are finding it difficult to target their anger at the appropriate bad guy. At present it’s a hodgepodge of entrenched binaries: Left vs Right, Liberals vs Conservatives, Capitalists vs Socialists, etc
I’d like to suggest that it’s actually Psychopaths vs Normals.
If the debate could be shifted on that basis, people would have far more common ground to agree on and a fundamental human purpose to move forward with.
There are various diagnostic tests for psychopathy…
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychopathy
I think you can guess how I might finish that sentence.
Apologies for taking up comment space, but I think it’s useful to list the characteristics of the psychopath/sociopath and think how they explain how the same types of people gain and exercise disproportionate power.

‘Lack of remorse, indifferent to or rationalizes having hurt or mistreated others’ — It’s this one that seems to have most people stumped with questions of, ‘But how could they do this?’ always hoping that a unacknowleged psychopath can be held to a common standard of morality. That’s never going to happen. It’s time we Normals faced that fact.

Oh shit!!
Did I just call every “terror-ristas??”

@frances snoot: oh yes the bees of the world would want some bees too…..and the garden is a later posibility ….
Dollar rally before dollar bust, shorting usd/nzd could be lucrative, buy gold on dips regardless.

@Canada/JK, OPEC countries still get USD for their oil. So there needs to be enough petrodollars in circulation to pay OPEC for however much oil they sell.
