  1. I agree that anger is not a SOLUTION, my point is that it is a necessary human component and a natural response to what is happening around us. Staying ‘calm’ is not inherently better than getting riled up, just as being funny is not better. I think sincere emotion (unlike the obvious fakery of Beck or Randi Rhodes) IS a way to get the message across. Sitting on your hands and being polite won’t get you too far in the real world. You aren’t angry about this stuff? Oh, and I’ve been involved in this crap for nearly twenty years, so gimme a break with this newbie stuff.

  2. @Grillo, I’m capable of getting angry, and I’m capable of action. Getting angry interferes with thought and action. It is fatiguing. A good real world example is that for boxers. It is difficult to stay relaxed while boxing. Boxers who stay calm tend to destroy boxers who get angry, especially in longer bouts. Alli vs Foreman. Anger exhausts. Don’t blame people who have difficulty filtering out yelling for general societal problems. Some of us have done a lot. I think your mischaracterisation of people like me is clear indication of how your own anger has limited your own ability to think.

  3. @Grillo the filter I use for seeing tells me when emotional easily manipulated. The freedom movement was alive and kicking long before Fox News and Glenn Beck. To my eyes and my comment was directed at the peeling off of emotional members of the freedom movement. Not sure how long you have been watching, but is what I have seen with late to the party tea baggers. It has become a co-opted movement. Fox and Company walked a fine line with it in the closing year of Bush’s last term. From what I recall. But as we know in the USA memory does not count. Need to look forward only.

  4. I think its funny that people get turned off by a guy (AJ) who is pissed off about the way things are and how they are going. Are you ascared of loud voices. Maybe you like the brain-dead monotony of NPR or the BBC? Well great, good luck with that. I, however, am a human who also feels emotions, and though I can calmly analyze things, I also have the necessary ability to get mad. Maybe its your inability to get angry that has screwed you and you country(s).

  5. @ (AJ is) oriented towards driving the emotional responses of listeners towards anger, he said so.
wow. that is interesting. in that it seems to me that can work against what I presumed was his vision. so he gets em liquored up and wants to hand em off to someone else ? Now that Bush is out of office seems like Glen Beck and Fox News are there waiting holding the bag .. here chicky chicky here chicky chicky. bizzare.

  6. Max was a bit like Alex with Bruce Levine though, the Dr never mentioned ‘Stockholm Syndrome’, it’s a misleading analogy. It might be better, if it’s necessary to use analogy, to speak in terms of ‘battered-wife syndrome’ — which is in itself controversial.

False analogies tend to mislead, why not stick with plain ‘broken’, and focus on the constructive point which was morale-building and minor victories. That’s where the Coke thing comes in. That’s not a traditional ‘boycott’, which is an old tactic and often ineffectual because it’s diffused. I don’t think Max got across his idea of harnessing the predatory instincts of speculators to amplify the effects of a consumer boycott. I’m not sure if it wouldn’t be better to think in terms of minimising dependence on speculators to generating funds for further campaigning and financial interventions. I’m not sure karmabanque accounts for potential movement back up in target shares, as far as I can tell it’s a league table along with a poll of members, not a financial service provider/vehicle.

  7. Max’s appearance on the AJ Show yesterday is now on youtube,

AJ needs to let people say their piece. With all of his interruptions it makes it hard for the guest to get their thought out to us. Conversely it makes it hard for the listener to follow the conversation.

  8. AJ didn’t seem to understand the concept of “The One-Inch Punch”. Perhaps Max could explain it to Alex off-air (presumably when AJ would be a better listenter).

  9. @Josh Fulton I dont think that is max’s idea; getting people to short KO. i think it was AJ’s understanding of what max was saying. but to me max was saying just stop buying anything that Coca Cola makes. This will affect sales and sales in turn will affect the stock price. the people do not need to short the stock to take it down. they need to stop using. drink water instead for example. will save them money and do wonders for their health even.

  10. @ Harry_W I’m glad you enjoyed my gravatar! :)

I think Alex’ technique is basically bullying in an effort to compensate for some poorly structured arguments and conclusions. I think it’s better to trust people with their own intelligence. That’s what I’m trying to do lately. To drop an idea in like a pebble, and let the ripples do what they may.

  11. @ Daniel S,

    lol @ your gravatar. :D

I think you’re right. Alex’s shouting tends to short-circuit rational processes of communication and thought — he and Max seemed to miscommunicate quite often during the interview (lolz @ all the back & forth about the ‘one-inch punch’ – wrong metaphor). It’s oriented towards driving the emotional responses of listeners towards anger, he said so.

Comedy, which Max mixes when discussing much the same stories, also tends to operate on an emotional level, but towards a rather different end state. [Max seems to mirror Alex when I've heard them talk and becomes less interesting.]

  12. I felt like some wires were getting crossed on that interview, which is unfortunate because I really do enjoy Max on Alex’s show, and I think they actually agree virtually 100% about things.

That said, I do think Alex brought up a good point about not all people having the money to short these stocks. I mean, when you short stocks you could actually lose more money than you put in if it goes up, so it’s risky.

That said, Max is also providing a vital service by letting people know how they can use the financial system against these behemoths that dominate that same financial system right now.

  13. A problem with not flying is that it further isolates people and isolation is the number one tool of abusers.

  14. The one inch punch is NOT Coca Cola

    Its the airlines………..STOP flying.

Stop going to the Useless States (I am in Europe).

The tourist industry and airlines will soon get the message

  15. I don’t know if Alex is aware of it but the following satellites are not available over the North American continent.

    Astra 1

    Astra 1

    Hotbird

I get all 3 here in Europe and have over 3000 channels (most free) and many in HD at my disposal.

Anyone here in Europe with 60 Euros for a small dish can get them and WE DO.

Al-Jazeera English, Russia Today and many more .

That is why Europeans are much more informed than Americans.

I believe this is done by design by USA govt.

  16. @gb – I don’t want those four in the same room. I don’t want a rod from god to ever have that kind of ROI. I don’t wanna lose my two favorite sources of ideas and info. But yeah, I’d like to hear that conversation. Alex could bring the steaks, Celente could cook em, Catherine would bring wine, and Max could bring the cheese!

@Max – I thought you did great in this interview btw. :)

  17. @ harry – for someone like me with my background of getting my head punched in from infancy and yelled at, Alex’ approach makes it very difficult for me to listen with a calm and open mind. Just as the constantly moving backgrounds on his, Max, and others’ videos is distracting as hell to me. At least they’re not pattern imposing or pattern interrupting to the extreme of the flashing used on CBC’s The Hour with George Snuffaluffagus or whatever his name is.

  18. Crumpet Muncher

@harry_w – Why does Alex keep shouting?

There’s a big difference between knowing something is going to happen and actually seeing it happen.

  19. Max is on (again) now

    http://www.infowars.com/listen.html

    Why does Alex keep shouting?

  20. max aj celente and catherine austin fitts should do an hour long panel

  21. @daniel
i just think aj was in a bad mood. and no wonder talking about this shit 22 hours a week on the radio. funny to hear max be the calm one.

  22. @ Giuseppe – Sure, with Kneel Down, and Bend Over buttons, at least you’d have a choice.

@Y’all – is it just me or does Alex seem a little pissed/disgusted with Max? I think it all started with Max’s “It’s better than Garden in a Can.” or something like that, comment in a previous interview.

I’ve not yet seen a MSM newspaper running the story of scanners where they allow comments.

Just before Christmas one of the papers was running a blog where the bloggers wish was to go to a cashless society. The comments went wild – heading to a totalitarian state etc. The blog seemed to disappear pretty quickly to be replaced by a ‘Merry Christmas from the economics blog’.

Controlled and supressed news in the UK MSM? Nahh – you’d have to be a loony to think that.

Yields on U.K. government bonds, known as gilts, could rise by as much as a full percentage point when the Bank of England’s bond-buying program ends, he added….

Goldman’s offshore deals deepened global financial crisis

By Greg Gordon | McClatchy Newspapers

Robert Rubin: All Hell Could Break Loose Because of the Huge Government Debt

The ultimate insider, Robert Rubin, who is a former secretary of the Treasury (1995–99) and now serves as co-chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations and is a fellow of the Harvard Corporation, in a Newseek opinion piece had this to say:
The United States faces projected 10-year federal budget deficits that seriously threaten its bond market, exchange rate, economy, and the economic future of every American worker and family. Those risks are exacerbated by the context of those deficits: a low household-savings rate, even after recent increases; large funding requirements for federal debt maturities every year; heavy overweighting of dollar-denominated assets in foreign portfolios; worsened fiscal prospects in the decades after the current 10-year budget period; and competing claims for capital to fund deficits in other countries.

Alex Jones is correct to protest the use of these scanners. Next they will be installed at the malls. In Israel you have to go through security before entering a mall and will be the same way here soon.

  40. Inflation versus deflation

It seems time to make the call

INFLATION IS STARTING JANUARY 2010 (Write it down so I don’t have to toot my horn later) ;)

Dutch Inflation keeps increasing for the fourth consecutive month. The inflation in November 2009 1,0% (0,3% higher than in October) while the increase of the Money supply in the Euro Zone was smaller than ever before!?

UK inflation jumps for November 2009 (15Dec09) Vid http://tinyurl.com/ybyyqvj

Now for an update from the war between inflation and deflation: Inflation is gaining the upper hand. (MarketWatch) http://www.marketwatch.com/story/inflation-versus-deflation-2010-01-06

My prediction was Deflation -> Inflation ->Inflation but as it seems now Inflation and deflation will start to change places many times before the real whammy hyper-inflation will reach us round 2012.

  41. @ Frank Hope

    THANK YOU!!!

I’ve been listening for almost two hours and still didn’t get to that part, so thanks.

  42. @Youri Carma – They started scanning people and searching the luggage of Greyhound Bus passengers in Canada after a Schizophrenia sufferer murdered someone with a knife onboard a bus. And the fact is, this guy was so strong that without a knife he STILL could have EASILY murdered that little guy.

The Greyhound busing system is how a poor person like myself without a car gets around between municipalities in Canada. So, if I wanted to move myself and say, bullion, I’d be unable to without it’s detection and in a marshal law situation, the infrastructure will already be in place to facilitate easy confiscation.

  43. @Y’all
huh… alex jones it’s like someone stuck a crucifix made of gold so far up his small thermal exhaust port… that all he can think about is money and religon… while living in a constant state of fear and pain… actually… to be fair that’s probably most usa’ers too!!!

Peter Schiffe was against bailing out Goldman Sucks and JP Morgan and Wall Street/City of London in general.

  53. Alex is talking a lot about how the body scanners set up in airports will be a source of child pornography. Near the end of the Roman Empire one of the Caesars (I forget which one) had children chase him around while nibbling on his penis. (from the Criminal History of Mankind, Colin Wilson) The sexual exploitation of children is part of collapsing empires.

In the most general sense I look at the collapse of empire as the full spectrum misdirection of energy. Human energy, psychological energy, ecological, etc. For some, sexual energy too. Let’s not forget Dyncorp’s trafficking in women and children for rape or the sexual assault and forced self-stripping of Afghan civilians by marines or the abuses against Abu Graib prisoners.

Think it’s important to keep planting these “La vérité” seeds cause one day they will come out. I am absolutely sure about that.

I hope Max is able to make some more of these great docu’s cause what a revelation that was: Iceland deliberately taken down! This could bring these Vikings to a new boiling point although they don’t seem to need it right now. Maybe this could cause more legal action in the future?

  90. Interesting article from David McWilliams, comparing current debt-laden Ireland with 16th century Spain after their gold plundering escapades in South America:

    full article: http://www.davidmcwilliams.ie/2010/01/03/imperial-spains-lesson-for-us

…..One would have thought that, given their windfall, the Spaniards would have been the richest people in Europe by the end of the century. But amazingly, Spain blew it. The impact of the flow of gold was felt elsewhere.

The Dutch, in particular, benefited enormously from Spanish gold.

There was hardly any lasting positive effect on the Spanish economy.

How did Spain manage to waste one of the biggest financial windfalls in human history? And are there any lessons for Ireland in the history of the Spanish gold rush?

Spain went on an almighty bender.

The Spaniards proved themselves to be better at spending money than saving the stuff, and acted like renaissance lotto winners, blowing their new money on anything they could get their hands on. They bought spices from the Orient, clothes from Italy, guns and firearms from anywhere.

Gold flowed out of the country. With their new credit, nothing was too expensive. Even today, a stroll through any regional Spanish town reveals churches, great houses, palaces and ornate fountains built by Italian architects and paid for with Latin American gold. By 1590, of all the goods shipped from Spain to its new colonies, 80 per cent had been imported from elsewhere in Europe.

(This was in direct contrast to the British Empire, for example, which shipped British-made goods from Britain to its colonies.)

Pretty soon, Spain forgot how to make things. Production of everything from food to clothes faltered.

As one observer at the time put it, ‘‘Agriculture laid down the plough, clothed herself in silk and softened her work-calloused hands. Trade put on a noble air . . .went out to parade up and down the streets.”

Apart from general idleness, another far more insidious enemy emerged to face the Spaniards. The Spanish rapidly went into debt with other nations, paying over good Spanish money for what, at the time, were called ‘‘puerilities’’ – bangles, cheap glassware, playing cards and the like. Prices in Spain began to rise.

However, the rise in prices was not due to any economic shift in the economy, but to the non-productive abundance of gold. This is the same story in Ireland. Our prices over the years rose because of too much credit.

As inflation took hold in Spain, those Spanish manufacturers who had still managed to trade found themselves becoming increasingly uncompetitive. Having been the richest nation in Europe, Spain experienced successive financial crises as it tried to pay for its gold-inspired extravagance.

Ireland is in the same position now:

small manufacturing can’t compete with our neighbours, particularly as Britain and the US are – logically – allowing their currencies to fall in the face of the new realities. We have decided to tie our currency to countries that are virtuous savers like Germany, while we are delinquent spenders. This makes no sense but, like the emperor with no clothes, no one in the Irish establishment is prepared to admit this fundamental financial folly. In the end, silly policies don’t hold.

WASHINGTON, Jan 5 (Reuters) – President Barack Obama told his security chiefs on Tuesday that the botched Christmas Day plane bombing was the result of a screw up by U.S. intelligence and that the country had barely dodged disaster, according to a quotation released by the White House.

“This was a screw up that could have been disastrous,” the president said during a meeting in the White House situation room, according to the White House media office.

  96. We now live in a society in which mega pharma must sell drugs to healthy people, children and babies to make the numbers

MONDAY, Jan. 4 (HealthDay News) — The rate of children aged 2 to 5 who are given antipsychotic medications has doubled in recent years, a new study has found.

Yet little is known about either the effectiveness or the safety of these powerful psychiatric medications in children this age, said researchers from Columbia University and Rutgers University, who looked at data on more than 1 million children with private health insurance.

“It is a worrisome trend, partly because very little is known about the short-term, let alone the long-term, safety of these drugs in this age group,” said study author Dr. Mark Olfson, a professor of clinical psychiatry at Columbia University in New York City.

Those two countries you mentioned russia and china they both,
like greece, latvia, and iceland, have a lot of national pride left.
Whereras the west…. not so much.
Unfortunately we in the United States never really grasped the notion of a country based upon laws, laws that assume the inalienable rights of individuals. Scalia doesn’t hate the bill of rights because it protects people, it does no such thing, the reason our supreme justices hate the bill of rights is because it restricts their government. Americans were never taught what it means to be a citizen, to take pride in justice, to participate in a democratic society. In a free society we would celebrate April 15th as a National Day of Thanksgiving, not unlike ritual sacrafice for a bountiful harvest. Civics classes were killed after the sixties awakening, but these natural feelings of community are hardwired into homo sappiens, and I feel a swing of the pendulum is at hand.

  161. Ronron personally I’m a comb wrapped in paper man myself that and the gazoo, check out Brahms concerto for 4 gazoo’s and a swaney whistle, sublime.

  162. Check this out. Barney h0h0 Frank is handing out 4 trillion to the banks!

I quickly discovered why members of Congress rarely read legislation like this. At 1,279 pages, the “Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act” is a real slog. And yes, I plowed through all those pages. (Memo to Chairman Frank: “ystem” at line 14, page 258 is missing the first “s”.)

The reading was especially painful since this reform sausage is stuffed with more gristle than meat. At least, that is, if you are a taxpayer hoping the bailout train is coming to a halt.

If you’re a banker, the bill is tastier. While banks opposed the legislation, they should cheer for its passage by the full Congress in the New Year: There are huge giveaways insuring the government will again rescue banks and Wall Street if the need arises.

  169. @david. who is the fucking edge man?

  170. @Danny, I did once manage to give the Edge a fair search, for those not familiar with a fair search it goes as follows; you stop someone and ask them for their ‘odds’ (spare change), “any odds on ye” you say they say “no” you say “fair search” whereby you then rifle through their pockets and keep anything found therein. This was a common practise on the mean streets of Dublin when I was growing up. Anyway I was outside a boozer in Dublin some years back and lo and behold who just happens to saunter on by none other than fucky the ninth The Edge himself, so I goes to him ‘”any odds” I tell ye the look on his face fuckin’ priceless, anyway the cunt scurried past, me and me mates had a good giggle.

  197. @Mep. that’s alex. take him or leave him. radio is fast. the guy called and wondered what to do with his 2 fucking grand. they wouldn’t have told him to buy gold with 2 fucking grand if they had time to think.

  198. @Mep. i’ll check it out. if you see snoot coming let me know. you seen bonn.

  199. @ ronron – I’m “hiding” here. Having a hard time putting down the book. ;-)

  200. Michael Goyer

great job Max!!…..Alex was pretty hyped up today, so it can be hard to get him to listen when he is in that mode. But good interview regardless. It is funny seeing Alex and Max together and Max playing “Mr. Calm”. It would be hillarious to see the two of them locked in a room for a few hours in a rant fest. All good for sure. As far as the one punch or multiple fronts theories…I think when we all laugh at the man behind the curtain rather than fearing the great Oz, we will be well on our way…they(ptb) are a joke.

  201. The Underfundedmentalist

    @ namarama

As long as we privatize natural monopolies like energy, water, clean air, common defense, health care, the interstate highways, the fda, the epa, and the sec, we will be held over a barrel of monkey’s. We have taken a 2nd mortgage out on the commonwealth. Or is it a 3rd?

  202. @Skippy. it would be hard for me. got an IP.

  203. OK Skippy.

  204. @Mep. where are you hiding. only kidding. LOL

  205. @i wish we could get a few icelanders on this thread.
why dont we all become icelanders ?

  206. i wish we could get a few icelanders on this thread.

  207. The “we are winning” comment came off as a little odd seeing as how it’s coming from a guy who constantly warns that the NWO is readying itself to put the final nail in our collective ( FEMA) coffins, and seeing how we commoners of the global village are clearly losing!

  208. i wouldn’t doubt if the spooks are already there.

  209. Who Owns Colorado’s Rainwater?

These guys like to hide in the woods too!
So I guess I’m not so crazy after all, just underfunded, at least in fiat paper.

  212. @namarama. collect it under the basement. easy free water.

  213. Well done Iceland’s President
    Let the people speak.

  214. @ ronron

Water charges on the way here now soon,
I wouldn’t mind but the shit falls from the fuckin sky all year. It’s like havin a amoney tree and talking out a fuckin mortgage on it.

  215. @Underfunded. cool dadio.

  216. The Underfundedmentalist

    Bohemian Grove

  217. @underfunded. whats a BG compound ?

  218. @“Max Keiser, how do you wake people up who don’t want to be woken up?”
    hmmmmmmm.
it is obvious people are herd animals at times. the ones that dont want to wake up will activate when the herd reaches critical mass and moves in a way sleepers can not ignore. They may not understand then, as now, but they will move with the flow.
Maybe that the best that can be hoped for with folks that dont want to be woken up ?

  219. Karmabanque 2.0

Karmabanque was clearly ahead of its time some years ago. In my opinion, the terror coming down the tracks was never foreseeable to average the man on the street who was living in a debt fueled society, picking out the new curtains and a colour scheme for the new house. No-one wanted to know while the good times were rolling.

But now the blizzard has hit us all and there is an interest and understanding of what is occurring in the world like never in recent memory. Unemployment, fear and uncertainty have taken hold and a giant has been poked – but is not awake yet.

Are people ready for Karmabanque 2.0? Honestly, I just don’t know – but for sure, like all great things, its gonna have to be the right place, and the right time.

  220. The Underfundedmentalist

    @ ronron
I live on top of a natural aquifer, and 20 miles as the crow flys to the BG compound, things will get interesting in these redwoods.
Recommend everyone get an authoritative looking uniform, when next crisis occurs the aimless will need direction, or a target, so choose your colors wisely!

  221. The Underfundedmentalist

I wonder if Alex has to take downers, or is he usually docile and takes uppers? I love the passion, and the message.
I have been screamin’ ’bout all this since the eighties, It’s nice to not be alone in the woods anymore.

  222. @Underfunded. i dug my sump pit 5 feet deep in my basement. good water all the time. i use it to flush toilets and do laundry. we are metered here. makes a big diff.

  223. The Underfundedmentalist

coke gets water from your local municipality, for free
puts it in a plastic bottle, calls it dasani and you buy back your water from them, pay twice, or think for once
    Got Well Water?

  224. @ The Underfundedmentalist – I heard “what is a one-inch punch?” and “Max Keiser, how do you wake people up who don’t want to be woken up?”

  225. @david
you should have clobbered Bono when he was on grafton street busking with glen hansard, getting down with the serfs.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hR2alFmp8JQ

  226. The Underfundedmentalist

my neighbors are giving me funny looks after the
Alex (loud as a drunk)Jjones ‘interview’
i know he asked a few questions, just can’t seem to remember them
money market seizures seems to top the list today

  227. @ david – Yes, I second @Paul’s suggestion as well as yours. I got some people to stop drinking Coke recently just by mentioning how they steal water from poor communities in India to make Coke–communities in which there isn’t even enough water for people to use for day-to-day needs.

  228. maybe we should have our own kind of coke. Like this islamic brand hihi…

  229. Just listened to the show, I think its time for Karmabanque 2.0, perhaps make an accompanying film, just a thought.

Oh yeah and as for Bono, a right ‘orrible cunt make no mistake, makes me wanna spit.

  230. Boy do I have difficiulties listening to the screaming voice of alex jones.

I can imagine he speaks like that at home. Sounding like Fred flintstone.

He has done some great work, but it would be nice if he let his guest speak.

  231. Post AJ interview comments from max on maxkeiser.com????

  232. The Underfundedmentalist

    that was cool
    thanks S&M!

  233. The Underfundedmentalist

propaganda is not a free market, it too is on the dole

  234. The Underfundedmentalist

    you can run
    but you can’t hide!

  235. @Paul
    I would second that

    Re: Coke or Pepsi president

I’m serious! Check out this John Pilger documentary from the 70′s.
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZG3c3AScxUQ

  236. late comment: bummer that AJ misused “crimestop”

  237. Max is off the air, gold goes back up. Hmmm…I can’t believe that segment ended so quickly.

  238. where’s fucking bonn. snoots gonna tear me apart.

  239. There’s clearly a host protocol. When Max hosts, he is clearly in control, but it is also clear that Alex Jones is out of control. Stacy, why don’t you encourage Max to produce a simple video about boycotting Coke and how it makes sense insofar as Coke’s vulnerability. I can see that a five minute vid like that can go viral.

  240. The Underfundedmentalist

rt is the holding the torch of freedom?
    the world’s gone topsy turvey

  241. Is Obama a Coke or Pepsi president?

He is a pepsi president but he didnt swallow

  242. The Underfundedmentalist

    prison labor?
how else to compete with china,
to bad our govt.s don’t compete to attract citizens, the way they do courting multi-nationals

  243. Jones keeps interupting.

Max probably has a bottle of Wild Turkey beside him to keep calm! :D

  244. @Paul – I was thinking the same thing!

  245. @ danny – Don’t know, but Larry Summers is frequently spotted sucking back diet Cokes.

  246. Alex Jones gives a crazy litany of headlines and Max hits the ground running. Good stuff.

  247. Is Obama a Coke or Pepsi president?

  248. Max is patient.

  249. The Underfundedmentalist

    pitchfork vs taser
pretty much comes down to who lands the first blow

  250. Marc Authier

If you want advice about food companies, the japaneeses yakuzas are experts at it. Naturally they don’t do it for a cause. It’s quite profitable type of business in Japan. The extort big food manufacturers. You pay the mafia or your food ends up poisoned. Many billion dollars extracted each year. Coke is also vulnerable to the mob. That’s why in many countries Coke gives the franchise to a local dictator, like Somoza in Nicaragua.

  251. Bring on the body scanners,.!!!! : )

  252. The campaign should be like “PROVE YOUR POWER”. And the premise being as people we have it, now prove it. Boycott Coke feels like it can make a resurgence.

  253. I like Max’s point that beating Coke is trackable on the stock market. This will drive the passion of the masses.

    I hate naked body scanners.

And I can’t wait for the gold stroke. I wonder if Max is going to tout it.

  254. Back to the pitchforks then…

  255. The Underfundedmentalist

the airlines are already on the dole. like most big corps
they don’t need customers, they have the govt. to pay their bills,
they have outsourced bill collection to the govt.

  256. I’m waiting for Stacy to come in and correct me at any moment…hehhe

  257. @Paul – because the stock price of airlines trades at a much lower multiple to sales than coca cola; for every dollar of sales that coke makes, the price of coke trades at $5 . . . so if you withhold $1 in sales, you move $5 in stock price; whereas with airlines, I haven’t looked in awhile, but they are trading at less than $2 per $1 of sales

  258. The point Jones doesn’t understand is that Max thinks there doesn’t need to be a reason to boycott Coke besides that it is the most vulnerable to boycott as he purports. It’s like when you’re a kid, do you want to beat up the bully or do you want to punch the spaz? You punch the spaz and then everyone will think less of messing with you. Beat the geek Coke!

  259. beef with cocao cola mmmmmmmmm

  260. Max did the research, but I’m interested in finding out why the airlines are not susceptible to boycott.

  261. The Underfundedmentalist

‘Some have suggested that Poindexter’s record as a former Iran-Contra defendant convicted of five felony counts of lying to Congress disqualify him from his position. But the question isn’t whether Poindexter’s the right man for the job; it’s whether that job should exist in the first place’
The full idea was to create a private terror probability index,
where people could annoymously bet on the likelihood of the next terror attack, so if enough money is bet on a specific ‘event’
    it would become profitably predestined.

  262. OMG Jones…you talk wayyyyyyy too much. It’s a one inch punch…not a whole dossier. Give Max a chance!

  263. @Vertias

yeah, France sold off a load of their vaccine stocks. Saw a very interesting debate on France 24 today

    Jones, let your guest speak.

  264. The truth is being talked over. Thanks Jones.

  265. Any revolution begins with a clear opposition to the tyranny/status quo? Where is the opposition – besides on the blogosphere/internet?

  266. Did Alex Jones just discredit Bruce Lee’s one inch punch! What the F…

    Set him straight Max!

  267. BREAKING NEWS

    http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=16667

EU to investigate swine flu hysteria as being a WHO & big pharma scam.

  268. @gb

    hear hear!

  269. MONETIZE DISSENT

  270. @namarama

I was looking at bullionmark.com today. They’re based in australia but let you get bullion easy through credit/debit card. They’re sanctioned by the perth mint so they’re reliable. I already got some kookaburras from them. I use one of those 3v cards

  271. Hmmm…Keiser on Alex Jones show…Alex Jones plays Max Keiser clip where Max Keiser name drops Alex Jones. Total integration!

  272. @Stacy:

    Thanks for the clarification.

    @ Everyone:

Max Keiser coming of age before our eyes! Just give gold a stroke and we can all call it a day!

  273. The Underfundedmentalist

    @ dan
i’m no cato man but here’s part of the story
    http://www.cato.org/pub_display.php?pub_id=2959

  274. @ Danny

    howya kid,

Any more sujestions for buying metal here?

  275. AJ let Max finish a sentence!

Makes you realise what a great interviewer Max is…always lets his speaker speak

  276. One inch punch,…where can I buy one!

  277. I have places to go, and people to see, but I’d rather be here listening to Keiser/Jones.

  278. Don’t divide your forces!

  279. I love the concept of goulag-casino. It’s exactly that. During the Elstine regime there was 400 casinos just in Moscow ! I would suggest transforming all of Gordon Brownia in a huge huge casino and a lot of brothels like Las Vegas. Will they be installing whole body scanners at the City ? I am sure it will be giving ideas at Goldman Sachs.

  280. Max Keiser with a Bruce Lee reference! FIRE!

  281. not sure alex is a good listener

  282. Needless dilution!

  283. The Underfundedmentalist

yeah max stop interruptin the jones man!

  284. @Paul – Copenhagen was a fraud

  285. Alex, you don’t get it! Keiser is proposing a full on, full boar approach of boycotting Coke. Not some multifaceted, talk all over you solution Jones!

  286. @namarama

    Put the Beamish down!

  287. vote out all incumbents take out the politicians …
take out Coke … take out a corporation ..
    nice

  288. STOP DRINKING COKE! I agree.

  289. Uh oh…AJ mentioned Copenhagen as a fraud…Max is pro environment/global warming…will they have a difference of opinion?

  290. Good work Brownie !

  291. @ ronron

where are you kid, I hate drinking alone

  292. symptom’s based solutions vs going after the cause, also part of the manipulation

  293. The Underfundedmentalist

    Geez Max,
you sure do command a lot of commercial time,
there were only a couple breaks in the 45mins leading up to max. M&S you two are beoming a hot commodity! TTP

  294. @Danny – no it was policy analysis market

  295. LOL,….What a freakin’ scaremonger,…..hahaha,..

  296. Stacy, couldn’t you just forward questions to Max? And then he’ll be like, “Someone on MaxKeiser.com posed the question…how do we get out of the Casino Gulag?” Then Max can plug the purchase of gold bullion and then Alex, Midas Resources, and the like will uncork the champagne.

  297. @Stacy
My friends in Madison were only telling me about the snow there too. Not the way I remember the place. The norm there but here in Ireland its very rare.

RE: Poindextor: Was Max refering to Promis software there?

  298. unable to call but reminder, people minds are damaged cause the meds and food are shit and msm is all lies

  299. @Paul – uh, that actually looks like a blip up since he went on air . . . he’s only been on for 20 minutes

  300. We need Charlie Sheen to stop allegedly beating his wife.

  301. The Underfundedmentalist

    go max!
aj was almost speechless, for a millisecond

  302. Gold goes down as Keiser makes his live appearance…someone should track the relationship between Max Keiser’s live appearances and gold spot price.

  303. The Underfundedmentalist

    @ dan

i tried to put 250 bill on cheney’s head to get the ball rollin’

  307. @HOW DOES ONE GET OUT OF THE CASINO GULAG?
    die ?

  308. @Danny – no we don’t have a snowstorm :( I was just talking to someone in Connecticut about there storm, so I was feeling a bit envious; I miss waking up to two feet of snow . . . . just sometimes . . . once a year would be nice

  309. @Stacy

LOL! yeah, here too. Thanks Russia for the oil!

  310. The Underfundedmentalist

Is that willie nelson singing on the intro?

  311. Stating the obvious question but…

HOW DOES ONE GET OUT OF THE CASINO GULAG?

  312. @Danny – snowstorm

  313. If you want a debate; go take on global warming ;-p Anyways another fine presentation: Tell the people!

  314. ow ow ad break! quick say something…ehh…

  315. vote out all incumbents in the mid-term elections. Replace em with whomever you want. but vote out the incumbents. how does this become a meme. can voting out all incumbents tap into the mood of the people ? is it possible ?
