That’s easily explained. The Moon is tidally locked to the Earth. Basically the heaviest side of the Moon points toward the Earths center:
Tidal locking (or captured rotation) occurs when the gravitational gradient makes one side of an astronomical body always face another; for example, the same side of the Earth’s Moon always faces the Earth. A tidally locked body takes just as long to rotate around its own axis as it does to revolve around its partner. This synchronous rotation causes one hemisphere constantly to face the partner body. U.S. energy giant Exxon Mobil Corp. will be barred from Iraq’s fourth oil-and-gas licensing auction, scheduled for May, because of the deals it struck with the country’s semi-autonomous Kurdistan region, a spokesman for Iraq’s Deputy Prime Minster for Energy Hussein al-Shahristani said Monday.
The move comes as Iraq’s central government struggles to assert its authority over energy deals struck within its borders amid a continued lack of legislation for the sector. The Iraqi government considers as invalid any deals signed with the Kurdistan Regional Government, or KRG, which in turn states that all and any deals it has signed comply with the country’s new constitution.
Some of the blocks in the Exxon-KRG deal are in a hotly contested oil-rich territory claimed by both the central government and the KRG, stretching from the Iranian border to the east and to the Syrian border in the northwest.
Baghdad has already blacklisted companies that maintain deals with the Kurds, excluding them from working elsewhere in Iraq. Among those is New York, N.Y.-based Hess Corp., which was barred last year from competing in the fourth energy auction.
However, Adnan Al Janabi, chairman of the Oil and Energy Committee in the Iraqi Council of Representatives, last week told Dow Jones Newswires that the Oil Ministry doesn’t have the legal authority to blacklist Exxon over its Kurdistan contracts.
An ExxonMobil media officer in the U.S. declined to comment.

What this means is that it is virtually impossible for two objects that are far apart in the lens of a 70mm camera to be in the same plane of focus. One of the two objects will always be out-of-focus.”

Funny cause my friend is a photographic specialist with a microscopic view of detail. If I am to buy a LCD screener I always bring him cause he imediately spots the dead pixel(s) if any there.

Youri Carma – there are problems re the moon film – the way the astronauts are moving – the tracking shot of the capsule taking off from the moon is technical difficult to achieve-machanically- even on earth yet they do it near perfect off the moon half a second before the camera pulls to a wide and pans up. Could be totally real but I’d bet on that shot not working first and only time.
The stills we decided are real however they may-well not have been taken on the moon. That is totally possible but most of the technical arguments put forward do not stand up.
I used one of those fuji wide camera’s – great, construction companies loved um but you needed a lab with a 10×8 enlarger to print before scanners photoshop and inkjet.

bldg 7 colapsed becaus of how it was built
the edison vault was its foundation , it was large enuf for the weight but the “footprint” extended out side the original footings , wich were poured earlyer based on a difrent typ of loading (heavier per sq. foot). this was done by using “trusses” to transfer the wieght of the structure from the part of the footprint outside back on to the foundation. this is fine as long as the trusses were intact what you cant see (unless you go to the efort to look up the stills) is that the far side of the building is mostly gone right to the core of the building as part of one of the towers fell on it (but it still looks good for that camara shot in the vid dont it) on top of the top of a building falling on it!! there was a fire, probly from the edison high voltage substation vault under the center wich caused the trusses to deform…… that building was toast the next worse damaged structure was salvaged , and there still working on it to this day as far as i know!!! they would have been better off demoing that one too!! (this is not a guess iv seen the blue prints and know how to read them. in fact most articals on bldg.7 show the truss detail at some point, it is the funny looking stick drawing off to the side that no one gets and every one ignores

And if the central bank creates the money to buy the bonds then the result is at least twice as inflationary as pure money printing since the sovereign bonds are a form of money too. That’s easy to see in the case of a thought experiment in which a single bank lends its newly created money to a sovereign government:
1) The sovereign government spends that new money into circulation.
2) The bank can lend at least the amount of the government bond without even using fractional reserves!

They came home from multiple tours in a useless war that we effectively lost only to face a devastated economy that cannot support them and their families. And the VA is doing their level best to deny soldiers the Federal benefits which are their right. It’s funny, Afghanistan was the tipping point for the old Soviet Union as well, and their soldiers were in much the same plight… Which is why the soldiers joined with civilians marching on the Kremlin instead of opening fire on them.
What I mean to say is that our “leaders” here in the U.S. are acting rather like Hitler did in his Bunker in 1945, pushing around pieces that don’t even exist anymore on an imaginary battle map as a last-ditch refuge for their usual wishful thinking regarding their unearned privilege. Having stripped most police organizations of their pension funds through financial crime and stolen the futures of at least the enlisted ranks of the military, our oligarchs now understand that the police won’t help them when the time comes so now they imagine (or hope, really, because that’s what wishful thinking is) that the military which they also ripped off will come to their aid.
In the end, we will suck the marrow from the bones of the 1%. Messing with people who have as much of an ingrained sense of entitlement as Americans do is very dangerous, because by and large we don’t really care. If somebody rips us off, we simply shoot them sooner or later if we are denied satisfaction through any other means. And why shouldn’t we feel so entitled? The propaganda machine we have lived under all our lives has spent enormous amounts of energy TELLING US that we are entitled to all these fancy rights and so forth!!! We have a whole cultural iconography devoted to raising up our Founding Fathers as revolutionary figures who won a war of freedom against an oppressive occupying force, nevermind how realistic that assessment of our history is, we still mostly believe in it. And the cynics among us, having seen that hard work and thrift are punished while Corzine-like criminality is rewarded, are EVEN MORE likely than those who consider themselves to be ethical human beings to start stringing up the people they believe are responsible for their problems. After all, our leaders just proved to us through their actions that the Rule of Law is null and void, so we might as well buy in to the Law of the Jungle as well since it seems to be the only game left in town.
