Stacy Summary:  So the next wave of global debt crisis appears to be sweeping through the global banking and economic systems.  The last two headlines are just for chuckles, though these sort of times of financial chaos seem to bring out either the naked cowboy/girl sort of person or the Jesus / repenting sort.

Stacy Summary:  Way back in 2008, Darling & Brown bought several banks on behalf of the frightened taxpayer.  They assured us there would probably be profits.  Who coulda known that there would not, in fact, be any profit for the taxpayer but massive and increasing losses?

Stacy Summary:  The British Chancellor of the Exchequer hands out billions in taxpayer money to private corporations to ‘correct market prices.’  And Obama proposes to lend magical money to the IMF, the money apparently appears on no balance sheet. And while the IMF seeks to use the crisis to place more emerging economies into inescapable debt trap, American college graduates are struggling with their own legally inescapable university loans.
