BTW, the reason why I did not visit your site regularly lately is due to me having to cleanup a mess I caused a year and a half ago. That’s what happens when you are sloppy (I rarely am, honestly), busy and over confident in your abilities. How about govt and the banksters stops inflating away mfg jobs for a start.

The Citizen’s United decision ensured there will be no threat of alternative parties with our present MSM and Corporate money backed system. To separate the MSM from Corporate money is unnecessary–MSM is ran by Corporate interests…They do not even hide it. usury is a way to expand the gap between rich and poor, by buying real things with the interest even when the system collapses. How screwed will the taxpayers rights be after the crash of the next inflationary boom. Absolutely draconian laws, taxes and property and dollar pinching coming your way and for the rest of the westernised world which has barely made a move towards some degree of sustainability to counter debt shocks. In fact, moved completely in the direction where debt shocks will hurt more.
my plan, accumulate silver and gold when I can afford it until 2017 and then look at rental real estate. The McMansions will be old news by then but I can’t see much of a building boom replacing them in the mean time, just price deflation versus inflation of commodity prices as the western world becomes a lot poorer and the govt ponzi schemes unravel. It fits in fairly nicely with Jim Rogers view of 20 year cycles for commodities like gold too.
