Re. the crime of tasering a ten year old. I am against violence but, in this case, I do think somebody - aside from the police officer himself - deserved a dose of their own medicine (assuming the report is true) - and that is, the girl's mother.

I have worked in the housing industry for 35 years.
The game is OVER, TOAST, DEAD
It may start a slow growth trend ... when and if the stinkin gov starts to create jobs consistently over 9 or 10 months. When the hell is that going to happen?

Why don't they "taser" the banksters...they taser everybody else?

Arkansas Police Use Taser on 10-Year-Old Girl
Associated Press,
Wed Nov 18, 1:28 PM EST

OZARK, Ark. — Ozark Police Chief Jim Noggle says one of his officers used a Taser on a 10-year-old girl who was combative when the officer tried to get the girl into a patrol car to be taken to a youth shelter.

Noggle said Tuesday that officer Dustin Bradshaw went to the girl's home after her mother called police woman called police.

According to a report filed by Bradshaw on Thursday, the officer found the girl on the floor of the house screaming and crying. She refused to follow her mother's instructions and the mother told Bradshaw to use his Taser.

Bradshaw carried the girl to the living room and told her she was going to jail, according to the report. The girl was violently kicking, the report said, and struck Bradshaw in the groin with her legs and feet. The report said Bradshaw administered a "very, very brief" stun with the Taser, put the girl in handcuffs and carried her to his patrol car. She was taken to the Western Arkansas Youth Shelter in Cecil.

These banksters are a sly group....

Are Lenders "Cherry Picking" Loan Modifications for Homeowners Facing Foreclosure?

"If Mr. Olinski and Ms. Alisha Bender's statement is true, why is IndyMac not following its obligation to the HAMP program and its servicing agreement? Based on the information provided by IndyMac, the guidelines of HAMP, and the status that Mr. Davis's loan had maintained, one wonders, why the loan, which was seriously delinquent, was not even considered for a modification? Mr. Davis was never contacted by IndyMac regarding his modification until the denial letter, after he got it current. Is IndyMac practicing, "cherry picking?"
