    Hey Congress Grow a Spine on Israel

    My letter to Congressman Tom Price

    As a former company commander with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam, and a graduate of the National Security Course, National Defense University, Washington, DC and as a retired brigadier general who served active army duty in the Middle East, I ask you to break away from the strangling Israeli lobby, AIPAC, and do the right thing for peace in the Middle East. This Israeli lobby has been corrupting our politicians far too long and has resulted in more violence than ever between the Israelis and the Palestinians with no sign of any improvement in years ahead. In addition, the Israelis have nearly wiped Gaza and south Lebanon off the map with their disproportionate attacks.

    I write to ask you to please vote no on H. Res. 867. This bill calls on President Obama to unequivocally oppose the Goldstone Report, but makes no mention of the administration’s call for a credible, independent Israeli investigation into Israeli conduct during Operation Cast Lead.

    This bill flies in the face of the growing chorus of Israeli voices, across the political spectrum and in and outside of government, who understand that a credible Israeli investigation is in Israel’s best interest.

    As your constituent I ask that you stand for the rule of law, defend the concerns of a wide spectrum of Israelis and help to bring some relief to the civilian population in the Gaza Strip. Please vote no on H. Res. 867.

    Is that video of ‘Global warming Armageddon called off’ not on youtube… if not i wouldnt be surprised. Also i think mentioned before in the early to mid 20th century there was a cooling/cold decade even when carbon emissions were on the rise and had been for a while.
    Its crazy to hear how easily accepted this global warming ‘religion’ is accepted around America. If you dont accept it for a fact then your written off as crazy or extreme right wing. PHD scientist Gore on the other hand knows everything there is about the environment.

    Of course the above is absurd, but the notion of the earths future climate rising (or falling depending on your POV) to the status of religion is tantamount to Galileo defending his fact based view of the world against a religious concept of the world view.

    Indeed carbon isn’t a main greenhouse gas Clouds and Water vapour are but we actualy don’t know everything about the weather system yet. Hell they can’t even predict the weather accurately for two days here so let alone they gonna tell us about the climate. It’s jus foolish we are still studying the whole system.

    They just thought in the Club of Rome and the Bilderberg meeting it would be convient for them to make the human his own enemy by declaring one of the main sources of live as a poison. Plants breath carbon and make Oxygen. But you can tell donut that Oxygen is a poison they believe it as well the braindead fluor heads.

    Hi ya’ll,
    I heard a guy by the name of Craig Hulet on Coast to Coast last night. He had a different take on the whole banking situation. He claims that the banks are preparing to move the fractional reserve bubble blowing machine out of the US, deny US citizens credit and set up shop over seas and basically start the whole process over again in Asia. He claims that by July ’10 all personal credit will be cut off, which will force US citizens to save and that will be the capital that will be lent over seas. I can kind of see this as a possibiltiy. Geithner is always saying we will have to get used to a lower standard of living and Obama campaigned on a theme of personal sacrifice.

    Too bad that Obama and Congress won’t tell the Pentagon that they must have “budget neutral” operations. Or tell them to start looking for that $2.3 Trillion that the DOD “lost” pre-9/11. Or force them to start kicking all of the cost-plus contractors out of Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan.
