    Hello I just know politics

  19. @ Max,

“The relationship between the world’s biggest debtor and the world’s biggest creditor, the world’s biggest consumer and the world’s cheapest labour is the key relationship…it gives rise to the blob…pushing the poor people down and the rich people up…a political economic blob…anyone interested in social justice will have to drain the blob.”

    Yes. :D

Or, the one economic fact underlying all others in the global economy is the purchasing power of Chinese industrial labour. [The corollary being the distribution and consumption of the wealth that labour creates.] The only way to drain ‘the blob’ is to pay Chinese workers a reasonable wage for their labour, everything else flows from that.

    @ Stacy,

Yes, London is the oligarch’s off-shore money laundering centre. That’s why the Russians are so sore at the British, it’s for laundering the wealth looted from when the Russian state was asset-stripped under western bankers advice in the 1990s.

  20. Great show!

    Great show as always M&S.

You should seriously try to get Vince Cable on the show – you are totally kindred spirits. He recently (and somewhat mind-jarringly) referred to the London banking sociopaths as ‘pin-striped Scargills’ (after Arthur Scargill who lead the disastrous miner’s strike of the 80′s).

As you quite rightly state Max, Vince is the only one with the intellect (and possibly the balls) to take on the banks. I would pay money to listen to that interview!

Bonn – as my Aussie friends used to say, you are mad as a cut snake. Marvellous! :-)

  32. @Stacy. Bonn just got up for a piss. it’s morning there.

  33. Yep, Goodfellas – Ray Liotta

In the opening scene, the protagonist Henry Hill (Ray Liotta) admits, “As far back as I can remember, I ALWAYS WANTED TO BE A GANGSTER,” referring to his idolizing the Lucchese crime family gangsters in his blue-collar, predominantly Italian-American neighborhood in East New York, Brooklyn in 1955. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goodfellas

one of the best episodes ever

i would agree that Ms Jonsdottir is certainly ‘perky’

  38. You two should start recording these shows from your bathroom, Max can sit on the toilet and Stacy can pull up a pew. Max Keiser “On the SH*TTER”…The acoustics would give the subject matter some AMBIANCE. Kinda like writing your local member using toilet paper. Just an idea.

  39. @R. Cain

    What’s with these “P” words?

    Perky, Peechy, Poche, Purdey

Joanna Lumley (Purdey in the Avengers) says she talks Poche (If I’ve spelled it rightly?) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jm3tlSEVfk

Purdey hairdress became world famous. Joanna is always so charming and her self, just as Stacy btw.

  42. There is a positive irony in the Comex and London markets being paper now that all shorts are being called…Even if they are fiat they still form an unwanted competitor of fiat currency’s..The only way to get rid of its effect is to ban commodity futures trading for non consumers. This would bring the futures markets in line in a way no banker wants (or could survive)..

  43. Plus the sound of a toilet flushing would make a great “BZZZZT..THANKS FOR PLAYING ANYWAY” type thingy to news you don’t like or disapprove of.lol

    @ Max and Stacey,

I know you were pushing the deflation view. ( I don’t agree with it, but I found some evidence to support you….. kind of)

I bought a carton of eggs marked large. The price of large eggs has not gone up…..therefore no inflation.

However, when I opened them up, they are the size of small eggs. (They’ve been deflated!!!!)

When you look in the Supermarket, you will notice there are no small or medium eggs. They are now labelled Large, extra-large, and Jumbo. (side bar: kind of like condoms! nobody wants to reach for the small)

But anyway, at least you can argue the price of eggs has NOT increased; you just get smaller eggs.

  53. Alan Greenspan, a trojan horse?

The Daily Bell — Greenspan In Elite Plot?
    http://www.thedailybell.com/951/Greenspan-In-Elite-Plot.html
‘There’s a good deal of information on the Internet, and some of it is sincere and credible and some is in a sense “planted” to discredit those who would make use of it. — Greenspan’s denials are disappointing in the sense that they further muddy the waters. In a better world, Greenspan might have used the “bully pulpit” of these hearings to explain what’s really going and how the current mercantilist central banking system really works. (Why would he, one asks, when he has gained so much from it?) One hears that Greenspan was never a fan of the regime he supervised. In fact, there has always been undercurrent of speculation that Greenspan in a sense pursued the policies he did not just for professional gain but to actually destabilize the regime he evidently disapproved of as a young man. (It is the amount of damage he did that makes people suspect he had an agenda.)’

Comment: Patrick Wood: “If you understand Objectivism, Greenspan’s career is not clouded at all…”

Strike-The-Root: A Journal Of Liberty — The Greenspan Enigma
    http://strike-the-root.com/72/davies/davies3.html
‘A careful re-read of his essay on gold reveals a weakness I’d not previously seen. It builds to a magnificent climax: “This is the shabby secret of the welfare statists’ tirades against gold. Deficit spending is simply a scheme for the confiscation of wealth. Gold stands in the way of this insidious process. It stands as a protector of property rights. If one grasps this, one has no difficulty in understanding the statists’ antagonism toward the gold standard.” But throughout the essay, Greenspan refers to a “gold standard” and never once to “unfettered, free-market gold” in either those words or any equivalent. The difference is huge. This is the difference between slavery and freedom. A “gold standard” presupposes a State… — Greenspan has been a true Randian, all his adult life, never quite abandoning a belief in the myth of government. Far from betraying Rand, Greenspan more fully than anyone has implemented Rand ‘s ideas in reality. That is his fundamental weakness, and hers.’

The Road to Roota Letters by Bix Weir — Greenspans Golden Secret!
    http://www.roadtoroota.com/public/101.cfm
‘Greenspan spent his early years as an economist trumpeting the virtues of sound money and of a gold standard. Midway through his career, though, Greenspan abruptly pulls a 180 deg. philosophical change of conviction to embrace the fiat money, welfare system that he so vehemently despised in earlier writings. Not only did he embrace fiat money, but he used and abused it to a degree which steered us down the path of irreversible self destruction. What came over him? How does such an intelligent and seemingly honest human being become so corrupt as to use and abuse the monetary system of the entire world further enriching the wealthy and abusing the poor? Could he have done it all on purpose? I contend in this article that Alan Greenspan learned how the banking cartel stole the global monetary system from the people. This knowledge has been his lifelong obsession and he has finally devised a way back to the Gold Standard by orchestrating the pending destruction of the fiat money system.’

  54. Sorry, that second ‘Enigma’ link supports the objectivist/mercantilist rationale for Greenspan’s actions as per Patrick Wood’s comment on the Daily Bell article NOT the trojan horse theory.

  55. @MA—10k protest on Wall St

Nice! Will have to attend. Should be quite a spectacle in the Nutty Big Apple. There is intensive police protection normally on Wall St, (been there, kicked the damn bull in the arse) can only imagine, the turnout may be surprisingly larger.

  66. Marc Authier

    @Mother Earthà

Quite nice. I would be there if I was from there. But I doubt it will have an impact. Democracy doesn’t exist in the USA. The place is runned by fascists. A meteorite smack on the COMEX or the NYSE would do a better job. Anyways next month from now Greeks will be showing the way by burning banks, and most probably burning banksters. The Greeks will be showing the way.

They have decided exterminating the middle class in the USA. They have decided killing democracy. Always thought that this statement was a little bit dramatic and exaggerated coming from some libertarians and lefties. But it’s what is going on in the West. They really have decided to rape, plunder and murder everything that made our countries real rich with the benidiction and whole collaboratin of everyone in Washington.

You can bet than the media will give it a zero media coverage. Dirty fuckin nazi media. Even at 1,000,000 marchers and protesters the Nazi New-York TImes and all these fascists New World Order journalist won’t mention one word about the protestation. And if they cover it they will say that are racist or anti-jew or a stupid accusation of that type.

  67. Marc Authier

    @Mother Earth

10,000 is peanuts. It’s 2,000,000 Americans that would be required. Americans are slaves and slobs. They infected the rest of the world with their slavery and slob brainless cancerous culture. American slob culture. Slob mob and sobb. 10,000 people will change something ? Nice. But we need something much much stronger. I don’t see it coming in this brain dead country. Bank runs, and hiring bounty hunter to make citizens arrests against people at Goldman Sachs, would have a bigger impact than this.

  75. Conventional theories presume the lands where Angkor stands were chosen as a settlement site because of their strategic military position and agricultural potential. Alternative scholars, however, believe the geographical location of the Angkor complex and the arrangement of its temples was based on a planet-spanning sacred geography from archaic times. Using computer simulations it has been shown that the ground plan of the Angkor complex – the terrestrial placement of its principal temples – mirrors the stars in the constellation of Draco at the time of spring equinox in 10,500 BC. While the date of this astronomical alignment is far earlier than any known construction at Angkor, it appears that its purpose was to architecturally mirror the heavens in order to assist in the harmonization of the earth and the stars
    http://www.sacredsites.com/asia/cambodia/angkor_wat.html

Sorry tis one points towards Draco
Tis very interesting topic “astronomical alignment ” its used as dating tool
But Ankor wat was supposidly built in 1220 AD
But why is allighned to 12,000 odd ears earlier
and I saw tis on Discovery channel

  76. Max & Stacy, your the HERO’S, best don yer loincloth and slip into yer sandals, and get Kracken (bad pun I know, couldn’t resist it).
Not sure of the relevance, but why does the EU allow the UK to devalue its pound, afterall surely the EU is a common market, by the UK devaluing the pound it gains an unfair advantage on Euro using members of the EU.
Blobanomics, makes sense I can see that, and Gordon Brown wearing shoes on the beach.

  77. Marc Authier

    @jon

Here’s the “system” A certain set or rules apply for ordinaty folks. Let’s call them “Sink or swin” rules. That’s for you an me as an ordinaty investor and worker. And then there are the “Too big to fail” rules. Or if you prefer “Too big to jail or put in prison for 200 years.” rules. Voilà. It’s quite easy to understand when you put it that way. It’s like the money thing. Goldman Sachs has inifinite access to money, the right to front run, to naked short, to bet against it customers (fiduciary duties who cares a fuck !) and sell fraudulent products. Doind what these sun od bitches nazis from New-York did I would be in prison for 50,000 years. So would you. They instead, get the ear of the Washington White House elected manure.

Two sets of rules. THERE IS NO RULE OF LAW IN US Jon. It’s a fuckin corporatist fascist banana republic.

  78. The most appropriate mythological parallel is the Nephelim – a race of giants who uled the earth.

  79. Max, in your observation during this show you mentioned that the W.W.1 was a: ..”false war”… I am old and remember British ex-servicemen telling me that:…”the Great War was a Banker`s War”.. Do you have anything to add?
