Very good show. I’m still thinking under the premise that the world economy is being looted because of the arrival of peak oil. David mentioned “resource” depletion and the inability for the planet to support this many people.

This is what I believe is in the National Energy Policy Development Group classified report, which was under the supreme control of Dick Cheney. A sinister and complex plan was made to control the last sources of hydrocarbon energy on the planet under the guise of a ‘War on Terror”.

BLAH BLAH BLAH. I GOT A BOOK TO SELL.
They same old story “THEM” “THEY” “THE BANKING CARTEL” “THE ELITE”. Dear MAX when is one of your guests or you going to name names? Who ARE this fraction of the population who are robbing us?
NAME THE FRIGGING NAMES or shut the hell up.

Bank of America has halted foreclosures in the United States.
This announcement is particularly interesting in the context of Max Keiser’s interview with Jim Willie from a few weeks ago.
My initial response to Jim Willie was incredulous.
After seeing BoA halt foreclosures nationally, it is clear that Jim is correct.
His story was hard to believe.
But, the story must be correct.
    BoA is a goner.
If the bank halts foreclosures nationally, there is no reason to pay at BoA loan on any home that is underwater.

If there is an American homeowner with
    (a) a BoA loan as primary or HELOC and
    (b) the home has no equity and
    (c) the individual has a Debt-to-Income ratio of more than 60%;

it appears that the person should halt payment to Bank of America until and unless the title documents are reviewed by attorneys.

Wells Fargo, Citi, and JP Morgan Chase may be next.

@George – The laws of the US protect the rich criminal. The only parties that can name names with immunity is the US Department of Justice or the States Attorney General.

what is this guy talking about,’depletion of resources’. The overconsumption that goes on in the usa alone 50%of it goes to waste is sufficient to feed the whole african continent.. the recent economic problems we are facing today are the result of the banking cartel

Please read Paul Craig Roberts “America’s Third World Economy” at counterpuch.org/roberts10082010.html then connect the dots. Please comment.

Great interview Max! This is what we need to see more of. DeGraw is a true modern American Revolutionary.

@George Go to http://www.ampedstatus.com and read DeGraw’s work. He always names names. In fact, he lays out the entire banking / elite power structure better than anyone I have read. From the Federal Reserve system to the Business Roundtable, IMF, World Bank, their puppet politicians and the policy think tank organizations involved.

  8. In the end, we are all damned

Here is what we have to understand vs D.DeGraw’s points:

CHINA HAS ALL THE INCENTIVE IN THE WORLD TO CONTINUE ACTING AGGRESSIVELY.

    * The Chinese still need (or would like very much) to move their population out of rural areas that are not sustaining their massive population.
    * The Chinese are hyper-competitive and want to win this game or dominate themes that were once dictated by the Western governments, regarding political policy going forward.

There is no good solution for the world’s developed economies.

In first clip, at 12:21, Judge talks about Federal Reserve, this guy is going daily on the Fox Business Network and flies first class on private jets, side by side, with Glenn Beck, and often guest hosts for Beck when Beck’s indisposed..

    Abandon SHIP!!!
    Buy Gold.
    Move to France.
Aaa…hold on is that realy what I need to do?
I am going to have to stew on that.

  12. Yossarian

    @jimmy, where’s your troosers?’

Are the NWO able to monopolise ‘Rewnewables’? Here in the North of Scotland the Wind blows high and the blows low but we have neither the infrastructure nor the funds. If the banksters are stealing my wind I will be really upset.

What’s the odds on WW3/Revolution in the US?

  13. evolutis

@Max for me the “transfer of info” is important … Both you and David knocked this out of the park. reminds of 3 words I once read somewhere

‘”CRISPNESS, CRISPNESS, CRISPNESS” KIND OF HARD TO SAY

so now that we are overwhelmed … I guess we could all sing “imagine” and think of the words there meaning, and John.

Same B.day as my lovely wife

  14. Mademoiselle Maupin

So since Max and Stacy bought gold bullion that means they will be the feudal Lords in the city of Paris…right? I will volunteer to be your indentured servant! I know you two will be compassionate Lords. Pick me, me, me!!! : )

  15. Jason

Max, what makes you think that moving to Europe will make any difference to your safety? Maybe China or Antarctica.might be a better bet. If I were able I would move to New Zealand.

  16. Mademoiselle Maupin

New Zealand is nice but I don’t think anywhere is safe, really. So back to plan B…when Max and Stacy are Lords I will try to attract Max’s glass blowing nephew. If get lucky with Max’s nephew, I will marry into the family, learn all there is to learn about economics, help Max and Stacy start a revolution and live happiliy ever after.

Commenting on resource depletion you said:
“This is what I believe is in the National Energy Policy Development Group classified report, which was under the supreme control of Dick Cheney. A sinister and complex plan was made to control the last sources of hydrocarbon energy on the planet under the guise of a ‘War on Terror”.

Shouldn’t that read LEE RAYMOND instead of CHENY you think?
Ex president of ExxonMobil and former chair of the National Petroleum Council He still is No. ONE to “advice” the US Secretary of Energy as a member of the Federal Advisory Committee which is privately funded.
Compare their last report (July 18, 2007) “FACING THE HARD TRUTHS ABOUT ENERGY” (!!!) ON

Halliburton like Schlumberger, Bechtel and Enron was just a feeder for ExxonMobil, so it is obvious that Lee Raymond put Cheney (and Bush) in place.

How does that sound for best practice theory, Geek Boy?

Peak oil is the CONSEQUENCE of CHEAP OIL because the last restricts meaningful innovation, although new technology’s “fraccing” has proved US domestic natural gas reserves for another 100 years…
ONLY the distribution infrastructure where America helped Europe with in 1963 (Esso Four plan) does not really exist and ExxonMobil continues to market light sweet crude first until it is totally depleted.
After that Exxon might just disappear…

The American dream was build on dirty cheap oil’s energy fundamentals.
Now the totally spoiled and addicted idiots throw away 50% of their gen food.
So NOT the Banking Kartel or Big Oil Government is Guilty, but racists and nazies that still VOTE: Elites against Elites are SEC-Fed by the masses.

@Stacy. i,m putting the band back together. snoot is playing bass. we gotta get back to our roots. we’ll snatch Snoot with a helicopter. that fucking WL.

  22. George Sign

So there we have it. Everybody and their uncle has the names of the “elite” and they are all different. In other words they are all “pissing in the wind”. It’s all talk. Blah Blah Blah.
Every excuse under the Sun but no REAL list of definitive names.

I heared some good stories about the North Pole, easing food freezing and basicaly gamblin and sacki’n during most of the year. Romantic long winters. No nights at summer, very efficient daylight screwing around.

    Think about it.

    @Max c.5:00-5:25 part 3

“By staying in the United Sates you are putting your life in your hands at this point.”

O brother, my too clever by a half brother, and where’s yours, in a vault or on a piece of paper? Puhleaze.

You think you’ve saved yourself by pulling stakes and running away, and you justify it by comparing your flight to relative safety to the plight of antebellum Germanic Jews?

As if we could all just up and leave. When’s the last time you had to work for a paycheck that still wouldn’t cover the cost of going to work, never mind having a life?

I’ll give you this: at least you’re working off that karma from the eighties, old man, when you were partying on Wall Street. It’s one of your great saving graces.

Speaking of saving graces, it was very graceful, I thought, of DeGraw, not to say something like what I’m saying.

Please, my much admired elder brother, spare us your sanctimonious “buy bullion and turn your backs on the graves of your ancestors” crapola, will ya? Some of us are trying to make the best of what we got on hand over here, and cashiering our happy asses all the way to France just ain’t an option, not even for all the gold in your wildest dreams.

Otherwise, keep up the unparalleled myth-busting, it’s what you do best when you’re not talking your goldbug book.

  26. knowbuddhau

I love this word “Financial Terrorist”

Did you know the “Coin Act” calls for the DEATH penalty to those who have done this Financial Terrorism to America.

Sad most of them Are Americans

This video with David Degraw was very valuable. I can’t help but contrast what I hear on sites like this one with the propaganda one watches/listens to on the corporate-owned MSM. THAT’s part of the problem! With an honest media, an objective media, these banking criminals would’nt get away with what they are doing. As to cutting social services as mentioned in this video: one must remember that the ruling classes are sociopaths; they will keep trying to destroy the lower classes until they are FORCED to stop. The ruling classes have NO concern for their (perceived) lessers. Note: I am not in any way, shape or form advocating violence, but change must occur–or things will just get worse.

  29. Guðmundur Ásgeirsson

The situation David DeGraw is describing is exactly the same we are dealing with here in Iceland: Should I stay (and fight the bankers) or should I go (and search for a new and better life somewhere else)? The thing is, this crisis is global and it’s hard to tell where you might have a better chance of a decent future than where you’re at right now.

A group of us has decided that instead of seeking a better future elsewhere, we will do our best to try and create it right here. For that purpose we have launched the Icelandic Financial Reform Initiative (http://www.ifri.is) which I encourage you to check out (now with video from our press conference last week). Many of our proposals are applicable anywhere you have a corrupt fiat monetary system, hence the interchangeability of the letter “I” in “IFRI” for “International” instead of “Icelandic”. Since corruption and neo-feudalism have now gone global, why not take this reform initative global as well?
