As free or low priced money floods any economic system it skews the value of the FIAT and the goods paid for by this funny money.
The government pays out $1,000,000,000,000 (trillion) in transfer payments a year. This is big money that has no effort, sweat or value recognition embedded in it. It’s free money.
Similarly, in gold & silver, price discovery has been blown all to pieces because of another free money crowd, the paper traders.

“Price discovery” is overvalued, price is a perception of the value. The value of a loaf of bread doesn’t need much “discovery”.
I’m getting tired of these shouty posts, full with color to attract the attention to “the most important thing on the planet”. Still waiting until he discovers the blink-tag and replaces those red lines with nice, flashing and blinking text. Preferably in Comic Sans.
In that case, medicines are “free” cures for organisms too lazy to fix themselves . Food is “free” energy for bodies too lazy to do their own “energy-discovery” synthesis. Fire is bad, because it is “free” energy, nutrition, and transformation. So are coronary bypasses. By the way, so is the sun, air, water, gasoline, alcohol, … Yea, Behold the lilies of the field! :1
Wealth redistribution can be positive or negative, and multidimensional. And so on. It can be given, taken, flow “up” or “down”,”in” or “out”. It can go “through”.
