They seem to take turns , today Euro is “down” versus US$, but also against Gold, and the the US$ is basically flat versus Gold.

@ Max – The first time my fiance heard your voice, he commented that you sounded a little bit like Kermit the frog! I don’t think you sound weird at all; it’s probably just that it takes more than one hearing to get used to somebody’s voice and inflections.

Quite funny how a country quickly running out of oil options has such a powerfull lobby to keep them oil dependent.

I think the US has allied with India, giving it the power to be the central banker of Asia, and nuclear support in return for Gas pipeline protection and cold shoulderig China. It must be UK’s influence in India. China dares not budge because it knows if it strikes to far from home it will have trouble rallying internal ethnic groups to the same cause..

Anecdotal Evidence of Socialized Medicine. We have been travelling around North America. In Montana, my wife went in with my 3 Month old daughter, to inquire about her 2 month shots. She came out within 12 mins; paid 15 bucks (for 3 shots).

In New Brunswick, we had to book 10 days in advance (which is a pretty short time) waited for an hour and a half to see the nurse, then another hour to get the shots. (the 2 month shots are identical to the four months)
