Stacy Summary:  Here are the links for the biggest story of today . . . that hasn’t made it to one single main stream media news outlet in US or UK as far as I can tell.  That’s pretty amazing in itself.

What caught the policemen’s attention were the billion dollar securities. Such a large denomination is not available in regular financial and banking markets. Only states handle such amounts of money.
