I live in Spain & the situation is absolutely chronic you just wonder how much longer this can go on for. Surely the simple solution is to declare the local & regional governments totally bankrupt, write off of the debt & start again.
Yes, it´s going to be absolutely bloody `painful but it´s the only way I see of Spain escaping from this crisis. 6 years+ & not one single answer!
