In the near future the will hire people cheap just to do the “movements” with computer patches on to register thos movements in the computer cause the subtility in movements is still a difficult thing to copy in an algorithm.
Later on they can put on any layer of any actor even the deceased ones.
One step further is that they have all kinda subtle movement characteristics in the comp from (oL) actors as well.

IMF only promised a new reserve asset: like but not like the sdr. Question will be what index will be used as account unit and what will be the constituents of the basket. Stiglitz and Zhou indicated GDP will be included (Stiglitz wishing to redefine gdp).
The tie between the sdr and the currencies not being the dollar in future would predicate the need for a new means to determine exchange rates. Hence the term multilateral exchange rate system.

one of the more interesting aspects, as the article points out, is the advent of politician as celebrity vs celebrity as politician. palin and obama both were “celebrities in progress” during the election season. obama even took time from his “hectic campaign” to wow the german people. the germans evidently, have always been suckers for oratory.

It’s called “MOCAP” for motion capture.
Game companies use it all the time to capture flesh movement into a wire frame map.
If you have the voice of the actor then the rest is just time and money.
