    A great, classic tune.

    For those who like their House-music a little downtempo but edgy (sorry, it’s the bedroom DJ in me coming out) there is an interesting re-sample of the track that Stacy’s offered for us today.     I listen to your radio show last night. You explain short selling …

    But where is dividend. Why people buy shares? Cause they expect rise in price? I thought it is because of dividend!

    Make an analogy: 100 units renting building is a company, and rent is dividend.

    Why P.Schiff always when recomending shares is saying “DIVIDEND PAYING COMPANIES”. He said if shares goes down who cares, you still collect dividend. If shares goes down, and company is paying good dividend that means speculators were wrong and market will corect them, and they will lose money. Dividend is what decide prices not speculators.
    But when there is no dividend (dividend=0) everything is possible.

    Gl with that, watch what your doing when posting your bond, do it wrong and they will nail you. Understand that what your up against is fundamentaly a power. They own the laws and change it to suit themselves, basically their lawless. So if your going to accept taxes for value and simply sign for it expect them to put up a fight.

    Fwiw I think you damage yourself by not answering the Homeland Security request. They can now say you where asked for input, but refused. Not that you need to help them protect themselves as you state they would, conveying that sentiment in person would have been enough imho. It could be done by phone (or do they have something to hide?). You could have learned from their questions whther they where clueless or somewhat clued in. Imho it is slightly weak sauce to yell you can control things from outside the castle..Then again the spanish ruler of the netherlands Alpha did behead two leaders of the tax revolt right after first having had a pleasant dinner with them, listening to their grievances..

    Yeha that is what it used to be. My grandfather was a broker in Amsterdam and he always told that shares was about dividend. And when the market went grazy they just stopped the traid that day.

    So it was all about faith in the company that it makes a profit and the profit is devidied betwee the shareholders and investments.
