@Marc Authier, I have a less drastic proposal for Iceland. Why not use some of their excess geothermal energy, and land, to grow hemp hydroponically, and then convert it to biomass? Iceland could become a major exporter of diesel.
Bio-diesel will run in a standard diesel engine, whereas ethanol will not run in a standard gas engine. Bio-diesel is roughly 1/3 more efficient to produce than ethanol. Hemp is the most efficient source of biomass.

As a subscriber to the Wayne Madsen site, we had one individual who worked the same swift methods of personal attacks toward people posting in order to distrupt the site, to keep people off topic and to get people infighting. We finally determined that this person was paid to be on the site to do just that.
I don’t know if this is paid or unpaid, but I am seeing the same dynamic here on this site. When a certain poster enters a thread on this site you can be sure the name calling and disruption takes place. Which in turn, keeps people off mark, off the train of thought that they are offering here for discussion. Disscussion, not attacks and name calling. Honest arguments about ideas is not what I’m talking about here.
Let’s all now make an effort to not respond to these attacks as silly and outrageous they are. It’s rather like starving a tapeworm.

jono Grub Smith (yup real name) did a good doc a while back look at violence part was the armies psychological study after WW2 into front line soldiers. They found only 2% did most of the fighting with half of them where psycho/sociopaths.
