Massive foreclosure fraud “is the necessary outcome of the epidemic of mortgage fraud that began early this decade.”

Stacy Summary:  h/t Tom.   Can anyone find a single candidate discussing this issue of mortgage fraud?  Dem, Rep or TP/Rep?

Banks Receive Billions in Tax Benefits, States Seek Cash by Taxing Services & US Introduces Capital Controls

Stacy Summary: As per my previous entry in which I mention Empire of Debt, this is classic end of empire action as more and more money is required to pay off foreign creditors and oligarchs (see second story) and maintain military expansion, the citizens who at first benefited from the cheap goods of empire are turned on via taxes to pay for the increasing burden.

Stacy Summary:  Just had a tip (from someone who wishes to remain anonymous) that Bank of America is meeting at Wynn Hotel in Vegas this week and are operating under the name BAM to avoid public and bonus anger management issues.  I guess BAM would stand for Bank of America Merrill?

“It’s truly a come-to-Jesus moment for Bank of America”

Stacy Summary:  It will be truly unbelievable if justice is actually served.  If I remember my mafia history, however, it’s often to get past the horse-head in the bed to the actual trial.

Rakoff, in his ruling, found that the settlement “suggests a rather cynical relationship between the parties: the SEC gets to claim that it is exposing wrongdoing on the part of the Bank of America in a high-profile merger, the bank’s management gets to claim that they have been coerced into an onerous settlement by overzealous regulators. And all this is done at the expense, not only of the shareholders, but also of the truth.”

Debt that dare not speak its name while insider trading talks loud & clear

Stacy Summary:    We record On the Edge on Wednesday for Friday air date.  So, sorry for the delay in posting.  But here you go – Another day of confusing billions with millions and vice versa.  Another day of blatant insider trading.  And another day in which nothing will be done about it.  What are your thoughts on the likelihood of anyone under 75 ever getting a pension in the US?  Right now, those receiving public pension seem to be one of the lucky ones receiving enforceable through taxation benefits, but how long do you think those will last?
