    Counties were following the country’s, banks and US guberments lead of living on debt. Now that it’s catching up to everyone, banks are saying, “What were you thinking?! It’s called a ‘setup’. Counties can’t print money but the criminals who lead them into this trap, can.

    JP Morgan was accused of bribing the officials that were convicted of taking the bribes. Why isn’t the briber in jail with the bribee?

    JP Morgan should be on the hook.
