Following earlier reports that as many as seven Occupy Wall Street protesters had been arrested, Anonymous has issued a series of statements alleging police have increased their presence arresting members of the media team recording the event.

The reports came from Anonymous’ AnonOps Twitter feed. The first report emerged at around 14:32 on Tuesday, alleging police had arrested two members of the media team and one other unnamed individual.

“2 members of #OccupyWallStreet media team & another person arrested for trying to use a tarp to protect communications equipment from rain,” read the AnonOps tweet.

The group soon followed up the initial tweet alleging the police had confiscated some of the media team’s equipment. The two tweets also included a link to a video allegedly showing the media team members’ arrest.

When food inflation reaches 40% the police will either
1. join the protests
2. start cuffing (very tightly) the banksters
3. eat the banksters
4. eat the protesters

it is quite sad the police do not know who their overlords are…yet……….

a more powerful protest would be for every protester to immediately withdrawal all funds from their bank (especially B of A, Chase, Citi) and stand then together and all at once cut up your credit cards..video it and send it to the banks

Totally agreee with you. Been saying this for months as have other commentators.

Take everything out of the banks other than to cover immediate bills. If you want the beast to die, you have to starve it of its oxygen

Peaceful action by non participation with the system. Cut up your credit cards also.

What interest are you making? Look at the rate of real inflation. You are loosing nothing by holding your own cash and soon they will be charging you for the privelage!

Had there been no cameras at the demo, protesters would have been killed. Free speach , what a joke as is right to peaceful assembly and protest.

The banks will look pretty stupid when people pull all of their money out and stop paying them for their “services”. At that point you will really see TSHTF.

How do we know protesters were not killed….or detained indefinitely
There is zero coverage of this protest on any mainstream outlet…..
most people wandering the streets and in their “slave camp” jobs are so clueless
to what is going down, as they tap their micro chipped badges to re-enter the corporate
herding pen (insert job title) as they return from sucking up a smoke….or grabbing some fast franken food…

oh and for a little fun, default on any outstanding credit card balance
