If Occupy had clapped everyone going in and out
of the various party hq’s for several months…
then the public might have wised up to the fact
that politicians hadn’t been governing the county
and City for some time.
That would have forced the corporate 2 party dictatorship to debate raising standards of living for people which would have infuriated their sponsors.
death to the NWO
quote from Peter Schiff ” The only way to increase wages is to increase worker productivity. If wages could be raised simply by government mandate, we could set the minimum wage at $100 per hour and solve all problems. It should be clear that, at that level, most of the population would lose their jobs, and the remaining labor would be so expensive that prices for goods and services would skyrocket. That’s the exact burden the minimum wage places on our poor and low-skilled workers, and ultimately every American consumer. ”
What happens when the salary does not increase with inflation then ? The wages purchasing power is eroded . It has happened in the USA and in Italy . Then who buys manufactured goods such as car and washing machines ? There is a need for mandatory wage rise om my opinion . The problems is that the Globalization does not work !
If a worker earns $ 1500 a month and works for a car manufacturer , he is not competitive against another worker employed , say m for the sake of discussion , in China earning $350 a month . The real problem is the discrepancy in wages , the exchange rate and the fact that the imported cars from China should attract an import duty equal to = 1500 / 300 and multiplied by the cost of the Chinese car after shipment . This equalizer would resolve the problem of unfair competition . This way the industries that have escaped oversees would return and that’s guaranteed !

Minimum wages is an unfunded mandate.

There should be a global minimum wage of a million dollars an hour. Through this glorious liberal act everyone will have all the fiat they need.

The occupy movement should have demanded 60% higher minimum wages and that all foreigners be tossed from the job market? Yeah, brilliant… and, per the altruistic nature of all those beautiful, selfless souls in the movement, I suppose it could have somehow easily be justified as being completely “fair” too, right?
And sure, let’s now start demanding tariffs to teach all them there foreigners a lesson and really kick this currency/trade war into higher gear. And while we’re at it, let’s prod Japan to really start trying to instigate some shit with China and Russia too. Armageddon, bitches, it’s about time we really get this party started!

Plants love CO2. CO2 is a nutrient.
WeLoveIt!
Plants need that minimum nutrient of 3oo odd ppm of CO2.
Anyway, only raising minimum wage is not the solution. Cause it’s a temporary solution dealing with inflation. As long as we don’t have sound money inflation keeps going up and within a few years you have the same problem.
There has to be done a whole lot more to solve the crisis. Like monetairy reform, with ecspecially terminating interest/usury in our economic system. Interest is evil.
Another thing is accountability. The rule of law needs to be restored/applied. Right now the big guys get away with defrauding the public in many ways on a gigantic scale.

I always though OWS started with the fraud and corruption on WS, not workers rights. Like the Tea Party who had a right message initially, OWS got overrun by people trying to force other agendas … the person who said it’s a deflection by the banks may be right … or the labor movement trying to attach to something that is getting a bunch of press.
