I did originate these phrases as part of research for a client, but they seem never to have caught on.
Frankly, the totally spineless “Russia Today” and IRIB TV should use them by default in English. In Arabic and Persian — where this kind of alliteration is commonplace — these phrases are a bit plain.
However, the use of these phases should always be based on broadcasting the truth — and frankly this kind of wording is needed to counter the vast oceans of US black propaganda.
Your “Casino Gulag Economy” — although amusing — is still prissy and wussy in its effect. It shames me to even type in such a sissy phrase.

Intriguing piece by Ellen Brown!
The big issue for me is that it highlights the contorted use of the term “liquidity” by those in the industry. I’m in the middle of Peter Warburton’s “Debt and Delusion” (written in 1999 this guy should also be added to the list of those who saw the crash coming!).
Warburton clearly states that the term “liquidity” is intended to mean the ability of an asset to be converted from one form to another (i.e. cash to gold, selling your house or stocks).
Nowadays, the term has morphed to mean “fluidity”, the speed or ease with which transactions / trades can happen.
Therefore the London gold ETF would qualify as highly “fliud” but if everyone actually tried to convert their paper claim in to real gold, it would fail. Recall earlier point made by that Christian chap (I think) that settlement could always be realised in cash terms – THIS IS THEREFORE NOT A LIQUID MARKET if you can’t convert the asset.

For global broadcasting purposes, I still find this phrasing too weak.
If you are going to use these phrases over and over you have to totally erase in the listener’s mind any totally amoral or corrupt idea the listener might have about the US being good in any way. This sounds simple, but broadcasters fret over this stuff for years.
You have to use experimental iterative processes :

At least this leaves in the mind of the US listener the idea that they could be killed and turned into sausage for profit. Using 75% of the population as meat feedstock to make into sausages to sell on the world market to pay off debt is the most patriotic of American ideals. In this way, the phrase is totally acceptable to 100% of the US populous.

IMHO Max has the gift of the memorable phrase that make people think. He is a master at getting people to pay attention (not too proud to be goofy for the cause). Peter Schiff was on CNBC for years trying to get people to wake up to the sub prime crisis and they just laughed at him. You Tube is full of those clips. Max knows people are going to laugh, and gives them something to laugh about so that as the laughter dies down, they open up inside and realize OMG he’s right. Your terms while descriptive have been used for years in many combinations in many languages and I think financial people (especially in Europe) will just say that is leftist propaganda and ignore it. I think he’s getting attention with new phrases to say here’s something new (while we know it has been going on) so people will wake up because this Rape & Pillage v. 2010 is going to be so thorough as to finish off any illusion of national sovereignty that a nation has left. Also he is talking to many people for whom English is not their first language and I think in the process of deciphering his terms they have to wake up to some extent.
