Yep, the UK is been frogmarched right over a cliff by zombie insolvent bankers, aided and abetted by corrupt so-called leaders who realise that they can still get a pay off for sticking it to the tax farm inmates.

Here on the coast of mainland Europe, we have to start planning for repelling the English boat people. Once the UK goes down they will realise that the island cannot even feed itself let alone supply it’s energy needs.

Not that it’s going to be fun and games here. We have agriculture, fish and mostly large productive gardens. Newcomers would need to cross local palms with silver for a supply of Giabo soup with bread.

First it goes loco…. then it goes local. Good luck to all.

Well said Max. And yet ………. UK papers are very upbeat. I read today that Britain and Germany are the safe haven countries and people are keen to buy British debt. None of this makes sense to me. I have already mentioned the story of my colleague and the chickens, but it’s worth repeating because the stories in the papers are similar to my colleague’s upbeat attitude. My colleague told me that my husband shouldn’t have bothered with the electric fence around our chickens as the foxes in Kent are urban foxes who can only eat from dustbins. The next week I asked him how his chickens were and he told me only one wing remained, after a visit from the fox! If you like watching chickens, enjoy:-

Are banks in the UK making a grab for people’s money for dodgy accounting before the end of the financial year or to shore up agains massive upcoming risk?

Suddenly they’re starting to offer accounts with good interest but which drop to 0% after 12 months. Sounds like a desperate need for cash to me!
