Pentagon in Race for Raw Materials & French Nuclear Industry in Meltdown – Hello Iran?!

Stacy Summary: Speaking of the two empires (one faux, one real); the Pentagon and France are the biggest sabre rattlers for invading Iran.  Conveniently, invading Iran would solve both of their problems; though I am sure that is a TOTAL coincidence  . . .

  1. Pentagon…. Kyrgyzstan… REEs…

  2. Does anyone know a good exchange for people buying and selling gold?

Ebay is not the way to sell 6% on every coin :/ ouch

    @Stacy:
I thought the Pentagon worked for Shell and not Total?!

An attack on Iran would be a total disaster for the whole world, we in the West must stop it. Iran fought Iraq for 8 years and lost a million people and didn’t lose 1 inch of land. Gerald Celente think an attack on Iran could start WWIII and I agree.

Do the French people know France is looking for a war? I bet if they did they would rise up in a big way. Charles De Gaulle would never support a war like this. If the Pentagon was for something he was against it. De Gaulle was the most important Frenchmen of the 20th century.

  6. @Brandon – the French won’t care as long as the Americans do most of the fighting; AND they see some old-fashioned, colonial style spoils of war headed back their way asap

If this is proven then the whole nuclear industry will be changed

If Germans knew that the ECB would back QE there would be revolt there too. Nobody knows the dangers of QE like they do. They know the dangers of massive inflation. The ECB with this so called bailout is now just like the FED and BOE. Luckly my Great Grandmother left Deutschland for the US in the 1890′s. She was born in Berlin in 1875. She was saved from the nightmare of Weimar, the Nazis and the GDR in her golden years. She passed in 1955 6 years before the wall went up.

so, the french are still imperialists at heart?

    Stacy,
I thought it was in the French DNA to oppose everything Anglo-Saxon. I kinda respected them for that even as an Anglo.

How old is their nuclear industry and how do they deal with the waste issue?

Liberalisation of natural utilities do not work period

The Irish electricity company – ESB was thee most successful state backed body in Ireland.
We had the lowest electricity prices in western Europe – now we have the highest.
The State policey over the last decade was to increase yes INCREASE prices to make it more attractive for private investors – MADNESS.

Private operators build nothing but gas fired plants which have the cheapest capital costs but typically have the highest running costs all of which get passed on to the consumer so therefore guaranteeing risk free profit until of course you have civilizational collapse.
The diversified strategic power plant mix that was the hallmark of the ESB is being transformed into a doomed monoculture of Gas fired power plants that will now perhaps remain idle as the massive policey mistakes will turn the populace into small holding peasants.
To make matters worse the former state gas company is competing with the now wounded ESB.
The fact that labour costs are typically only 10% of total costs in running these companies seems to be totally lost on policey makers – the competition only results in duplication of tasks and no real effeciencey.

A lovely oxymoron: clean nuclear power. On the positive side though, in the US they’re sending all the nuclear waste to Texas.. thanks to Rick Perry. remember him? He said Texas was going to secede from the union? Ha ha ha. You bet. It’ll bloody have to when it’s all aglow from afar! However that’ll sure keep the Mexicans out. A panhandle shape nuclear Berlin wall.

  14. @Dan

Hold onto it until it becomes legal tender.
    Then buy a yaght :)

Or wait until your Govt confiscates it and gives you the new currency in return :)

  15. Sorry,
Dunno where that G came from.

  16. Marc Authier

Sorry. I really do not see a relation between french nuclear industy imploding and killing 6 million Iranian. Both USA and France desserve to perish. That’s what I think about USA and Sarkozy’s France. What’s this obsession with the Irianians. You can’t stick ONE pseudo-terrorist attack by Al-CIA and fuckin Al-Mossad the last 30 years ! France can rot in hell as United Satan of America. I’m sick and tired of these war fascists war mongers.

  17. Marc Authier

Iranians are rigth about the USA. It’s really the Great Satan, specially in the Middle East.

  18. Pentagon in race for raw materials to stockpile. So… the manipulation of the markets for such materials could become classified? They’d better start stockpiling silver to cover JP Morgans’ butt.

The U.S. military goes fully corporate. Its strategy: to vertically integrate, and maximize its market share of earth’s resources…and why not, manipulate commodities’ prices.
The military industrial complex is growing legs and arms. The next step will be to have a head of its own, most likely by lobbying autonomy from the government. Then the U.S. will have several invisible governments: one with all the guns, the other one with all the money (resources). Finally, these two merge, bullying the so called “people’s elected government” into furthering its agenda.
Wait! What? This has already happened! How didn’t I notice it… I must have been asleep, anesthetized by mainstream media…
