While many millionaires got poorer in the last year, billionaires did just fine, overcoming market and economic turmoil.
The number of people with at least $30 million in their pockets grew to 187,380, while their total wealth fell 1.8 percent to $25.8 trillion – a sum bigger than the combined size of the U.S. and Chinese economies, the Wealth-X research company said in a report on Monday.
At the same time billionaires became even richer. Their number grew 9.4 percent to 2,160 people with the combined wealth of $6.2 trillion, according to the Singapore-based firm that provides intelligence on the ultra-rich to banks, fundraisers and luxury retailers

The “perfect storm”. It is epically amazing what “they” have contrived and stolen.

And the sheeple only care about football. To give a real world example last week I heard one of my neighbors down the street shouting “E”, “A”, “G”, “L”, “E”, “S”. All that went though my mind was I am so screwed because these people only care about the Philadelphia Eagles and not other more important issues. At least I don’t live in a major city so when the collapse finally happens I’ll have less people to deal with.
Sorry… if i seem a little distracted … I’m in the vault counting LOL ya , right!
I have no problems with the Fed diluting the wealth concentrated in the hands of the few but giving the new money to bankers instead of grand work projects is Keynesian miss allocation!!!
@astraea
The craptastic blog you reference is seemingly unaware of debate within the Austrian spheres i.e. Jaitly’s critique of Mises. Nor is it aware that actual libertarians are against the initiation of force in all cases. The topic is often brought up on Max’s show: fake vs. real libertarians. You should watch it some time.
Woohoo! USA! USA!
@ Pragmatic libertarian
Oh, don’t worry, we are aware of much more than you think. Yes, we know about Jaitly’s critique of Mises. We also brought up the NAP in the “Satanic Core of Libertarianism”.

Give us some time, we’re just getting started.
Are you a fan of the Daily Bell, by any chance
?
@knell
One problem is your use of the word libertarian when you should be saying objectivist. I’m not a big fan of the bell and i’ll take Hagbard Celine over John Galt any day. No doubt I must be an agent of the illuminati.
