Barack Obama says that he is looking at the Republican idea of sending “undercover” fake patients into our emergency rooms, doctors offices and hospitals.
I do not have the time to fill out the their forms to be paid through THEIR program which socializes my life, undermines my personal value, denigrates my training, second-guesses my clinical judgment, and then criticizes our outcomes.
Being assumed to be breaking the law before any such allegation in 20 years of practice would seem to be the last priority.
Rather than concerning himself with attacking innocent doctors trying to deal with the financial wreckage created by the government’s H1N1 forced vaccination campaign, perhaps the public good would be better spent by sending undercover regulators in the FOMC meeting and actually record the conversation.
Having Larry Summers complain about healthcare when he’s crooking this nation and our citizenry for trillions in damage over the past 15 years.

Scotland had had referendum on independence before, but Parliament counted all the citizens who didn’t vote as “no” votes, if I recall correctly.
I don’t look for them to honor such a vote even if it has 100% turn out.
They’ll probably count everyone buried in the Glasgow Necropolis as a no vote.

@Fibon11235 – I agree that people should be free to say whatever they want about any rubbish currency; but maybe the DOJ is looking for evidence in particular relating to any collusion that could have happened with Goldman (who was in a privileged position to know that Greece was hiding debt), John Paulson (who is alleged to have traveled to Athens with Goldman) and then what Paulson may have told these guys over dinner. Regardless of what public opinion may be, if there is no evidence of collusion then I very much doubt these guys will be arrested, imprisoned, fined or anything else.

Yes, obviously the headline overblows the situation. The fact remains that a crime, some would argue an atrocity, has been committed here. People in America have been arrested for the nature of conversations and internet postings involving no actual crime at all, but suddenly since it’s *ohnoes* George Soros it suddenly has a chilling effect on the world at large. At least they are following an actual lead for once instead of just fishing for crime.
DOJ has a responsibility to ask the nature of the conversation if they have evidence that a links that conversation to possible criminal actions by the parties involved, and the parties involved, in America, have the right to not answer those questions.
