Equity volitility is a result of Basel regulations according to this man:
Dr Hugo Bänziger is chief risk officer at Deutsche Bank and a member of its management board and executive committee
“In aggregate, the proposed measures will increase market volatility during a crisis with a significant impact on the fair value of assets. Shocks that had previously affected banks to different degrees will in future prompt every bank to raise equity and term debt at the same time, or massively cut their balance sheets. With such perfect synchronicity and no room for banks to exercise judgment, it is well imaginable that the next financial crisis would be even more severe than that of the past few years…
New robust regulation is essential for financial stability, but we must ensure we have addressed past issues. Credit ratings could be made less volatile by using stress values or a five-year time horizon; term-financing requirements should be decoupled from credit ratings; liquidity buffers should be accessible when needed; and formation of alternative capital instruments should be encouraged by sensible standards.”
“The hubris associated with the trading crowd is peaking, and heading for a fall that could be a terrific surprise. It seems to be reaching a peak, trading now in a kind of triumphant euphoria after the European capitulation and the recent equity market volatility.”

The other day, someone gave me supposedly inside information. By 9PM GMT, I expect to find out if he was fibbing or what. Don’t want to go into the gory details but it’s about the big banks putting yet another stranglehold on the gold market. Maybe Mike/Liverpool will get his wish after all
It’s convenient that the Dow burp happened while DC’s talking about ‘reforming’ the financial industry. You don’t suppose that the people whose lobbyists wrote the bill had anything to do with what happened last Thursday?
@in2dwww – yes, it’s a controlled demolition; so it isn’t just one currency or one economy, but all and so they are taking turns deflating and they are relying on highly emotional nationalism and patriotism to provide the losers that will make them the winners from the collapse; trillions of new debt has been added in the past 7 days alone, if you care about your own future, I wouldn’t stay emotionally attached to any one artificial metric (whether it is a currency or a share price) constructed by any of the parties involved; imo
But if this is soooooo planned, I still get the impression the Fed and their banksters are fully in control of the coming currency crisis. Then they MUST have a plan for the gold and silver in the aftermath of whatever financial apocalypse we may see
We NEED a crash – AND IT’S COMING! But if it’s a controlled demolition, there will be maintenance in the overvalued and inflated prices – which will be unfortunate.
Kali Yuga
Kali Yuga (Devanāgarī: कलियुग [kəli juɡə], lit. “age of (the male demon) Kali”, or “age of vice”) is the last of the four stages that the world goes through as part of the cycle of yugas described in the Indian scriptures. The other ages are Satya Yuga, Treta Yuga and Dvapara Yuga. According to the Surya Siddhanta, an astronomical treatise that forms the basis of all Hindu and Buddhist calendars, Kali Yuga began at midnight (00:00) on 18 February 3102 BCE [1] in the proleptic Julian calendar, or 23 January 3102 BC in the proleptic Gregorian calendar. This date is also considered by many Hindus to be the day that Krishna died after being mortally wounded by an arrow. Most interpreters of Hindu scriptures believe that earth is currently in Kali Yuga. Some, such as Swami Sri Yukteswar,[2] David Frawley,[3] and Paramhansa Yogananda[4] believe that it is now near the beginning of Dvapara Yuga. The Kali Yuga is traditionally thought to last 432,000 years. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kali_Yuga

So how do you get away with fraud in Canada? Make the fraud so big that cops choose not to investigate it because they can not commit the resources to the investigation.
Kids in school need to be re-educated. They need to be told that crime does pay when the crime is too big to investigate.
STORY:
RCMP and the Calgary police have told the Bank of Montreal they won’t investigate what could be the biggest mortgage fraud in Canadian history, CBC News has learned.
Both police forces stated last week they were reviewing the voluminous case — more than 35,000 documents — assembled by the bank’s investigators to see if a criminal investigation was warranted.
But sources have told the CBC that top investigators from both forces recently met with the bank and told it they were not interested in pursuing a criminal investigation.
In an email Sunday, the bank’s Calgary lawyer, Munaf Mohamed, declined comment.
The lack of police response does not surprise former RCMP officer Chris Mathers, who said police forces simply can’t tackle alleged frauds of this magnitude.

@Stacy, I really do hope you are right
When Max sold the rights to his market program I hope he wasn’t frugal with the use of zero’s
Mongo – I will allow Robert Burns to answer that question:
The best laid schemes of mice and men
Go often askew,
And leave us nothing but grief and pain,
For promised joy!
@Stacy, do you think they will contain this controlled demolition or will it spin out of control?
But if it’s a controlled demolition, there will be maintenance in the overvalued and inflated prices – which will be unfortunate.
oops wrong icon – me bad X 2
