The fingerprints of the American Israeli Political Action Committee, called AIPAC, is all over the congress and elections.

AIPAC donates mega bucks to every politician that they can buy off. The politicians love them because they give so much $$$$.

AIPAC is openly flying Congressmen to Israel on junkets to the Holy Land. Then, these people are treated to Hollywood galas and hand shaking with their “Financial” sources.

Meanwhile, some of these people have dual citizenship or tri-lateral citizenship in multiple nations so they can flush money around to whereever they want.

It seems MAX is seeing the deflation coming in first, as well…

And judging from the deflationists I listened to this weekend (Financial Sense had a good debate on the subject which they compiled and broadcast on the 26th of December),
I’d have to say it is definitely the most compelling argument especially when compared to the Inflationist stance…
The Inflationists unanimously disregard the problem that CREDIT provides…
and that seems to be a key element in the whole mess…

Another surprise that came to me was that Marc Faber was talking about equilibrium in an economy as if it was a goal…
This is NOT what they supposedly teach in the Austrian School, so it makes me wonder if Faber is just another Neo-Classical economist…

Whats the point of lending to small business owners if they only sell to consumers who depending on the above policy either are drowned in debt or broke from high inflation.
Debt deflation and inflation are really the same thing but going up or down depends on monetary policy
Energy increases is economic growth and economic growth is energy increases
Even in a world of stable energy production the rising population means that our individual standard of living falls
There is 2 options for the west to maintain their standard of living
1. Invest far more capital in energy production and technological energy production (nuclear power)

2 eliminate the rest of the planets population

I prefer the first option but if nothing is done on the technological front the second option will become more and more possible

There is not much point in reducing the debt levels if the freed consumers continue to consume as before – this will rise consumer inflation
The remaining capital will have to be reinvested in long term projects that will at least keep consumption levels up in the long term , commercial banks are not suitable for this as they are pre programmed to lend to consumers who wish to consume more

We should all brainstorm for a name. Max Keiser should be on the board, perhaps with currency rating for listening to him.
