I hear ya brother! Yeah, I have gained a whole ne respect for the Mennonites. They are completely self sufficient; off the grid and ready will and able to survive nearly anything that could be thrown at them. I stick around them as much as I can and learn as much as well.

At present i am constructing a dry composting toilet, then the shower and chicken coupe. In a remote place of grid. Although i do love my electricity!!!!! Richard, you commented about working on the jv pen. I remember back in 1995 (I believe it was 1995) when the gov really pushed hard to privatize the prisons. the tax payers were against it, so they (the gov) let out serial rapist and pedophiles on early release, siting that the prisons were over clouded. Mind you they could have let out the kids caught with a bag o weed, or the check fraud ladies, but instead they let out the sickest of the sick. Can you guess what the tax payers responce to the repeat offenders and the handy work they did after being released??

Cries went out “we need more prisons to keep these monsters!!” so private industry made it’s way into the prison system and their stocks went through the roof on the exchanges! Guaranteed money by Joe Tax payer and Sally bag-o-doughnuts. Empty cells are worthless boxes, put a living human in the box and you have a valuable piece of stock that can never lose. Sad.
