What Bear Stearns Whistleblowers told the SEC: New Details of RMBS Fraud & Cover Up

Remember all those whistleblowers the monolines found in their RMBS fraud litigation against Bear Stearns and JP Morgan? The ones JPM’s lawyers tried to publicly out their names so they’d be afraid to testify in the monoline’s case. Well the bank’s dirty legal tactic didn’t work and newly released whistleblower testimony from people who worked for third-party due diligence firms, hired by Bear to get the mortgage security insurers to back their bonds, shows a whole another layer of orchestrated deceit. One so bold it borders on mafia like RICO actions.

“The information describes how Moreau circumvented competitive-bidding rules by declaring that each vacant home was an “emergency.” Moreau directed city officials to find vacant buildings to be boarded up, and identified buildings himself. He reduced the time the city gave property owners to board up their own homes from seven days to 24 hours.

Some homes were boarded up even though people were still living there.”

How are these Bear traders not in jail and what is the SEC doing sitting on this amazing whistleblower testimony since January? Maybe JP Morgan really can get away with anything with Obama as Prez.

UK-Readers if you can’t see the story for some reason and have teribuhl.com bookmarked just erase your internet search memory for http://www.teribuhl.com and you should be able to see it. With the DDOS attack we had to rebuild the dns for the site country by country. Thanks so much reading.

Never ever has the oligarchy’s grip on things been so strong. Even with the internet and even with the economy as bad as it is there’s no angle of attack against them. The Supreme Court ruled them more legitimate than they ever have been. 80% of Americans haven’t the vaguest idea that they even exist. The conservative core (25%?) don’t know that their fight against “irresponsible Americans” plays into the hands of puppet masters who are actually after THEIR middle class money. And anybody, ANYBODY, who gets anywhere close to pulling the oligarchy down will one day disappear into thin air.
